        荊芥連翹湯加味가 알레르기性 鼻炎에 미치는 效能에 대한 臨床報告

        The cilinical study was done in 340 patients with allergic rhinitis who had been dosed with HYUNG GAE YUN GYO TANG GAMI. The results were summarized as follows 1. Distridution by Sex and Age $64\%\;of\;them\;were\;man,\;and\;36\%$ of them were women(It was common to men than to women) Of those who were attacted(very diverse), $25.0\%$ of them were between 10 and 19 years of age(most frequent), $23.8\%$ were between 30 and 39, $18.2\%$ between 20 and 29, $14.1\%$ between birth and 9, $12.6\%$ between 40 and 49, and $6.2\%$ of them were 50 years and over. 2. Duration $47.6\%$ of them suffered from this disease for 1 to 5 years, $13.8\%$ for 10 years or longer, $24.1\%$ for both 5 to 10 years and $7.4\%$ for 6 months to 1 years, and $6.5\%$ shorter than 6 months. 3. Symptom that appeared to them were nasal obstruction($91.5\%$,top), sneezing($90\%$), rhinorrhagir($77.4\%$), headache ($30.9\%$), itch($26.8\%$), nasal discharge through gullet($15.3\%$), and pharyngitis($15.3\%$). 4. Other diseases that occured with it were sinusitis(most often), Atopic keratoconjunctivitis, allergic dermatitis, asthma, otitis media, tonsillitis, hepertropic rhinitis, nasal polyp, and atropic rhinitis(most unusual). 5. Time and Improvement After 6 months 2 cases($20\%$) were improved excellently, 3 cases($30\%$) considerablely, after 6 months to 1 year 5 case($38.5\%$) considerably, after 1 year to 5 year 10 cases($13\%$) excellently, 20 cases ($26\%$) considerably, after 5 year to 10 years 4 cases($8.7\%$) excellently, 13 cases($28.3\%$) considerable, and after 10 years 2 cases($10\%$) improved excellently, 2 cases($10\%$) considerab. 6. Dosage and Improvemont With 10 papers 6 cases($7.8\%$) were improved excellently, 22 cases($27.8\%$) considerably, with 20 papers 4 cases($10.3\%$) were improved excellently, 6 cases($15.4\%$) considerably, with 30 papers 3 cases($15.8\%$) excellently, 2 ($10.5\%$) considerably, with 40 papers 3 cases($23.1\%$) excellently, 5($38.5\%$) considerably, with 50 papers 1 cases($10\%$) excellently, 4($40\%$) considerably, with 60and 70 papers one cases($33.3\%,\;100\%$) for each was improved considerable, with 80 papers 1 cases($100\%$) excellently, and 90 papers 2 cases($66.6\%$) considerable. 7. Improvement with additional outward application With external application 8 cases($16.6\%$) were improved excellently, 9 cases($18.7\%$) considerably without external application 10 cases($8.4\%$) were improved excellently, 34 cases($28.8\%$) considerably. 8. General Improvement 18 cases($10.8\%$) were improved excellently, 43 cases($25.9\%$) improved considerably, and 40 cases($24.0\%$) improved quite a little.thus has improvement shown in 60.8 per cent of case, and proved its efficacy.

        눈을 健康하게 하는 導引術 및 運動法에 대한 文獻的 考察

        These days many p대ple are disterbed from eyestrain and the number is on the increase. So, through the oriental and occidental books I studied pysical and breathing exercises to help overcome eyestrain. The result were as follows; 1. The most common way is to close your eyes and rub them with warm palms. Then press or rub your eyeballs simultaneously. 2. There are two ways to exercise the eyeball by itself. One way is by looking at only one spot and the other way is to look four ways-first up, down, left and right-and then rotate right and left. 3. There are many different opinions that of the degree of strenth to be used in pressing the eyeball. I came to the conclusion that if we want to relex the eyeball, you must press it gently but to strenthen it, you must press it hard. 4. This method is a common way to press orbit or acupuncture points of the peripheral eyeball. For example B-1(晴明), S-2(四白), B-2(찬죽), Tae-Yang(太陽), TE-23(絲竹空), etc. 5. Since eyestrain is related to the whole body, it is known that you can relex your whole body by pressing the acupuncture points located in the head and posteriores cerviicis or by stretching the upper half of the body. 6. The best time to pratice is early in the morning or when you feel eyestrain. But I couldn't find a consistent on breathing method or the amount of time to practice.

        영화 <룸바>의 긍정심리학적 고찰

        The Film Rumba is the story of a couple who love the dance known as 'rumba' as much as they love each other. Though a sudden unfortunate incident leads the couple to their doom one day, this film interprets their misfortune as a comic and cheerful event; this is a unique merit of the film. A distinguishing feature of the film is that it depicts such positive psychological aspects, which can create a brighter atmosphere despite the character’ misery. While current psychology is interested in examining how people’s negative aspects or mental illness can be cured, positive psychology focuses on people’s affirmative aspects, namely, their strong points, and tries to enable common people to enjoy more enriching and happy lives. This paper aims to analyze the film Rumba through the lens of Seligman's Values in Action Inventory of Strengths and Virtues and Csikszentmihalyi's Flow Theory. The film Rumba depicts positive psychological aspects through various facets such as subject, symbol, technique, etc. In particular, this film can be a representative and practical model of the affirmative aspects that positive psychology seeks. It accomplishes this through its positive depictions of Dom and Fiona overcoming difficulties with their own strengths and virtues (e.g., humor, love, honesty, transcendence, etc.) even in their misfortune and their immersion in the rumba dance, which enables them to keep seeking hope, love, and happiness. 영화 <룸바(Rumba)>는 서로를 사랑하는 것만큼이나 춤 ‘룸바’를 사랑하는 한 부부의 이야기이다. 어느 날 갑자기 날아든 불행이 그들 부부를 파멸로 이끌지만, 이 영화의 가장 큰 장점이며 독특한 점은 그 심각한 불행들을 코믹하고 발랄하게 보여주고 있다는 것이다. 이것이 불행 속에서 더욱 빛을 발하는 긍정심리학적 측면이고 <룸바>의 가장 큰 특징이기도 하다. 기존의 심리학이 인간의 부정적 측면 또는 마음의 질병을 어떻게 치료하는가에 관심을 두었다면, 긍정심리학은 오히려 인간의 긍정적 측면, 즉 강점에 초점을 두고 보통 사람들이 보다 더 가치 있고 행복하게 살 수 있는 방법을 모색한다. 이 글은 셀리그만의 강점분류체계와 칙센트미하이의 몰입연구를 통해 영화 <룸바>를 분석하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. <룸바>는 주제, 상징, 기법 등 여러 가지 면에서 긍정심리학적 측면을 찾아볼 수 있는데 특히 돔과 피오나가 불행 속에서도 유머, 사랑, 진실성, 초월성 등 스스로의 강점과 미덕으로 어려움을 극복하고 ‘룸바’라는 춤을 통해 몰입을 경험하며 그 속에서 희망과 사랑 그리고 행복을 찾아가는 모습은 긍정심리학에서 추구하는 대표적이면서도 실천적인 모델이 될 수 있을 것이다.

        반쪽이의 서사로 본 공옥진의 삶과 춤의 의미

        The reason why people call a person with no handicap ‘a non-disabled person’ instead of ‘a normal person’ is that it implies that we all may be a handicapped person. Even so, it is not easy for someone to immediately harmonize the feelings about the handicapped as a non-disabled person with itself. Then, there is a person who was able to do it, and the person is an artist named Gong Ok-jin, who has been famous for ‘the Byeongshin Chum’(‘the dance of the handicapped’). It can be thought that her personality with modesty and virtue as well as her tough personal history and life as an artist would make it possible. However, her life and art have not been recognized fairly compared with the journey that she travelled throughout her life and rather have been reduced or misunderstood by people around the world. Because of this, I would like to pay attention to Gong Ok-jin through a narration of of ‘Banjjog-i’(‘the half body person’) in a fable. Fables which have survived the process of a long word of mouth transmission in the world of tales bring up interest and sympathy and further have universal, symbolic, and folksy characteristics. It overlaps with Gong Ok-jin on the stage, and among others, especially ‘Banjjog-i’(‘the half body person’) resembles Gong Ok-jin closely. Its bodily forms and her imitation dance show such symbolism as caution against impairment, deficiency or ugliness, prejudice, etc. and require the recipients a more advanced level of consciousness beyond the conversion of perception. They were able to be born again as a hero in art and life through the sorrow and resentment for their tortuous life, and through the sense of identity, pathos, etc. for their imperfectness. And another important point is that they also make the recipients themselves discover the fact that ‘they are ‘Banjjog-i’ (‘a person with disabilities’) and are ‘Onjjog-i’ (‘a person with abilities’), and that ‘they are ‘Byeongshin’ (‘a person with disabilities’) and are not ‘Byeongshin’ at the same time.’ 장애가 없는 사람들을 ‘정상인’이 아닌 ‘비장애인’이라 일컫는 것은 모두 장애인이 될 수도 있음을 함축하기 때문이다. 그렇다 해도 비장애인으로서 장애인에 대해 느끼는 감정을 당장 자신과 일치시키기는 쉽지 않다. 그런데 그것이 가능했던 사람이 있으니 바로 ‘병신춤’으로 유명한 예인(藝人) 공옥진이다. 그의 험난한 개인사와 예인으로서의 삶뿐만 아니라 겸양과 미덕을 갖춘 인품이 그것을 가능하게 했을 것이다. 그러나 공옥진이 지나온 길에 비해 그의 삶과 예술은 인정받지 못했고 오히려 축소되거나 오해를 받아온 측면이 있다. 그러한 이유로 설화 ‘반쪽이’의 서사를 통해 공옥진을 주목해 보고자 한다. 이야기판에서 오랜 구비전승 과정을 거치며 살아남은 설화는 흥미와 공감을 불러일으킬 뿐만 아니라, 보편적이고 상징적이며 서민적인 특징을 가지고 있다. 그것이 무대에서의 공옥진과 겹치기도 하거니와, 그중 ‘반쪽이’는 특히 공옥진과 닮은 데가 많다. 그의 신체적 형태와 공옥진의 모방춤은 장애 또는 결핍이나 추(醜)에 대한 경계, 편견 등의 상징성을 보여주며 수용자들에게 인식의 전환을 넘어 보다 진화된 의식수준을 요한다. 그들은 굴곡진 삶에 대한 설움과 한(恨), 자신의 불완전함에 대한 자의식과 파토스(pathos) 등을 통해 예술과 삶의 영웅으로서 거듭날 수 있었다. 그리고 또 하나의 중요한 지점은 수용자들에게도 자신이 ‘반쪽이이며 온쪽이’이고, ‘병신이며 동시에 병신이 아님’을 스스로 발견하게 만든다는 점이다.
