구조적 문서 변환을 위한 XML Mapper 시스템 설계 및 구현

인터넷 문서 표준인 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 한 전자문서의 교환과 처리가 다양한 시스템에 응용되고 사용범위가 넓어짐에 따라, 각 분야와 특성에 따른 XML문서의 표준이 정의되고 있다. 그러나 특징 단체나 플랫폼에 맞추어 정의된 XML문서 표준은 각기 다른 구조를 지니고 있기 때문에 이들간의 효율적인 문서의 교환과 처리를 위해서는 서로 다른 구조를 연결해 줄 수 있는 중재(Meditation) 역할의 처리가 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XML문서의 구조적 정보를 갖는 XML 스키마(Schema)를 통해, 데이터를 제공하는 원본(Source)측과 데이터를 처리하고자 하는 대상(Destination)측간의 연결규칙을 정의하고 이에 맞게 문서 구조를 변환하는 처리를 담당할 XSL(eXtensible Stylesheet Language)스타일 시트를 생성하는 XML 맵퍼(Mapper) 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

현지국의 산업기술 수준이 다국적기업 자회사 R&D 활동 수준에 미치는 영향

다국적기업 자회사의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 중요 요인 중의 하나가 R&D 활동 수준이다. 최근까지 다국적기업 자회사가 현지 시장에서 수행하는 R&D 관련 활동에 대한 연구는 자료 수집의 한계로 인해 매우 제한적이었다. 본 연구에서는 다국적기업 자회사가 위치하고 있는 현지국의 산업 기술 수준관련 요인들이 그 자회사의 R&D 활동수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 국내에 진출해 있는 131개 해외 자회사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 현지국의 기술변화 속도와 다국적기업이 협력 가능한 연구기관의 수가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다국적기업 본사와 현지 자회사 간에 이루어지는 활발한 자원 공유가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이는 국내 시장 내 해외자회사를 대상으로 한 실증 분석에서 R&D 활동 수준에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인을 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. One of the most critical factors in determining the competitiveness of a MNC’s foreign subsidiary is the level of R&D related activities that the subsidiary conducts in a local market. Due to various difficulties associated with collecting real data regarding the R&D activities of foreign subsidiaries, studies on these activities have been limited. This paper analyzes the effects that the technology levels of related local industries have on the local R&D activities of foreign subsidiaries, along with the effects of other related factors. Empirical analysis was conducted using data that was obtained through the use of questionnaires from 131 foreign subsidiaries located in Korea. The collected data revealed that the speed of technological change in the local market and the number of research institutes in the local market had a significant impact on the level of R&D activities carried out by foreign subsidiaries. Furthermore, active resource (knowledge) exchange activities between MNC HQ and a local subsidiary were also found to have a significant effect. The importance of this paper lies in its use of empirical data analysis in finding specific factors that have substantial effect on the level of R&D activities of foreign subsidiaries.

외국인 투자기업의 사멸 연구를 위해 2013년부터 2017년까지 국내 시장 외국인 투자기업을 연구의 대상으로 선정했다. NICE 평가정보(주) 외국인 투자법인 자료를 표본으로 수집하고, 정제를 거쳐 분석에 사용했다. 종속변수인 외국인 투자기업 사멸에 대한 실증비교 검증은 기업 특성 지표인 외국인 투자 지분율과 근로자수, 재무 유동성 지표는 자본, 자산, 부채, 매출, 수익성 지표로는 영업이익과 매출이익을 분석에 재무비율 지표로 ROA와 ROE를 사용했다. 이후 외국인 투자기업의 소유 지분을 100% 소유한 단독 투자기업과 합작회사, 기업분류에 따른 대기업과 중소기업의 사멸률을 실증했다. 외국인 투자기업 사멸률 영향요인 분석에서는 기업의 종업원 수, 부채, 영업이익과 매출이익 모두 기업의 경영위험도를 낮춰 지속 가능한 경영을 유지하는 효과가 있은 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 지분 투자율, 자본, 자산, 매출 지표는 유의하지 않은 것으로 조사되었다. 외국인 투자기업 사멸률 실증 비교분석 결과에서도 100% 지분을 소유한 단독 투자기업과 대기업이 합작기업과 중소기업보다 상대적으로 사멸의 위험이 낮고, 지속 가능한 경영 가능성이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. This study was conducted to analyze firms`death rate and impact factors on the death of Foreign-invested Companies in Korea which is between 20013 and 2017. Cox Proportional Hazard Model took to conduct on the death impact factors, such as 2 characteristics factors of the firm, and 4 financial characteristics variables, variables, and 4 profitability factors. As a result of the impact factors of Foreign-invested Companies` death the Labour(NE) variables of characteristics firm had negative effects. And the Debt(LB), Operating Profit (OP), and Sales Profit (SP) of the financial characteristics had a negative effect. Other factors did not produce significant results. As a result of an empirically comparative analysis of the mortality rate of foreign-invested companies by the Kaplan-Meier method, it was analyzed that fully owned companies and large enterprises had lower extinction risk and greater sustainable management potential than joint ventures or SMEs.
