        학습몰입이 학습근로자의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Purpose This research has investigated to analyze the effect of learning flow on job satisfaction of learning workers. Methods The survey has taken on Learning Workers as participants via online and offline channels. Results Among the resilience of Learning Worker's self-regulation and positivity and self-determination of Learning Worker's competence had a positive effect on job satisfaction. However, resilience's interpersonal skills and self-determination's autonomy and relatedness did not. Conclusion Through this study, we can infer that if the expansion of customized learning curriculums considering the working conditions and learning orientation of working professionals who Learning Workers, and blended learning considering realistic working environments, job satisfaction can be improved.

        개인-환경적합성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 감정노동특성을 매개로

        A study analyzes the impact of person-environment fit on characteristics of emotional labor and organizational effectiveness by targeting to illegal parking operators and traffic-related public officials. Through this analysis, this study seeks a proper response and management planning about emotional labor in the local public service sector. In the study model, the person-organization fit, the person-job fit, and the person-coworker fit, an independent variable. External behavior and inner behavior were the sub-factors that affected the emotional labor, a parameter. In addition, job satisfaction and commitment to organization were the sub-factors for organizational effectiveness, a dependent variable. These procedures were conducted by various regression analysis. This study revealed that characteristics of emotional labor had an effect on organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, relationship between organizational effectiveness and person-environment fit were influenced by the partially mediated effects. Thus, a more effective counter-plan about emotional labor was needed in order to ensure an effective organization. Complementarily, it was necessary to consider the development of unmanned control systems and the introductions of Employee Assistance Program(EAP).

        창업기업의 서비스 회복전략에 관한 연구 -창업 3년 이내의 외식기업을 대상으로

        Korean start-up company is showing a phenomenon of slowdown of growth from higher competitions. Customers are also willing to fulfill their high-quality desires as the market is rapidly changing. From intensive competing environment, it is most important to effectively recover the service failure in order to keep maintain fixed-customers. Therefore this paper introduces the division of procedure, interrelationship and distribution of official regulation, perceived from hotel service industry and how each regulation affects customers` satisfaction and loyalties. It is found that customer-perceived regulations have clear effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore positive and impartial recovery experience should be provided to customers. At the same time, because it is verified to have little difference in approaching method for male and female customers, there should be another investigation on this part of field in succession.

        로그평균 디비지아 지수 방법론을 이용한 저축은행 수익 변화 요인 분해분석

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relative influence of the factor on affecting net profit, decomposed into total deposit, interest expense, total lending, interest income, structural effect and contribution effect, using the LMDI(logarithmic mean divisia index) multiplicative method, and to empirically analyze the actual influence of each variable. We analyzed profit changes from 2015 to 2018 by fixed base year and found that the influence of interest income and the structural effect had little impact on the increase in the net profit of savings bank, but the interest expense had a high negative impact. And the total deposit and total lending had a high positive influence on the increase in net profit over the entire period, and the contribution effect that affects the increase in net profit was also found to have a high influence on profit changes overall. 본 연구는 현재 국내에서 영업중인 79개 저축은행을 지역별 및 사업형태별로 분류하여 당기순이익에 미치는 요인으로 자금조달효과, 조달비용효과, 대출확대효과, 이자수익효과, 구조효과, 순이익기여도로 나누어 요인 분해하고, 각 변수들의 실제 영향력을 실증 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였으며, 요인을 분해하고 분석하는데 일반적으로 사용하는 로그평균 디비지 아 지수 방법론들 가운데 승법적 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 2015년부터 2018년 까지 국내 저축은행의 수익 변화 요인에 대해 기준연도를 고정하고, 지역별 및 사업형태별 수익 변화를 각각 분석한 결과를 보면, 이자수익효과, 구조효과는 저축은행의 당기순이익 증가에 거의 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났으나, 조달이자 지급은 높은 부(-)의 영향 력을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 자금조달효과, 대출확대효과는 전체 기간에 걸쳐 지속적으로 당기순이익 증가에 높은 정(+)의 영향력을 나타냈으며, 이자수익은 당기순이익 증대에 직접 적으로 높은 영향력을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다

        외식업체에서의 SNS특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose The analysis of the relationship between characteristics of SNS and consumer attitudes towards SNS by consumers of food service industry is a study to derive improvement measures for the industry. Methods Independent variables in the research model of SNS characteristics are enjoyment, informativity, reliability, and sociality. Results As a result of the analysis, first of all, the positive influence of independent variables on each purchase has been analyzed from the influence of the SNS characteristics to the degree of purchase. Secondly, from the study on the influence of characteristics of SNS to consumer attitudes in the food service industry, informativity and sociality have a significant positive influence on emotional and cognitive attitudes. Third, emotional attitude and cognitive attitude have a significant positive influence on the degree of purchase in relation to the influence of consumer attitude on the degree of purchase. Fourth, we conducted a multiple regression analysis to understand the mediating effects of consumer attitudes. From the analysis of the moderating effects between emotional and cognitive attitudes of consumers and the impact of informativity and sociality on the degree of purchase, the effect of the emotional and cognitive attitudes of consumer attitude was shown. Fifth, emotional and cognitive attitudes of the consumer attitude characteristics were examined to determine whether the comments played a role in the purchase intention relationship. Conclusion In hierarchical regression analysis, comments showed a moderating role in the relationship between cognitive attitude and purchase intention.

        대면 교육과 비대면 교육의 기업가정신 교육 효과 차이에 관한 연구

        [Purpose]Efforts to find effective methods of entrepreneurship education continue. This paper studied the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in face-to-face education of college students and analyzed the differences in effects by gender, grade, and major to provide insights on various educational methods that meet students’ needs. [Methodology]This study collected data from each class and used it for analysis to compare the effects of entrepreneurship education in face-to-face and non-face-to-face education. In order to compare the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education, data before and after education in Week 1 and Week 15 were compared and measured. [Findings]In both education, the entrepreneurship index was improved, and the effectiveness of non-face-to-face education was higher than that of face-to-face education. There was no moderating effect according to grade and gender, and it was found that there was a moderating effect according to major. [Implications]This study empiricaclly assessed the impact of reciprocity and trust on long-term orientation and performance in the trancsactions between supplier and their strategic account.

        중소벤처기업의 시스템경영이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 경영성과 제고방안을 모색하고자 시스템경영 요소인 ERP시스템, 품질경영시스템, 윤리경영시스템을 독립변수로 하고, 경영성과의 하위요인인 재무적성과, 내부적 성과, 대외적성과를 종속변수로 하는 연구모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수도권 소재 중소기업과 벤처기업의 임직원을 대상으로 자료 수집하여 184부의 유효설문지를 요인분석 및 신뢰성분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시스템경영의 요인인 ERP시스템이 경영성과인 재무적성과, 내부적성과, 대외적성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하였으나, 실증분석결과 내부적성과 및 대외적성과는 유의한 영향은 미치나, 재무적 성과에는 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 품질경영시스템은 경영성과 요소인 재무적성과, 내부적성과, 대외적성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 윤리경영시스템이 경영성과인 재무적성과, 내부적성과, 대외적성과에 유의한 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하였으나, 실증분석결과 재무적성과 및 내부적 성과에는 유의한 영향을 미치나, 대외적 성과에는 영향이 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 중소벤처기업에서 시스템경영 요소인 ERP시스템, 품질경영시스템, 윤리경영시스템을 효과적으로 도입하여 운영한다면, 경영성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 규명하는데 그 의의가있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 도출하였으며, 향후 연구 과제를 제시하였다. To find out ways to enhance management performance in small and medium venture businesses, this researcher designed a study model having the factors of system management, the ERP system, quality management system, and ethical management system, as independent variables and the subfactors of management performance, financial performance, internal performance, and external performance, as dependent variables. For analysis, a survey was done, and data were collected from executives and staff members working for small and medium enterprises and venture Businesses located in the capital area. 184 valid questionnaire sheets went through factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summed up as follows: first, the subfactor of system management, the ERP system, was expected to influence the subfactors of management performance, financial performance, internal performance, and external performance, significantly; however, according to the results of empirical analysis, it influences internal performance and external performance significantly, but not financial performance. Second, the quality management system influences the subfactors of management performance, financial performance, internal performance, and external performance, significantly. Third, the ethical management system was expected to influence the subfactors of management performance, financial performance, internal performance, and external performance, significantly; however, according to the results of empirical analysis, it influences financial performance and internal performance significantly, but not external performance. This study is significant in that it has found that in small and medium venture businesses, if the subfactors of system management, the ERP system, quality management system, and ethical management system, are induced and operated effectively, it will improve their management performance. Based on the results above, this author has drawn theoretical and practical implications and also suggested what to do for follow-up research.

        중소벤처기업의 최고경영자 역량과 회생성과의 관계에서 회생전략인 구조조정 전략과 경영혁신 전략의 매개효과 연구

        Purpose The purpose of identify the strategic factors for the more efficient revitalization of SMB venture companies. Methods This study is to conduct empirical analyses on the measurement variables on sample companies. Results The outcomes of this study were as follows; First, the competence of the top management had a positive impact on the restructuring strategies and the managerial innovation strategies, which are the revitalization strategies. Second, the competence of the top management turned out to have a positive impact on financial and non -financial performances, which are the performance indicators for revitalization. Third, the restructuring strategies and managerial innovation strategies, which are revitalization strategies, had a positive impact on the financial performances and the non-financial performances, which are the revitalization performance indicators. Fourth, the restructuring strategy had a valid mediating effect in the relationship between the competence of the top management and the financial performance. Conclusion However, the mediating effect did not stand valid in the relationship between the competence of the top management and the non-financial performance. Also, the managerial innovation strategy was confirmed to have a mediating effect in both the relationships between the competence of the top management and the financial performance/ non-financial performance.

        Purchasing Strategies based on Business Strategy and Types of Product

        The purpose of this paper is to develop the portfolio model to support the competitive advantage for purchasing strategy. This paper presents a two-step as a framework for developing purchasing strategies. The first step is to develop the component characteristics groups with two dimensions: lean value (quality and cost factors) and agile value (availability and time factors). The next step is to develop the purchasing portfolio model with two dimensions: component characteristics groups and supply risk. Finally, purchasing strategies in the model are suggested to support a firm’s strategy according to its product characteristics. A practical case study is used to illustrate the applicability of the purchasing portfolio model. The result of case study shows that lean characteristics are more important than agile characteristics of purchased components in a function product while both lean and agile characteristics are important in an innovation product.
