인지 무선 애드혹 네트워크에서의 멀티노드 채널 랑데부 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 비효율적인 주파수 자원의 효율적인 사용을 위해 연구되고 있는 CRAHNs(Cognitive Radio Ad-hoc Networks)환경에, 데이터를 전달하기 전에 다수의 노드들이 여러 채널 중 하나의 공통 채널에서 만나는 연구에 초점을 맞춘다. 기존의 연구들은 대부분 두 개 노드의 채널 랑데부를 다루는데, 이를 3개 이상의 노드들에 적용하면 시간이 오래 걸리거나 통신이 불가능하다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 3개 이상의 다수 노드들이 빠른 시간 내에 하나의 채널에서 만나게 해주는 MNSEQ(Multi-Node Sequence)를 제안한다. 또한, 랑데부 후 데이터 교환을 위해 CSMA/CA 기법을 적용하였다. 기존 두 개의 노드 기반 랑데부 기법과 MNSEQ를 통신완료시간 및 전송의 효율성 관점에서 성능평가를 수행하여 MNSEQ가 기존의 기법보다 우수하다는 것을 보여 준다. In this paper, we focus on the study of multi-node rendezvous on one common channel among multiple channels before transmitting in CRAHNs (Cognitive Radio Ad-hoc Networks) for the efficient use of inefficient frequency resources. Most existing researches have dealt with the channel rendezvous between two nodes. But, it can be time-consuming to apply them to three or more nodes. In addition, it cab be impossible to communicate with each other. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a Multi-Node Sequence (MNSEQ), which allows three or more nodes to rendezvous on a single common channel in a short period of time. And, CSMA/CA was applied for data exchange after rendezvous. By performance evaluation through very extensive simulations, we have demonstrated that the proposed MNSEQ outperforms the existing scheme in terms of communication completion time and transmission efficiency.
코로나19 전후의 공공임대주택 가구소득 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to identify changes in income due to COVID-19 for public housing households. A panel survey of residents of public housing in Seoul was conducted. Differences in difference analysis and panel analysis were applied. The results of this study were as follows. First, the change in income of public housing households showed a common trend of recovery or increase in 2021 but not in 2019. Although the absolute amount is not large, 72.6% of the households maintained or increased their income. Second, for recipient households classified as policy beneficiaries, the change in income due to COVID-19 was not statistically significant. This is because they maintain supplementary income such as public transfer income through basic livelihood security. Third, Differences in difference analysis and panel analysis results showed that income is differentially affected by the characteristics of individuals residing in public rental housing, characteristics of the households, and economic characteristics. In particular, women, temporary workers, and service workers have experienced reduced income due to COVID-19. The policy implications of this study’s results were as follows. The government needs forward-looking consideration for the vulnerable groups, such as employment security and housing life. In addition, priority support is needed until the recovery to the pre-COVID-19 situation. This study is meaningful as a basic research in overcoming COVID-19.
통근특성을 통해 본 서울시 공공임대주택 거주자의 주거만족도: 매입임대와 영구임대 비교를 중심으로

This study explored the problem of uneven location of public housing due to supply-oriented housing policies. In particular, the study focused on exploring the factors affecting residential satisfaction through commuting characteristics. The analysis data were derived from the panel survey (2-wave) on public housing provided by SH Corporation. An ordered logistic regression analysis was applied as a research model considering the characteristics of the dependent variable. The results of this study are as follows. First, as commuting time and distance increase, residential satisfaction tends to decrease regardless of the public housing type and region. Second, residential satisfaction is higher in places with an easy access to public transportation. Third, in terms of the job-housing balance, when housing and jobs matched the area of residence, the purchased public housing lease indicated a significant positive influence. Therefore, it is meaningful to derive policy bases and implications for purchase-type public housing, the supply of which is expected to increase in the future by replacing construction-type public housing. 이 연구의 목적은 공공임대주택의 입지문제를 통근특성을 통해 주거만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보는 것에서 착안하였다. 다소 유연한 공급이 가능한 매입임대주택과 그렇지 않은 영구임대주택을 상호 비교하여 임대유형별, 지역별 차이에 따른 결정요인을 도출하는 것이 주요 목적이다. 분석자료는 서울시 공공임대주택 입주자 패널조사 2차년도 자료를 활용하였으며, 종속변수의 특성을 고려하여 순서형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 연구모형으로 적용하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통근시간 및 거리가 증가할수록 주거만족도는 임대유형 및 지역과 관계없이 주거만족도가 낮아지는 경향을 보인다. 둘째, 대중교통 접근이 용이한 곳에서 주거만족도가 높다. 셋째, 직주일치 차원에서 동일 권역 생활권에서 주거와 일자리가 일치하는 매입임대의 경우 상당한긍정적인 영향력을 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 향후 건설형 공공임대주택을 대체하여 증가가 예상되는 매입형 공공임대주택에 대한 정책적 근거와 시사점을 도출하는 것에 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of residents for purchased public housing in Seoul, using empirical panel data. The scope of the study will be targeted at the Seoul, as of 2017. The research method includes literature review, statistical analysis, and spatial analysis using QGIS software program. The data used in the research is the Panel Survey of Public Housing in Seoul(2017). The main results of the research are briefly summarized as follows; Firstly, Living in a housing with an increased area compared to the previous housing. Secondly, they can live for a long time with low rent. The burden on housing costs is 71.8% in the case of the deposit. Thirdly, there is little concern about social stigma. Purchased public housing was found to be good in terms of stigmatization due to low-income clusters. Lastly, the accessibility in the city center was good condition. In particular, commuting time was 34.79 minutes on a one-way basis, saving about 4 minutes compared to other types of public housing.
