지역난방 사용자 컴팩트설비유니트는 기존의 현장에서 수행되던 공정을 공장에서 일괄제작 공급하는 난방/급탕 유니트로서 현장공기 단축 및 기계실 면적 감소로 인한 경제성 확보와 설비품질 향상, 유지보수의 용이성 및 A/S의 신속성 확보를 목적으로 도입되었으며, 한국지역난방공사의 내부 시설 기준인 ‘열사용 시설기준’을 충분히 수용한 지역난방 사용자 컴팩트설비 유니트(CBX)를 개발 하였다.

Recently, FlexRay was developed to replace CAN(Controller Area Network) protocol in chassis networking systems, to remedy the shortage of transmission capacity and unsatisfactory real-time transmission delay of conventional CAN. This paper present the implementation of FlexRay Communication Controller based on FlexRay protocol specification V2.1. The FlexRay Communication Controller consists of a microcontroller, a communication controller and a FlexRay transceiver. It is shown that the implemented system operates successfully.
결정질 태양전지의 Micro-crack 패턴에 따른 PV모듈의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

This study investigated the process of thermal-induced growth of micro-crack developed at the crystalline solar cell using EL image, determined the output characteristic according to the pattern of micro-crack, analyzed the I-V characteristic according to the pattern of crack growth, and predicted the output value using simulation. The purpose of this study was, therefore, to investigate the process of thermal-induced growth of micro-crack developed at the early stage of PV module completion using EL image, to analyze the resulting decrement of output and predict the output value using simulation. It was observed that the crack grew increasingly by the thermal condition, and accordingly the lowering of output was accelerated. The output values of crack patterns with various direction were predicted using simulation, resulting in close I-V curve with only around 4% of error rate. It is considered that it is possible to predict the electric characteristic of solar cell module using only pattern of micro-crack occurred at solar cell based on our results.

Recently, unmanned vehicle such as AGVs(Automatic Guided Vehicles), OHTs(Overhead Hoist Transfers) are widely used in logistic industrial system. This paper focuses on the feasibility of CAN based distributed control network for active unmanned forklift. An active unmanned forklift has many electronic control units(ECU) that link sensor with actuators to handle intelligent function. The increasing number of electronic control units, sensors, and actuators in active unmanned forklift, and the increasing need for more intelligent functions requires a network with increased capacity and real-time capability.
정신분열병과 양극성 장애 환자의 분할적 주의력에 대한 예비연구

목적 본 연구는 정신분열병 환자 및 양극성 장애 환자에서 분할적 주의집중력의 장애 여부를 알아보고 정신분열병과 양극성 장애에서 그 차이가 있는 지를 알아보고자 수행하였다. 방법 총 33명의 정신장애 환자(정신분열병 환자 21명, 양극성 장애 I형 환자 12명)와 15명의 정상대조군이 포함되었다. 분할적 주의집중력을 평가하기 위해 시청각 통합 지속수행검사(IVA CPT)를 시행하여 12개의 하위 척도 값을 비교하였다. 결과 두 환자군과 정상군에서 IVA CPT의 12개 하위척도 값을 비교하였을 때, 반응 조절 영역에서 정신분열병 및 양극성 장애 I형 환자군은 시각 및 청각 자극에 대한 일관성이 유의하게 낮았고, 시각 지속성에서 양극성 장애 I형 환자군이 다른 두 군에 비해 유의하게 감소되었다. 주의력 영역에서는 청각 집중력 및 시각 신속성에서 두 환자군이 정상군에 비해 유의하게 감소하였고, 정신분열병 환자군이 다른 두 군에 비해 청각 신속성 및 시각 집중력에서 유의한 감소를 보였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 정신분열병과 양극성 장애 I형 환자들이 분할적 주의집중력의 장애가 있을 가능성을 시사한다. 향후 보다 많은 수의 환자군을 대상으로 한 통제된 연구가 필요하다. Objectives: Although previous research have shown that impaired sustained attention is common in individuals with psychosis, few studies have examined whether divided attention was impaired in patients with schizophrenia and those with bipolar I disorder. The goal of this study was to determine whether patients with schizophrenia or with bipolar I disorder would have divided attentional disturbances. Methods: Twenty one patients with schizophrenia, 12 patients with bipolar I disorder, most recent episode manic and 15 healthy comparison subjects completed the Integrated Visual and Auditory Continuous Performance Test(IVA CPT) to examine their divided attention function. Results: Both patient groups showed significantly lower scores of consistency of the response control area for both visual and auditory stimuli as well as scores auditory focus and visual speed than the healthy group did. While the score of visual stamina of the response control area were significantly lower in the bipolar I disorder group than in the others, the score of auditory speed and visual focus of the response control area were significantly lower in the schizophrenia group than in the others. Conclusion: These findings suggest that patients with schizophrenia as well as those with bipolar I disorder may have impairments in several areas of the divided attention. Further study is needed to confirm these results with a reasonable sample size.
Micro-cracks에 의한 PV 모듈의 전기적 특성 분석

In this paper, we analyzed the electrical characteristics with Micro-cracks in Photovoltaic module. Micro cracks are increasing the breakage risk over the whole value chine from the wafer to the finished module, because the wafer or cell is exposed to mechanical stress. And The solar cells have to withstand the stress under outdoor operation in the finished module. Here the mechanical stress is induced by temperature changes and mechanical loads from wind and snow. So, we experimentally analyze the direct impact of micro-cracks on the module power and the consequences after artificial aging. The first step, we made micro-cracks in PV module by mechanical load test according to IEC 61215. Next, PV modules applied the thermal cycling test, because micro-cracks accelerated aging by thermal cycling test. according to IEC61215. Before every test, we checked output and EL image of PV module. As the result of first step, we detected little power loss(0.9%). But after thermal cycling test increased power loss about 3.2%.
PV Module에서 태양 전지와 프레임 간격에 따른 전반사 효과와 전기적 특성 분석

We analyzed the total reflection effect by changing the gap of frames and solar cells in crystalline silicon solar modules. First, we verified the total reflection effect and its growth rate with varying the margin interval between frames and solar cells. We performed this experiment by analyzing the change in three modules with different sizes under same test. These results of this study provide fundamental and valuable information for PV module manufacturing industry. The detail description will be explained below.

In this paper, we analyzed the electrical characteristics of the total reflection by changing the gap of frames and solar cells, and between solar cells in crystalline silicon solar modules. First, the distance between frames and solar cells got controlled from 0 ㎜ to 10 ㎜ with 2 ㎜ increments by opacity sheet. The modules used in this study were 30 W and 220 W. The efficiency of modules was measured using the solar simulator at standard test conditions (STC). To analyze the effect in terms of the distance between solar cells, five modules were made with 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10mm gap. And then we measured the electrical characteristics of modules. As the result, the maximum power of PV modules improved as the gap of frame and solar cell, and between solar cells increased. However, the increase rate decreased and got saturated at 8㎜. It indicates that the 8mm gap might be the optimized condition in making the module in this experiment. These results provide fundamental and valuable information for PV module manufacturing industry.
