XML 기반의 의료정보시스템의 표준 처방전 설계 및 구현

최근 인터넷 기술이 비약적으로 발전하는 추세에 부응하여 의료사업분야에서도 전자처방전 및 처방 EDI 시스템이 병 의원과 약국간에 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 병 의원들의 전산화구축 현황을 볼 때 전산화 시스템을 도입하지 않은 병 의원이 많고 워드프로세스로 발급하거나 수기로 처방하는 현실이다. 이런 병 의원들을 웹을 통한 처방전관리를 하게 된다면 데이터의 호환성 및 약국과의 연계를 통해 처방에 대한 검증까지 가능할 것이다. 본 논문에서 의료자료의 처방전표준양식을 설계하고 이용자가 처방전발급을 위해 별도의 환경설정을 하지 않고 운영환경에 무관하도록 XML 웹기반의 처방전양식표준을 개발하였고 이용자의 인터페이스를 편리하게 하면서 프로그램 유지보수가 용이하도록 데이터 베이스의 검색결과를 XML 형태로 작성하도록 구현하였다. With the recent drastic development of Internet technology, electronic prescription and prescription EDI system is used for the hospital and doctor's office and the medical business area is rapidly developed and considered as the one making a very great profit. The system to reduce inconvenience caused by the result of separation of medicine activity from drug one such as receiving prescription from hospital, providing it and waiting long at drug store is studied and the sin quality for patient is improved by processing prescription per patient into database. In this thesis, the first achievement is that the standard format of prescription is designed, the second one is that the standard format of prescription is developed based on XML for user to issue prescription without setting up the separate environment and considering type of operating system and the last one is the database search result based on XML is implemented to heir user to manage interface and maintenance easily.

High Incidence of Staphylococcus aureus and Norovirus Gastroenteritis in Infancy: A Single-Center, 1-Year Experience

Purpose: The etiology of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) has changed since the introduction of the rotavirus vaccination. The aim of this study was to clarify which common pathogens, both bacterial and viral, are currently causing AGE in infants. Methods: Infants with acute diarrhea were enrolled. We tested for 10 bacterial pathogens and five viral pathogens in stool specimens collected from infants with AGE. The clinical symptoms such as vomiting, mucoid or bloody diarrhea, dehydration, irritability, and poor oral intake were recorded, and laboratory data such as white blood cell count and C-reactive protein were collected. The clinical and laboratory data for the cases with bacterial pathogens and the cases with viral pathogens were compared. Results: Of 41 total infants, 21 (51.2%) were positive for at least one pathogen. Seventeen cases (41.5%) were positive for bacterial pathogens and seven cases (17.1%) were positive for viral pathogens. Staphylococcus aureus (13 cases, 31.7%) and Clostridium perfringens (four cases, 9.8%) were common bacterial pathogens. Norovirus (five cases, 12.2%) was the most common viral pathogen. Fever and respiratory symptoms were common in the isolated viral infection group (p=0.023 and 0.044, respectively), whereas other clinical and laboratory data were indistinguishable between the groups. Conclusion: In our study, S. aureus (41.5%) and norovirus (12.2%) were the most common bacterial and viral pathogens, respectively, among infants with AGE.

깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 연구용역 결과

우리협회에서는 지난 3월 '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동' 선포식을 개최한 이래 동 운동의 성공적인 추진을 위해 해외사례조사, 연구용역 등을 통해 실무적인 준비를 추진해 왔습니다. '깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동'은 기본적으로 목장 환경개선에서부터, 크게는 지역 경종농업과 연계한 자원순환형 농업, 지역민과의 교류활동(우유소비홍보활동 등)까지 농가 지도와 사례 발굴 등을 통해 토지이용형 농업인 낙농산업의 이미지 제고와 우유소비 확대를 위해 추진코자 합니다. 2005년도에는 캠페인 중심으로 추진되어 왔으며, 2006년도에는 우수사례 발굴 등을 통해 전 낙농가로의 운동 확산을 추진목표로 삼고 있습니다. 금번 연구용역은 깨끗한 목장 가꾸기 운동 추진을 위한 농가의 지침서로 활용키 위해 협회에서 강원대 성경일 교수에게 의뢰한 것으로서, 앞으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 소책자를 제작, 농가에 배부할 계획이며, 그중 일부 내용을 발췌하여 본지에 게재하였습니다.

모바일 환경에서의 XML 전자서명을 이용한 암호화 시스템 설계

무선 인터넷이 급속히 발전하고 모바일 폰의 성능이 발달함에 따라서 모바일 폰을 이용한 전자상거래가 활성화되고 있다. 이러한 모바일 폰을 이용한 전자상거래를 M-Commerce라고 한다. 또한 이러한 전자상거래시 가장 중요한 문제점으로는 데이터 보안이나 사용자 인증 기술이며, 이러한 기술에 관한 연구로 WPKI와 WTLS가 있다. 하지만 전자 문서를 모바일 폰에서 서명한 후 다시 메시지를 전송할 때 암호화 되지 않으면, 외부에 노출될 위험이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에 XML 전자서명 기법을 적용하여 사용자 인증을 처리하고 처리한 문서를 암호화 하기 위한 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문을 통해 모바일 환경에서도 XML 전자서명을 제공할 수 있으며, 전자서명 문서를 암호화 함으로써 외부로부터의 위험을 예방할 수 있다. Electronic conunerce that use Mobile Phone according as the radio Internet develops rapidly and performance of Mobile Phone develops is activated. It is said that electronic commerce that use these Mobile Phone is M-Commerce. Also, the most important controversial point is data security or an user certification technology at these electronic commerce, there are research reactor WPKI and WTLS about this technology. However, when transmit message again after sign electronic documents in Mobile Phone, if do not encrypt, danger exists to be exposed to outside. Therefore, in this paper, designed system to encipher document that handle and handles user certification applying XML electronic sign technique in Mobile environment. Prevent of XML electronic sign in Mobile environment through this paper, and can stave off danger from outside by enciphering electronic sign document.

차세대 네트워크환경에서의 보안성 지원을 위한 SIP 기반 VoIP 시스템

인터넷 전화 서비스를 위한 시그널링 프로토콜로 복잡도(complexity)가 낮고, 확장성(extensibility)이 높은 SIP 표준이 차세대 VoIP 표준 기술로 대두되면서 SIP 프로토콜을 VoIP 서비스를 위한 호 설정 시그널링 프로토콜로 사용하고자 하는 움직임이 활발하며, 전세계적으로 SIP 기반 구성요소(component)에 대한 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. SIP를 이용한 서비스는 인터넷 전화 서비스 외에도 인스턴스 메시징 및 다앙한 멀티미디어 기술 응용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 SIP에 대한 표준 인터페이스를 제공하는 JAIN SIP API를 이용하여 단말 및 이동성 지원을 위한 프락시 서버를 설계 및 구현하였고, 구현한 프락시 서 버를 실험하기 위한 인스턴스 메시징과 음성통신이 가능한 사용자 에이전트를 구현하였다. Today, SIP standard (The signalling protocol for the Internet phone service) raises to be the standard technique because the expandability is high and complexity is low. It is widely investigated and actively advocated to use Si81a1 ring protocol for SIP in VoIP service. SIP service can be applied even outside the Internet phone service; instance messaging and various multimedia technology are just an example. This paper proposed an embodiment proxy server for rambling support to use JAIN SIP API. It provides standard interface for testing the Proxy server for SIP and embodiment of user agent that transfer instant massaging and voice communication.

TS 기반의 정보보호수준 평가 방법론 개발에 관한 연구

조직의 정보보호 목표를 효율적이고 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 조직의 정보보호 수준을 정확히 평가하고 이를 개선시킬 방향을 제시하는 기준이나 평가모델이 필요하다. 또한 이를 위해 부문별 정보보호 수준을 평가하고 개선할 수 있는 평가지표나 기준이 필요하고 우리나라에서 적용 가능한 정보보호 시스템들의 평가방법론이 연구되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 다양하고 복잡한 네트워크 보안성과 보안성능부분에 초점을 맞추어 네트워크 보안성을 평가하기 위해 필요한 평가 시스템들을 추출하고 이들 각각을 평가할 수 있는 체크리스트와 각 시스템들이 네트워크 보안성에 얼마만큼 기여하는지를 결정하여 네트워크 보안성을 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 네트워크 보안성능을 평가할 수 있는 평가 모델과 테스트시에 필요한 테스트 시나리오를 제시하였다. It need estimation model who is efficient and estimate correctly organization's information security level to achieve effectively organization's information security target. Also, estimate class information security level for this and need reformable estimation indicator or standard and estimation methodology of information security systems that application is possible should be studied in our country. Therefore many research centers including ISO are preparing the measuring and evaluating method for network duality. This study will represent an evaluating model for network security based on checklist. In addition, we propose ah measuring and evaluating method for network performance. The purpose of two studies is to present the evaluating procedure and method for measuring security of network on set workwill be identified and a measuring method and procedure will be proposed.
