        초기 경력자의 자발적 이직 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 : 학습과 성장을 중심으로

        The number of employees who work for a company and prepare for retirement is increasing. They are eager to leave the company right away, but they are preparing to re-employment after work for the future. This study examined the experiences of voluntary turnover of early careers who had decided to leave the company shortly after joining the company and had prepared for it. This study tried to derive common meaning from a decision to leave after joining the first company, the experience of preparing for the job while working, and reflection on the meaning of the turnover experience. For this purpose, six early-career workers who had experienced voluntary turnover were selected and in-depth interviews were conducted. In order to categorize common attributes, phenomenological research was conducted based on the Colaizzi analysis method. The results of the study showed that the participants who felt the limit of growth at their first company wanted to grow for a better future than the present. They succeeded in turnover through career goal setting and relentless learning efforts, and their experience showed growth and development than before. In addition, through the experience of turnover, this study confirmed that they are constantly developing their careers for the future without staying the present. 최근 회사에 다니고 있지만, 퇴사를 준비하는 퇴직준비생들이 늘어나고 있다. 이들은 당장 퇴사하고 싶은 마음은굴뚝 같지만, 미래를 위해 퇴근 후 열심히 재취업 준비를 하고 있다. 본 연구는 회사에 입사한 지 얼마 되지 않아이직을 결심하고 준비한 경험이 있는 초기 경력자들의 자발적 이직 경험담을 살펴보았다. 첫 직장 입사 후 이직결심과 회사에 다니며 이직을 준비했던 경험, 이직 후 되새겨보는 이직 경험에서 드러나는 공통적 의미를 도출하고자하였다. 이를 위해 자발적 이직을 경험한 초기 경력자 6명을 선정하여 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 이들의 공통된속성을 도출하기 위해 콜라지(Colaizzi) 분석방법을 기반으로 현상학적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫 직장에서성장의 한계를 느낀 연구참여자들은 현재보다 더 나은 미래를 위해 성장하고 싶다는 희망으로 목표 설정과 지독한학습 노력을 거쳐 다시 새롭게 이직을 하면서 그 경험을 통해 배우고 성장한 모습을 보여주었다. 또한, 이직 경험을통해 현재에 안주하지 않고 미래를 위해 끊임없이 경력을 개발하며 지속적으로 발전시키려는 모습을 연구를 통해 확인할 수 있었다.

        난소 과립막 세포종의 방사선학적 소견

        Purpose: To evaluate the radiologic findings of granulosa cell tumor of the ovary.Materials and Methods: Fourteen cases(fifteen tumors) of pathologically confirmed ovarian granulosa cell tumor were retrospectively analyzed on the bases of CT(n=10), MR imaging(n=4), and ultrasound(n=7) findings. The patients mean age was 44.3(range, 5-71) years.Results: The mean diameter of the tumors was 12.1(range, 5-26.5)cm Thirteen cases were unilateral, and one was bilateral. Eleven tumors(ten cases) sere mainly solid and elght of these had focal cystic components. Multilocular cysts accounted for three cases, and in two of these, mural nodules were present. One case was a unilocular cyst with no mural nodule. Ten cases were well demarcated. All the solid tumors were enhanced on postcontrast CT and MR imaging. Endometrial thickening was seen in five cases, ascites in six, and peritoneal implants or omental fat infiltration in five. One was associated with lymph node metastasis. All the postmenopausal patients had solid tumors whereas 66.7%(4 of 6 cases) of young adults and children had cystic tumors.Conclusion: Granulosa cell tumors of the ovary were solid or cystic; the former were more common. There were no characteristic findings which permitted definitive differentiation from other ovarian tumors.

        재직 여성과학기술인 필요역량에 대한 우선순위 분석 연구

        Employed women in science and technology(S&T) has been emphasized for the diversity of that filed and ensuring future growth. The purpose of this study is to investigate the priority of necessary competencies for employed women in S&T to grow up them systematically. This study derived the results based on the previous researches without distinction of gender of scientists and technicians. This study surveyed current level and future needed level for competencies to 580 people registered in KIRD and WISET. The priority was analyzed by the both method of Borich factor and the Locus for Focus. The common competency for women in S&T was ‘work-life balance'. The job competency for them in public institutions and universities was ‘research strategy', those in private sector were ‘R&D trend analysis', ‘prior tech. analysis', etc. The leadership competencies for junior were ‘training' and ‘strategic thinking', that for senior was ‘human network', those for high position were ‘women leadership', ‘business mind', etc. Most previous researches focused on S&T didn't reflect the difference of women characteristics. The result of this study would be helpful in strengthening competencies of women in S&T. 재직 여성과학기술인의 육성은 과학기술계 다양성 및 성장동력 확보를 위해 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 여성과학기술인의 역량 강화를 위해 우선적으로 필요한 역량을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존 과학기술인을 대상으로 진행된 선행연구를 기반으로 여성과학기술인에게 우선 개발이 필요한 역량을 도출하는 과정을 거쳤다. 국가과학기술인력개발원과 한국여성과학기술인지원센터에 등록된 여성과학기술인 580명에게 역량의 요구수준과 현재수준에 대한 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 설문 결과는 Borich 요구도 계수와 Locus for Focus 방법을 활용하여 역량의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 여성과학기술인에게 개발이 필요한 공통역량으로 ‘일과 삶의 균형’이 도출되었다. 직무역량은 직종별로 분석하여 공공연구기관과 대학에서는 ‘연구전략수립’이 도출되었고, 민간연구소에서는 ‘연구개발 동향분석’, ‘선행기술 분석’, ‘연구전략수립’, ‘기술 로드맵 수립’, ‘기술수요 분석’이 도출되었다. 리더십역량은 직급별로 분석하여 원급은 ‘부하지도/육성’, ‘전략적 사고’가 도출되었고, 선임급은 ‘인적 네트워크’, 책임급 이상은 ‘여성강점리더십’, ‘경영마인드’, ‘목표설정/관리’, ‘인적 네트워크’, ‘커뮤니케이션’ 역량이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 여성과학기술인에게 우선적으로 개발이 필요한 역량은 향후 여성과학기술인 교육개발, 육성정책 및 발전방안 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

      • 천연가스 연소 배기가스 중 질소산화물 제거 연구 및 처리공정의 모델링

        본 연구에서는 LNG 터미널에서 사용하는 연소식기화기에서 배출되는 배기가스 중 질소산화물 (NOx, Nitric Oxides)을 제거하기 위해 질산제조 공정에서 착안하여 추가 산소 주입 및 수조 조건 변화(H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> 주입 및 pH 조절) 등을 통해 기존 공정을 개선 하였다. 우선, 실제 연소식기화기 시스템을 lab scale로 구현하였으며, 모의 배기가스를 제조하여 온도, 추가 산소 농도, 잔류시간(유량 및 반응기부피), H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>농도 등과 같은 다양한 운전조건하에 실험을 진행하였다. 둘째, 연소식 기화기 시스템을 Matlab을 이용하여 모델링 하였으며, 실험 결과를 이용하여 NO 산화 반응의 kinetic parameter를 추정하였다. 마지막으로, 현장적용 선정 범위 내에서 NOx전환율을 최대화할 수 있는 운전조건을 최적화하였다. 마지막으로 실험 및 모델링 결과를 기반으로 기존 연소식기화기 시스템을 개선하였으며, 현장적용을 위한 실증화 연구에 앞서 타당성 및 현장적용 가능성을 입증하였다. <sup>**</sup>본 연구는 산업통상자원부의 “해양플랜트 공정 설계 검증을 위해 설계 데이터 상호 응답이 가능한 해저-해상 통합 기본 모델 개발” 과제를 통해 지원받았습니다(과제번호: 10060099)

        민사소송에 있어서의 전자문서의 증거성

        The current Civil Procedure Code Article 374, which was newly established at the time when the Civil Procedure Code was completely revised in 2002, prescribed that “as other kind of evidence, the investigation of evidence rather than the documents like things made to contain “drawings, photos, recording tapes, video tapes, magnetic disc for computer, and other information shall be determined by the Supreme Court Rules in accordance with the Rules of Section 3 or Section 5.” This is understood that given the potential appearance of new media, it opens possibilities to use appropriate method of investigation including documentary evidence, verification, and valuation. Rules of Civil Procedure Article 120 prescribes that if message information or drawings and photos are evidential matter, its output documents should be submitted and Article 121 prescribes that the investigation of evidence on the media to be reproduced by recording voice or video relies on verification. Electronic Litigation Act Article 13 specifically specifies the methods of investigating evidence that the electronic document itself is the method of evidence rather than the media containing the electronic document. Rules of Civil Procedure Article 32 and Article 33 implements Electronic Litigation Act Art. 13, but does not prescribe which the evidence investigation of electronic document belongs to, either documentary evidence or verification, expressly. This seems to focus on prescribing the evidence investigation method of electronic documents to avoid practical confusions as precisely as possible. And the legal characteristics can be interpreted as having the purpose to open many interpretive possibilities considering the review of the future technological development or the whole Civil Procedure Code. In paper document procedure, as the original copy of the electronic document printed from a device cannot be filed as records, so it can be seen as verification. But, in electronic document procedure, as the electronic document is directly seen from a computer monitor and filed into the storage folder of recordings in an electronic way as the method of evidence like the other documents, this method of evidence should be seen as documentary evidence. And if voice information or video information can be filed as it is, the evidence investigation procedure of electronic document should comply with the submission of original copy for investigating evidence as the system for documentary evidence, rules of procedure and of evidence including Order to Present/Submit Documents, for this type of evidence investigation is not different from the document information. But, for special circumstances like when there are too much amount of electronic documents or when it’s difficult to decode, the evidence investigation by verification or valuation is possible by an authorized person’s or a party’s application.

        일터메타역량 개념화 및 진단도구 개발 - 과학기술분야 연구개발인력을 중심으로 -

        This study intends to examine what workplace metacompetencis are and to develop its assessment tool. The study was conducted generally in the order of establishing an assessment tool development plan, developing preliminary survey items, preliminary survey, and main investigation. First, in the stage of establishing an assessment tool development plan, a conceptual framework was derived by organizing integrative literature reviews and the related theories on the concept of workplace metacompetencies along with its components. In the stage of developing preliminary survey items, in-depth interviews were conducted with 5 R&D personnel in the field of science and technology to derive the behavioral characteristics related to workplace metacompetencies. In the stage of preliminary survey, a preliminary survey was conducted to develop an assessment tool for the main survey on the measurement items of workplace metacompetencies for which the validity of content was verified. An analysis was conducted of 188 R&D personnel in the field of science and technology, and the validity and reliability of the items were verified through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to confirm 35 items of 7 factors finally. In the stage of the main survey, a valid sample of 454 R&D personnel was secured and item analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out to secure the validity and reliability of items, and to verify the suitability of the model. Based on this analysis, 32 items of 7 factors of workplace metacompetencies - alternative recognition, recognition of situational handling, emotional control and, positive emotion, will to grow, will to change, and seeking for reflection - were finally confirmed. This study is meaningful in that it explored the concept of workplace metacompetencies in an academic view and worked out a conceptual framework through theoretical grounds and connections.

        국내 요양병원 심벌마크의 형태 및 색채 분석 연구

        South Korea is an aging society with 10.9 percent of its population over 65 years of age, and the aging population naturally leads to a surge in elderly care costs. Compared to general hospitals and other hospitals that have systematic management strategies in an environment of intensifying hospital competition, the design and management strategies of nursing hospitals are insufficient due to the hospital's characteristics of long-term hospital admission and treatment. In this study, We conducted a symbol mark color and form analysis of nursing hospitals to establish a design strategy to meet the increasing demand on nursing hospitals. The subjects of the study were 131 hospitals that received the first grade of nursing hospitals in Korea, and each symbol mark was collected to analyze its form and color. Analysis of the form of symbol revealed that the most anthropogenic symbols were made with artificial objects, and among them, the number of symbols with crosses, hearts and human forms were higher. The color analysis showed that more than 50% of symbols consisted of two colors and the main colors were blue and green. It is expected that this research data will be used as a reference in the design of the symbolism of nursing hospitals, which will help consumers choose and develop strategies for hospital management in order to compete with the ever-increasing demand of nursing hospitals and hospital competition. 대한민국은 인구의 10.9%가 65세 이상으로 고령화 사회에 속해 있으며 인구의 고령화는 자연스럽게 노년부양비 급증으로 연결된다. 격화되고 있는 병원경쟁 환경 속에서 각 의료기관은 체계적 경영전략을 펼치고 있다. 이에 비하여 요양병원은 장기 입원 및 요양을 하는 병원 특성 상 디자인과 경영 전략은 타병원군에 비하여 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 늘어나는 요양병원의 수요에 알맞은 디자인 전략 수립을 위한 요양병원의 심벌마크 색채 및 형태 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 국내 요양병원 1등급을 받은 병원 131개 병원이고, 각 심벌마크를 수집하여 형태와 색채를 분석하는 방법으로 진행되었다. 심벌의 형태의 분석결과로는 인공물을 모티브로 한 마크가 가장 많았으며 그중에서도 십자가, 하트, 사람 형태를 가진 심벌이 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 색채 분석에서는 약 50% 이상이 2가지 색채로 이루어져 있었으며, 주된 색상은 파란색 계열 및 초록색 계열임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구자료가 요양병원 심벌마크 디자인 시 참고자료로 사용되어 나날이 증가하는 요양병원의 수요와 치열화되는 병원 경쟁에 소비자의 선택과 병원경영 전략 수립에 도움이 될 수 있으리라 기대한다.
