Vibration table is required to obtain high packing density in expendable pattern casting process. Packing density. which is an important manufacture factor, depends on the vibration pattern induced by vibration table. In general, circular vibration pattern is recognized as the best pattern. The existing vibration table is investigated to identify current vibration pattern and consider a countermeasure. Modal test is utilized to identify the dynamic characteristics of vibration table, and finite element method is used to propose the improved design. In simulation using finite element method, the position of stiffeners is obtained to satisfy the required dynamic characteristics.

Linear motor can be directly applied to the system needed linear motions without rotary motions. To control high-speed and high-resolution, the development of the linear motors is recently required in the high-integrated and speed process industry This paper presents thermal and vibration analyses as well as measurement standards of the newly developed linear motors through analyzing the thermal behaviors and vibration characteristics of the advanced products. The thermal measurements are conducted for comparing the developed linear motor with the advanced linear motor and the Finite Volume Method(FVM) is used to identify the measurement results. And then the vibration measurement are carried out in the developed and advanced linear motors with respect to the speed. To identify the measurement results, the Finite Element Method is utilized in the developed and advanced linear motors, respectively. The FVM, FEM, and experiments make it possible to understand these characteristics. The improvement is suggested through their results conducted experiment and analyses.

The water-like ionic liquids have been widely used to enable the proton conduction in ionic liquid based membranes at high temperature and anhydrous PEFCs. In this study, we synthesized various kinds of composite membranes based on hydrocarbon polymers having good thermal and mechanical stabilities at high temperatures and ionic liquids. The composite membrane consisting of hydrocarbon polymer and ionic liquid was characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and impedance spectroscopy. Consequently the non-aqueous composite membranes of a variety of hydrocarbon polymer and ionic liquids have good conductivity and thermal stability at high temperature conditions.
