학습클리닉 교사들의 정체성에 대한 내러티브 연구 : 과학과 관련된 사례 중심으로

이 연구는 정체성 갈등을 겪고 있는 학습클리닉 교사6명을 선정하여 그들이 학생을 지도하면서 겪었던 이야기를 바탕으로 하여 연구 참여자들의 관점으로 이해하고 알아보고자 내러티브 탐구를 통한 심층면담 하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 학습클리닉 교사들의 소속의 정체성과, 비정규직 교육자라는 편견과 처우, 진정한 과학교사 인가?, 교사와 공간의 정체성을 파악하는데 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 학습클리닉 교사들은 교육자로서 긍정적인 이미지를 가지고 있으면서도 그들의 소속과 신분이 계약에 의해 유지되는 사회적 제약을 받고 있어서 그들의 정체성 측면에서 불안한 마음이 강하게 드러나고 있으며, 과학교육에 있어 나는 진정 과학 교사 인가?에 대한 그들의 낮은 자아정체감, 심리적 소진, 낮은 직무만족도, 높은 스트레스 경향을 엿볼 수 있었으며, 교사와 공간의 관계성에 대한 정체성에서 그들의 공간이 없음에 회의적이고, 교사의 잠재적 역량이 현실과 타협하는 모습이 드러나 있어 교사로서의 정체성 혼란이 심화되고 있을 알 수 있었다. 그 이러한 결론을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 교육적 제언을 제시 하였다. 첫째, 교사 재교육, 연수, 세미나를 통해 동기부여와 연대감을 높여 교사의 역량과 자긍심을 높일 수 있는 교육적 혜택의 기회를 주어야 한다. 둘째, 고용의 안정화와 장기적인 교수를 할 수 있도록 공간을 제공과 교사 정체성의 재정립을 할 수 있도록 적절한 사회제도의 마련이 필요하다. In this study, six teachers of learning clinics undergoing identity conflicts were selected and interviewed through narrative inquiry to understand and understand the students' viewpoints based on the stories they had experienced while teaching students. The purpose of this study is to identify the identity of the teachers of the learning clinics, the prejudice and treatment of non - regular teachers, the real science teachers, and the identities of teachers and space. The results of this study show that teachers of learning clinics have a positive image as an educator, but their affiliation and status are subject to social constraints that are maintained by contracts, so their anxiety is strongly expressed in terms of their identity, The results showed that their low self-identity, psychological exhaustion, low job satisfaction, and high stress tendency toward teachers were skeptical of their lack of space in the identity of teacher-space relationship, I was able to find out that the identity confusion as a teacher is getting worse. Based on these conclusions, the following educational suggestions were presented. First, teacher retraining, training, and seminars should provide motivation and solidarity to give teachers the opportunity to increase their competence and self-esteem. Second, it is necessary to establish appropriate social institutions to provide space for the stabilization of employment and long-term teaching, and to re-establish teacher identity.
