이 논문에서는 약한 신호 검파에 쉽게 쓰일 수 있는 국소 최적 검파의 여러 결과를 간략하게 소개하였다. 또한 국소 최적 검파의 바보수형 접근 방식인 국소 최적 순위 감파방지도 소개하였다. 이런 국소 최적 검파기들의 실제 응용 보기 및 구현에서의 분재, 성능 특징에 대해서도 알아보았다. 끝으로 일반화된 Neyman Pearson 정리를 피지 이론으로 확장한 정리를 간략히 소개하였다. In this paper, various results on Iocally optimum detection of signals are reviewed concisely, which are easlily apphcable to weak signal detection problems. In addition, locally optmum rank detection schemes for weak signals are reviewed, which are nonparametric counterparts of the locally optimum detecturs. Examples of practical applications, problems in implementation dnd performance characteristecs of the locally optimum detectors are also discussed, Finally, a fuzzy extension of the generalized Neyman Pearson lemma is briefly discussd.

This study aims to analyze empirically the transport patterns and correlations of major import and export commodities in air cargo. From 2000 to 2019, we analyzed air cargo panel data by export and import, amount and weight for four major commodities, electronics, machinery, chemical industry, and agricultural products for the top 126 countries. The gravity model was adopted and we analyzed it using explanatory variables GDP, per capita GDP, distance between capitals, land area of trading partners, landlocked countries, FTA agreements, and Cargo Open Skies agreements(COSA). The results of the analysis model show that GDP is significant for household goods, steel and metal products, and machinery and electronic products. GDP per capita shows valid results for all items, and FTA shows limited meaningful results in agricultural and fishery products, minerals, plastics, rubber and leather products, textiles, steel and metal products, and machinery and electronic products. The Cargo Open Skies agreements also shows valid only for agricultural and fishery products and household goods. It was found that the frequency of the major factors of air freight was affected in order of GDP per capita, FTA, GDP, and COSA.

The volume of air mail is being reshaped mainly for B2B and B2C goods or parcels in accordance with the development of e-Commerce. This study aims to analyze the international network of air mail growing into the transport route of e-Commerce and to present its development direction. Therefore, we analyzed 3 centralities (degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality) of air mail networks from 2014 to 2018 for the top 100 cities of mail traffic volume through Social Network Analysis (SNA) methodology. As a result of analysis, Frankfurt (Germany), London (United Kindom), Istanbul (Turkey), Amsterdam (Netherland) in Europe occupies an absolute position in 3 centralities, and Hong Kong, Seoul (Republic of Korea), Tokyo (Japan), Bangkok (Thailand) occupies has high position. Incheon International Airport is not only one of the major hubs on the air mail route, but also has high scores on various network indexes. It seems to be favorable for accessing a wide range of e-Commerce markets such as China, Japan, and the United States.

The generalized Neyman-Pearson lemma Is reformulated In the framework of the fuzzy set theory. Based on the result, we define the locally optimum fuzzy test and derive the locally optimum fuzzy test function. As a pratical application of the locally optimum fuzzy test, detection of weak deterministic signals corrupted by purely-adative noise Is considered, which Is an important problem In statistical signal processing. Comparisons between the locally optimum and the locally optimum fuzzy tests are also made.
신호의존성 잡음에서 순위 통계량을 쓰는 알려진 신호 검파 방식

이 논문에서는 일반화된 관측 모델의 특수한 때에 순위 통계량을 써서 알려진 신호를 비모수 검파하는 한 가지 방법을 생각하였다. 좀더 구체적으로는 신호의존성 잡음 모델에서 알려진 신호 국소 최적 순위 검파기를 얻고 이를 순가산성 잡음 모델에서 얻은 국소 최적 순위 검파기와 견주어 보았다. 또한 국소 최적 순위 검파기의 검정 통계량을 이루는 점수 함수의 몇가지 보기를 보였다. A nonparametric detection scheme which uses rank statistics for detection of known signals is considered in a special case of a generalized observation model. Specifically locally optimum rank detectors for detection of known deterministic singals in a singnal-dependent noise model are derived, and compared to those derived for the purely-additive noise model. Examples of the score functions are given, which constitutes the test statistics of the locally optimum rank detectors.
