The development or tourism in Korea has been progressed mainly by the government or large enterprises, centering on large scale development. It can be said that the reflection on this kind of large scale development, which does not discuss with local residents nor consider regional nature and environments, is the background for Green Tourism's emerging. For the success of Green-Tourism in future Korea, there needs not only continuous and systematic support from government and but also an effort of making a unique residence. However desirable and great government policy is. The success of Green-Tourism is impossible without local resident's spontaneous interest and Participation. Entering 21st century, a new form of tourism has been required, which can be friendly with nature with a view to develop tourism and promote a community. Among new forms of tourism in 21st century, Green Tourism has been focused most.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and test factors of visitors visit motivation and satisfaction empirically to provide a fundamental information on tourism development planning and marketing strategy. For this study multiple regression analysis were applied to investigate the effects of visit motivation on satisfaction. The result of analysis shows that visit motivation has a significant effect on satisfaction on special purpose and an intrinsic attribute at less than 0.05 significance of statistics. While special purpose attribute has more influence than intrinsic attribute as regression coefficient of purpose attribute was 0.2241 intrinsic attribute also has effects on satisfaction as regression coefficient was 0.1732. The regression analysis to figure out the effects of satisfaction as a independent variable on revisit and recommendation were resulted to regression coefficient 0.623, R² 0.254, t=7.54. Moreover, in terms of effects of satisfaction on recommendation, satisfaction has a influence on intention of recommendation by supported regression coefficient 0.5463, t= 2.42. Therefore, the results of this study show that various visitors motivations have significant influence on destination satisfaction hence, marketer and managers need to develop new tourism products with consider each motivation type of visitor further so that leads to regional improvement.

We need to shift policy objective of the tour in agricultural villages from the unilateral way of increasing the income in the agricultural village to multilateral targets. In case of domestic situation, the first policy objectives of most of the offices of the government focus on the increase of the income through the tours of agricultural villages. However, the policy objectives should be diversified into such things as the preservation of agricultural landscape and cultural assets, the preservation of the traditional culture, etc. and policy mean should be developed for the above in practice. We should realize "the making of district" having the characteristic and individuality unique to that area by developing the facilities and the program based on experience which make the most of regional peculiarity such as the project "Green Agricultural Experience for Model Villages". The various environment and the history of Europe, an advanced country of green tour, and Japan's history of green tours are different those of Korea. Since Korean social structure including politics, economy, society, culture, the nature of the people, holiday system, form of leisure is different from Europe and Japan. I think it important to establish an approach corresponding to Korea reality, In the future, the success of the project "the making of district" with the characteristic of individuality through the tour of agricultural villages in agricultural area is possible only when long-term comprehensive, systematic support policy, and local people's voluntary concern and participation are accompanied. And the agricultural tour can make a contribution to the development of agricultural areas and to activation only if it is well settled down in agricultural district.

Boosting heritage tourism that utilizes Korean traditional culture will draw lots of attention from not only domestic visitors but also overseas travelers. It also helps provide a better understanding and broader interest of residents toward their local traditions. Various programs highlighting a traditional local culture should be continuously developed in a way to tailor different needs and wants of a broad spectrum of target markets including both domestic and overseas visitors. In conjunction with it a precise measurement on a regular basis plays an important role to evaluate how these selected experiential tour programs of the traditional culture are perceived by different visitor segments. Such systematized assessment enables to improve the entire experiential tours by detecting problems in association with operation of the program. In doing so, this will increase the satisfaction level of the visitors participating in the program, thus lead to stimulating a local culture and tourism in the long run.

The purpose of this dissertation is to present the efficiency strategy plan of service relationship marketing between package travel agents and travel agents in desirable travel product currency channel settlement of sudden change korean travel industry. As these days well developed industrial society, not only service business but also most of business area needs to high Quality of service. Till now, between package travel agents and travel agents, study on B to B(Business to Business} market is very imperfect. The results of empirical analysis on the efficiency strategy plan of service relationship marketing between package travel agents and travel agents are as follows : First, Package travel agents must present the efficiency strategy plan of service relationship marketing for customer. Second, Package travel agents must inquiry new paradigm change for marketing. Third, Package travel agents must construct multi-system. Therefore we should recognize that business of Package travel agents working staff run parallel education for uplifting speciality and engage package travel agents with customer moving thought beyond customer aspiration thought.
