        태권도장 물리적 환경이 수련만족 및 재입관의도에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of physical environment on customer satisfaction and re-enrollment intentions in taekwondo club. 300 customers were selected from 10 taekwondo clubs located in Chungnam and Daejeon region by using convenient sampling method. Among 300 questionnaires distributed and collected, 66 were excluded from the study because they were neither thoughtfully nor completely answered. As a result, only 234 questionnaires were adopted and analyzed. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 program. Results from the above survey and analysis of data and information revealed the following: First, physical environment had significant influences on customer satisfaction, and physical environment had 54.5%(R²=.545) of influence about customer satisfaction. second, physical environment had significant influences on repurchase intention, and physical environment had 50.9%(R²=.509) of influence about repurchase intention. And physical environment had significant influences on word of mouth, and physical environment had 49.2%(R²=.492) of influence about word of mouth. Third, customer satisfaction had significant influences on repurchase intention, and customer satisfaction had 44.2%(R²=.442) of influence about repurchase intention. And customer satisfaction had significant influences on word of mouth, and customer satisfaction had 46.7%(R²=.467) of influence about word of mouth. 이 연구는 태권도 수련생을 대상으로 태권도장 물리적 환경이 수련생만족 및 재입관의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 수련생만족에 영향을 주는 다양한 태권도장 물리적 환경 요인을 확인하고 수련생만족과 재입관의도의 관계를 분석하여 태권도장 물리적 환경의 중요성을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충남·대전지역에 위치한 태권도장에서 태권도를 수련하는 수련생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 234부를 표집 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, t-검증, 일원변량분석, 사후검증, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법 및 분석 결과를 기초로 하여 이 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물리적 환경과 수련생만족의 회귀분석 결과 물리적 환경의 하위요인인 심미성, 쾌적성, 편의성에서 수련생만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 물리적 환경과 재입관 의도의 회귀분석 결과 물리적 환경의 하위요인인 심미성, 편의성에서 재구매의도에, 쾌적성, 편의성에서 구전의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수련생만족과 재입관의도의 회귀분석 결과 수련생만족은 재구매의도와 구전의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미는 것으로 나타났다.
