The purpose of this study is the object of sightseeing cruise industry’s theoretical study. Also, by analyzising the present status of internal and external industry of cruise tour, this research may present the plan which activates the industry fit to the reality of Korea. For this, first, the seperate law for shipping service of excursion ship must be established. Second, the standard of shipping age must be abolished. Third, the institutionalization of safety class for the crew is necessary. Fourth, have to develop various tour packages. Fifth, need to construct the harbour for the large ship. Last, the industry of cruise and travel agency have to cooperate each other so that they can satisfy the demand of tour industry It is necessary for develope to cruise industry in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to find out improvement plan of effective management system of national park through researching management status of national park in Korea. Improvement plan of management system of national park can be divided into visitor management, resource management, and management system. The role of national park is getting more important and the number of visitors is increasing. They use the facilities indiscriminately so the environment is being spoiled. And more facilities are needed for the visitors. So the location of national park and effective utilizing plan is really important To protect and preserve national park, it is urgently needed to strengthen management system and thereby positive investment & organization management ability is very important.

This study focused on the planned behavior theory as a study of the impact of the pandemic on the tourism industry after the pandemic in a situation where the pandemic around the world has a lot of effects on the tourism industry. Based on the results of hypothesis verification, first, risk perception after the COVID-19 pandemic was shown to have a significant effect in part on planned behavior. Second, as a result of the verification of the effect of planning behavior on the will of choice, we can see that attitudes or subjective norms in planning behaviors affect and affect perceived behavioral control. Third, after the COVID-19 pandemic, risk perception has a significant effect on the intention of choice, and the physical and psychological risk perception has an effect, and social risk perception does not have a result. Fourth, the planning behavior between risk perception and the intention of choice is an analysis of the control effect, and it can be seen that the planning behavior is both controlled on the effect between the physical, social, and psychological risk perception and the intention of choice.

Nowadays, the hotel industry is becoming large-sized and high-grade in every part including guest room, F&B and other facilities in order to satisfy variable customers' need. Especially in the part of guest room, the Executive Floor(EFL) which provides high leveled service for business travellers are contiounsly increasing in recent year. Therefore, many improvement plans which should be carried out are the followings: To know to control the human resources to realize the improvement the quality service for guests and the quality-management of EFL in hotel. Also EFL have to completed equipment for business work and strenghtening of more personalized and differentiated service. Futhermore, the competition in hotel business in focused not only on quantification but also qualification.

Chitosan is a non-toxic cationic heteropolysaccharide composed of ß-1,4-linked D-glucosamine (GlcN) and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (GlcNAc) with various compositions of these two monomers. The degree of acetylation (DA) represents the portion of GlcNAc units with respect to total number of units. The DA of chitosan influences not only the physicochemical characteristics, but also the biological properties of chitosan. Commercially available chitosans have been obtained by the deacetylation of chitin in a concentrated alkali. However, their low solubility (thus processing difficulty) in common solvents caused by block-type (heterogeneous) distribution of the GlcNAc residues as well as low DA reproducibility which leads non-uniform physicochemical properties and biodegradability are still remained as some limitations. In this study, we synthesized DA-controlled chitosans (from 10% to 90%) by the acetylation reaction of deacetylated chitosan (DA~10%) and acetic anhydride with different ratio. The DA value of the chitosans was characterized by Solid state 13C NMR and FT-IR spectroscopies. The acetylated chitosans seem to have random-type (homogeneous) distribution of the GlcNAc residues, as evidenced by X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and solubility experiments. Surface properties of chitosan films with different DA value were investigated by the measurements of water contact angle and Zeta potential. The cell compatibility of the acetylated chitosans with different DA value was estimated by in vitro cell culture using NIH/3T3 mouse fibroblasts and C28/I2 human chondrocytes (cell seeding density, 4 104/cm2). It was observed that the cell adhesion and growth decreased on the acetylated chitosan film surfaces with increasing DA value, probably owing to the increased number of acetyl groups leading to the increased hydrophobicity and decreased positive charge character on the film surfaces.

Human resources mamagement as a strategy for the competition is essencial the hotel industries in order to th survive in rapidly changing environment and to develop continously. Inother words, the management of enterprise provides the foundation th from human relationship, as the hospitality industry operates with human resources. The biggest issue in the hotel industry is to cultivate qualfield human resources. Hotel management needs to obtain qualified human resources, and develop potentiality in order to improve human resources in the industry in general monitoring human resources in hotel has been focused on productivity it is changing th focus on relationship. The purpose of this study is to seek an effective human resources management with the means of theoretical approach. Consequently, the human resource management of the tourist hotels, which highly depend on the human service, should be used for the active development and application of the employee's ability such as upbringing of an individual and putting the right person at the right place, and so on. It is highly required of the fair, objective, trustworthy and independent human resource management. And, the expected results should be obtained not through the comparison of the employees' ranks and relative merits based on their past records of performance, but through the self-development of the employees.
