일제강점기의 종교운동은 신앙적인 차원을 넘어 민족적 과제를 안고 민족운동, 사회적 갈등을 해소 통합하려는 사회운동 등 다양한 형태로 전개되었다. 천도교의 경우 조선 말기 1860년에 창도되어 일제 강점기에서 해방공간에 이르기까지 다양한 운동을 전개하였다. 그중 그동안 간과하였던 것은 대중화를 위한 통속운동이었다. 천도교는 1860년 4월 5일 창도 이래 인간은 누구나 한울님을 모시고 있다는 侍天主의 이념에 따라 당시 유교적 신분사회를 극복하고 평등한 사회를 만들기 위하여 적서타파, 반상철폐 등을 사회운동으로 전개하였다. 이와 같은 사회운동은 반봉건 반외세의 동학혁명으로 발전하였으며 일반 민중으로 하여금 삶에 대한 새로운 자각을 불러일으키게 하였다. 이러한 사회운동은 1904년 갑진개화운동으로 이어졌으며 1920년대 이후에는 천도교청년당을 중심으로 천도교의 대중적 기반 확립을 위한 일환의 통속운동, 즉 사회개혁운동으로 발전되었다. 1920년대 이후 청년당의 통속운동을 통한 대중화운동은 초기에는 청년당본부 차원이 아닌 지부의 개별적으로 차원에서 추진되었다. 그러나 사회주의 사상의 보급과 조선노동공제회, 조선청년단체연합회 등의 결성을 통한 청년단체 연합운동, 신간회의 협동전선운동 등 사회운동의 변화에 따라 청년당을 중심으로 운동적 차원에서 통속운동을 전개하였다. 이에 따라 청년당은 다양한 통속적 방법을 통해 단발과 검은 색 옷입기, 한글보급을 위한 문맹퇴치운동, 사회적 문제를 야기한 조혼폐지운동, 굿이나 신수점 등의 미신타파운동 등을 추진하였다. The religious movement under Japanese colonial rule going beyond the level of religious belief was developed with diverse forms including the campaign for liberation of the people and the social movement to disentangle social complications. The Cheondo religion which was advocated in 1860 developed diverse social movements under Japanese colonial rule as well as in the time of liberation, however, its popularization movement was passed over. The Cheondo religion since its advocation on 5th of April, 1860, according to its ideology that a man worships God in his mind, took an active part in the social movement like a movement to break down evil customs discriminating legitimate children from illegitimate children and a movement to abolish class distinctions between the nobles and the means in order to realize pantisocracy overcoming the society of hierarchy base on social status according to Confucian ideas. Such movements developed into Donghak Revolution with a idea of semi-feudalism and against foreign influence and made the mass of the people realize their life. The enlightenment movement in 1904 succeeded such movements. After 1920s the movement developed into a popularization movement to socialize the Cheondo religion, namely a campaign for social reform centering on the Young Men’s Group of the Cheondo religion. After 1920s the campaign for social reform through the popularization movement by the Young Men’s Group was promoted by the individual branch level, not by the level of the head office of the Young Men’s Group. But according to the diffusion of socialism and the change of the social movement like the unified campaign of the young men’s bodies through the formation of Joseon Laborers Credit Union and Joseon Federation of Young Men’s Body, and the campaign of cooperation front of Shinganhoi (organization of anti-Japanese unification front), the popularization movement was developed centering on the Young Men’s Group on the level of a campaign. The Group took an active part in the campaign for short hair, wearing black clothes, the eradication of illiteracy to promote the spread of the Korean alphabet (Hangeul), the abolition of an early marriage arousing social a problem and breaking down superstitions like exorcism and divination through diverse popular ways.

AHP 및 엔트로피 기법을 적용한 절리암반비탈면 상태평가항목의 가중치 연구

Many cut slopes are located along national roads, there were the collapse of cut slopes. In this study, the weights for condition evaluation of rock slopes was calculated using the entropy method and analytic hierachy process(AHP) method. The entropy analysis was performed using 95 cut slope data, and the AHP analysis was performed by a questionnaire to several expert. The weights based on analysis results were compared with evaluation weights of existing standard. As a result of this study, there was the difference of weights among the analytical methods. Later on, if this study’s results is used to improvement current evaluation weights, it will be possible to perform the reliable condition evaluation.

Background of Research Even though the changes such as diversification of members along with over-depopulation, and hollowization in rural areas of Korea concurrently occurred, the relevant empirical researches are not sufficient. This study under this circumstances is to seek for supporting policies on sustainability of settlement space of rural areas, and to propose measures for system modification to support the foregoing. Method of Research The method of research can be divided into 4 categories; First, settlement space of rural areas related discussions are arranged through previous references, and analysis on changes in function and status of villages and central places, movement of population, and commuting ranges is conducted by utilizing relevant statistics. Second, the functions and ranges of daily life zone in small cities or Gun (counties), and connecting area and function with nearby central cities are analyzed by conducting surveys. Third, the current status of various policies and actual condition of community activities are identified by in-depth interviews. Lastly, the major policies of advanced countries are studied by commissioning the study to pertinent experts. Research Results and Implications The major outcomes of the study are described as follows. As a result of analysis on commuting and migration of population, the association between a big city and nearby small cities or Gun (counties) has become strengthened whereas the level of association between the areas with daily life zone far from the big cities and the cities has become relatively weakened. It is found that the impact of wide urbanization on the rural areas is limited. By analyzing the centers of rural areas, it is acknowledged that the service function per Eup·Myeon(town) is properly working, and lifestyle along with community activities of residents by town varies depending upon location conditions. From the analysis on community activities of residents, the range of activities together with diversification of members has expanded to Eup·Myeon and cities or Gun(county). Based on the foregoing findings, policy guidelines and measures for sustainable development of settlement space in rural areas are proposed as follows. First, local governments should prepare a mid-and long-term vision on reorganization of town together with continuation of enhancing fundamental living environment of the town. Second, their budgeting should be based on ongoing businesses in response to the many unused facilities created by various government support programs. Third, it is necessary to promote a strategy on the centers of Eup·Myeon to dually embrace strategically important Eup·Myeon and general Eup·Myeon. Fourth, it is important to develop and utilize the indexes comprehensively diagnosing the current status of living sphere in the region, level of function of center areas, regional resources, economic activities, level of competencies of residents, and etc. Fifth, the current contents of reorganization for Eup·Myeon locations need to be diversified. Sixth, the future regional development business should be in a manner of ‘making a town’. Lastly an intermediate organization per large city area and a fundamental unit supporting regional community activities should be promoted and utilized.

This paper deals with John Field`s piano sonata, Op. 1, No.1; this composition marked his debut as a serious composer. He was born in Dublin on July 26, 1782, and died in Moscow on January 23, 1837. Field received early training from his father and grandfather and continued with lessons from Tommaso Giordani. In 1793 Field began studying with Muzio Clementi in London. This was the beginning of a life-long relationship between the two musicians. The Op. 1, was published by and dedicated to Clementi in 1801; this was to remain his most substantial and ambitious publication. In 1802 Field traveled with Clementi on a tour of Europe and on to Russia. Field remained in Russia until his death. Field performed widely and was in great demand as a pianist and teacher. While in Russia, Field developed the lyric genre of piano music known as the nocturne, thus earning himself a place in the history of piano music. Field was one of the most important pianists and composers of his day. In spite of Field`s contemporaneous fame, his music, except for the nocturnes, has subsequently received little attention. This paper consists of four parts: "Introduction about John Field`s life and piano sonata Op.1, No.1," "Analysis of Sonata Op. 1, No. 1," "Conclusion," and "Bibliography."

도시규모를 고려한 도로함몰 사고 복구 행동절차 및 체크리스트 개발

2014년 서울 중심에서 도로함몰 현상이 연속하여 발생함에 따라 도로함몰 현상은 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되었다. 지금까지도 정부ㆍ지자체, 관련 전문가들은 도로함몰 사고 예방을 위해 많은 노력을 기울였지만 여전히 전국에 걸쳐 사고가 발생하고 있는 실정이다. 도로함몰 사고는 인명 및 재산 피해와 직접적인 관련이 있으므로 긴급 상황을 동반할 가능성이 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도로함몰 사고 발생시 지자체 실무자들이 신속히 활용할 수 있는 복구 행동 절차와 필수 점검 항목을 도시규모에 따라 제시하고자 한다. Following continuous occurrences of road sinks in the center of Seoul in 2014, this phenomenon has become a major social issue in Korea. Although the government, municipalities, and related experts have made lots of efforts to prevent road sink accidents, these incidents are still occurring all over the country. Road sink accidents are often accompanied by emergency situations because of their close association with loss of human life and property damage. Therefore, this study aims at presenting urban-scale restoration action procedures and checklist items that can be used by government officials to recover quickly in the event of a road sink incident.
