        간접보기 도구를 이용한 치과 진료 관련 작업자세에 대한 인간공학적 분석

        This study tried to focus on nontraditional job that has not been studied in terms of the subjects associated with MSDs(Musculoskeletal Disorders). Specifically, dental procedure was the job to be analyzed in this study. An alternative method as well as a traditional method for viewing teeth while performing simulated dental procedures. Four graduated students did both methods(direct view and indirect view) as the subjects in this study. The method based on indirect view used a video camera and monitor to view the teeth. The experiment was conducted five times for each subject. The major findings in this study were as follows; 1) Job speed was increased with the repetitions for both methods, 2) Difference of Neck flexion between direct and indirect methods was statistically siginificant(Neck flexion for indirect method was dramatically decreased), 3) Difference of job speed between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(Job speed for direct method was faster than that of indirect method), 4) Difference of error rate between direct and indirect methods was statistically significant(error rate for direct method was lower than that of indirect method), 5) Even though indirect method did not provide better performance in terms of job speed and error rate yet, it seemed to need a trade-off between two methods in the future since indirect method provided better working postures than that of direct method.

        Evaluation of the Junction’s Electric Field and the Ideality Factor of GaAs p-n junction Solar Cells by Using Photoreflectance Spectroscopy

        We investigated the optical and the electrical properties of GaAs solar cells (SCs) by usingphotoreflectance (PR) spectroscopy and current-voltage (J-V) measurements. The electric fields(Fj) in p-n junctions were evaluated through an analysis of the Franz-Keldysh oscillations (FKOs)of the PR spectra. From the excitation light intensity (Iex) dependence of the PR, we found thatthe photovoltaic effect resulted in a reduction of the Fj . The Fj was gradually reduced by up to37% from the dark built-in electric field when the Iex was increased (Iex = 2.3 181 mW/cm2). We evaluated the ideality factor (n) of the SC via PR spectroscopy, and the results matched theresults of the J-V measurements well. From these results, we demonstrate that the Fj and the n ofthe SCs can be evaluated by using PR spectroscopy.

      • Streptozotocin으로 유도된 당뇨 백서와 비당뇨 백서에서 발치와의 치유과정에 관한 실험적 비교연구

        The healing effect of D.M. on fracture, wound, extraction socket, oral soft tissue have been studied. In recent studies, Glickman researched about the new bone formation in periodontal disease under D.M. streptozotocin, used as D.M. inducer in experimental animals, has been used as broad spectrum antibiotics, anticancer drugs and carcinogen since 1960 years. Interestingly nowadays streptozotocin is use to make the experimental diabetic animal model. Following microscopic examination of healing of extraction sockets in non-diabetic rats and that of streptozotocin induced diabetic rats. The results were as follows: 1. Trabecular formation consisting of osteoid could be seen in extraction sockets in control group(non-diabetic rats) after 1 week. 2. More chronic inflammation and less granulation tissue were seen in experimental group than control group after 1 week. 3. Trabecular pattern was seen after 4 weeks in experimental group. Trabecular pattern in control group was seen from 2 weeks specimen and became hardened after 4 weeks. 4. Experimental group showed delayed revascularization, poor granulation tissue formation and incomplete trabecular formation. So it is suggested that D.M. has much more adverse effect on the healing process of the extraction sockets.

      • 한국음악시장에서 피지컬 음반 판매가 늘어나는 현상에 대한 연구 : 피지컬 음반과 디지털 음원시장의 아티스트별 비교분석과 글로벌 케이팝 팬 덤의 음반구매 이유에 대한 설문을 중심으로

        LP, CD 등 피지컬 음반을 통해 음악을 듣던 시대가 디지털 음원 플랫폼에서 스마트폰으로 음악을 스트리밍해 듣는 시대 로 바뀐 지 오래지만, 한국 음악시장에서는 피지컬 음반판매가 오히려 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 피지컬 음반판매가 어떤 이유에서 증가하고 있으며, 디지털 음원시장에서 상위 차트를 차지하는 아티스들과는 어떤 차이를 보이고 있는지 살 펴보고, 케이팝 팬덤에 대한 설문조사를 통해 피지컬 음반을 구매하는 이유에 대해 분석했다. 연구결과 2011년 이후 피 지컬 음반시장은 연평균 31.3% 수준으로 급성장하고 있었으며, 케이팝의 성장을 견인하고 있는 방탄소년단(BTS)의 음반 을 제외하더라도 연 평균 성장률은 27%의 높은 수준으로 특정 아티스트에 의한 성장이라고 보기는 어려웠다. 또한 피지 컬 음반 판매량의 82%는 ‘케이팝 아이돌’의 음반이었으며, 디지털 음원과 피지컬 음반판매 간에는 약한 상관관계를 보여 서 피지컬 음반을 구매하는 목적이 음악을 청취할 목적으로 구매하는 것이 아니거나, 피지컬 음반을 주로 구매하는 층이 한국 음악시장의 이용자가 아닐 가능성을 보여줬다. 실제로 글로벌 케이팝 플랫폼 이용자 981명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과, 피지컬 음반을 왜 구매하느냐와 관련해 음반 혹은 굿즈를 ‘소유’하기 위해서, 음악 프로그램이나 음반차트에 반영됨 으로써 아티스트를 ‘지원’하기 위해서, 팬사인회 등 이벤트에 ‘참여’하기 위해서 등의 이유로 피지컬 음반을 구매하는 것 으로 나타났다. It has been already changing from the era of listening to music through physical album such as LP, CD to the ero of streaming music through smart phone. The sales of physical album, however, is uprising in korea popular music market. This article deal with the situation that why physical album sales is rising and which different factor is between physical album and digital music market. Statistics data show that physical sales is rising annually 31.3% since 2011, even though excluding global Kpop superstar BTS, its annual growth rate is still highly 27%. Also. 82% of physical sales is album of ‘Kpop Idol’, and correlation between digital market and physical market is relatively low(0.3). Survey for 981 Global Kpop fandom showed that they buy physical album because kpop idol fandom want to ‘own’ physical album and goods, also to ‘support’ their idol by supporting chart ranking, and to ‘participate’ various fan meeting events.

        한국 OTT 시장에서의 글로벌-로컬 OTT간 경쟁상황 시나리오 분석

        본 연구는 점점 치열해지고 있는 국내 OTT 시장에서의 경쟁상황을 예측하기 위해 국내 방송사, OTT 플랫폼, 해외 스튜디오, 통신사 등 업계 전문가들과의 심층인터뷰를 통한 시나리오 분석을 수행했다. ‘글로벌과 로컬’이라는 축, ‘독점과 경쟁’이라는 2개의 축을 놓고 ‘글로벌 OTT 독식’, ‘글로벌 OTT간 경쟁’, ‘OTT 춘추전국시대’, ‘국내 OTT간 제휴합병’이라는 4개의 시나리오를 구성해, 이를 업계 전문가들에게 제시하고, 2023년까지 펼쳐질 글로벌 OTT와 국내 OTT의 경쟁상황 변화, 4가지 시나리오에 대한 전망, 이러한 경쟁상황 변화가 국내 미디어 시장에 미칠 영향에 대해 물었다. 시나리오 분석 결과 대다수 전문가들이 ‘넷플릭스 천하’가 계속될 가능성이 높다고 답했지만, 독점이냐 경쟁이냐에 있어서는 2021년 국내 진출이 예상되는 디즈니 플러스의 제휴전략에 큰 영향을 받을 것이라고 예상했으며, 소수 플랫폼이 시장을 장악하는 시나리오 1, 4와 다수 OTT가 경쟁하는 2, 3 시나리오로 의견이 갈렸다. 글로벌 OTT의 등장으로 국내 미디어 시장은 로컬TV의 시대에서 진정한 글로벌TV의 시대로 변화할 가능성이 높으며, 지상파/케이블 방송사가 쇠퇴하고, 콘텐츠 제작사의 공급력이 강화되는 등 국내 미디어 시장이 급변할 것으로 예상되었다. This study conducts a scenario analysis through indepth interviews with professionals at local broadcasting companies, domestic OTT platforms, the local branch of Hollywood Studio, and telecommunications companies to predict the competitive situation in South Korea's Over-the-Top market. The two axes of this scenario analysis are ‘Global OTT vs Local OTT’ and ‘Monopoly vs Competition’, which yields four scenarios: the era of global OTT, global OTT competition, local and global OTT war, and local OTT M&A. The professionals made a prediction between the four scenarios for local media-landscape competition. The scenario analysis shows that most local OTT professionals expect the ‘Netflix world’ to continue, but Disney+ will be an important factor affecting local OTT competition. The professionals are divided between believing in the Monopolized scenarios (1, 4) and Competitive scenarios (2, 3). Local media market competition is expected to dramatically change toward a true Global OTT era, which may shrink local broadcaster’s market power but also expand the power of productions.

        The Lock-up clutch of a torque converter directly transmits the engine power to the transmission in order to achieve a more fuel economy. Damper spring, a core part of lock-up system, makes the powertrain system stabilized by reducing the fluctuation torque of any engine system when lock-up clutch is operated. In addition, this part helps the improvement of total vehicle systems by increasing spring characteristics in aspects of the design facilities. This paper is to be used to determine basic materials for the damper system spring to study the main factors by comparative analysis of hysteresis of two different spring stiffness of damper system.

        선양낭성암종(Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma)에서의 Glycosaminoglycan의 발현에 관한 연구

        Adenoid cystic carcinoma is malignant tumor in salivary gland, and its behavior is very invasive. Of all malignant tumor adenoid cystic carcinoma is occured in frequency of 4.4% in major salivary gland, and 1.29% in minor salivary gland. Histopathologically, adenoid cystic carcinoma is characterized by a cribriform appearance, and tubular form and solid nest type tumor can be seen. The tumor cell structure composed of modified myoepithelial cell, and basaloid cell. Extracellular matrix of this tumor cell contains variable ground substance with basement membrane component. Basement membrane matrix composed of collagen fibers, glycoproteins, proteoglycans, and its function is well known that it participate in differentiation, proliferation, and growth of tumor cell. Basement membrane molecule is essential for invasion of peripheral nerve, blood vessel, skeletal muscle in tumor cell of adenoid cystic carcinoma. In many studies, the tumor cell of adenoid cystic carcinoma containing modified myoepithelial cell participate in synthesis of proteoglycan. In this study, tissue sample of adenoid cystic carcinoma of human salivary gland were obtained from 15 surgical specimen, and all specimen were routinely fixed in 10% formalin and embedded. Serial 4-㎛ thick sections were cut from paraffin blocks. the histopathologic evaluation was done with light microscopy. And, the immunohistochemical staining, characteristics of glycosaminoglycan were observed. For biochemical analysis of glycosaminoglycan, isolation of crude glycosaminoglycan from tumor tissue and Western bolt analysis were carried out. With transmission electomicroscopy, tumor cell were observed. Biologic behavior of adenoid cystic carcinoma was observed with distribution and expression of basement membrane of glycosaminoglycan in tumor cells, The results obtained were as follows: 1. In immunohistochemical study, chondroitin sulfate is postively stained in tumor cell and interstitial space, dermatan sulfate is weakly stained in ductal cell. But keratan sulfate is negatively stained. 2. In immunohistochemical study, heparan sulfate is strong positive stained in tumor cell and basement membrane, especially in invasion area to peripheral nerve tissue. 3. In transmission electromicroscpic view, the tumor cells are composed modifed myoepithelial cells, and contains many microvilli and rough endoplasmic reticulum. 4. In Western blot analysis, the expression of glycosaminoglycan is expressed mostly in heparan sulfate. From the results obtained in this study, tumor cell of adenoid cystic carcinoma is composed modified myoepithelial cell, and glycosaminoglycan of basement membrane molecule of heparan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate mostly participate in the development and invasiveness of adenoid cystic carcinoma by immunohistochemical study and western blot analysis.
