        의료기관 종사자가 인지한 병원코디네이터의 업무수행도와 종사자의 직무만족도와의 관련성

        Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate general characteristics, job characteristics, characteristics of hospitals, and hospital coordinators, and to investigate the factors affecting the job satisfaction of medical workers. Methods: The data was collected through a self-reported questionnaire among 435 workers in plastic surgery and dermatology clinics in metropolitan city G. We investigated general characteristics, job-related characteristics, characteristics of medical institutions and hospital coordinators, job performance of hospital coordinators, and job satisfaction of medical workers. T-tests, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were conducted to investigate the factors related with job satisfaction. Results: The job satisfaction of the medical workers and the perceived job performance of hospital coordinators were $3.55{\pm}0.40$ and $3.74{\pm}0.43$, respectively. In multiple regression analysis, drinking frequency, number of night shifts, number of work days, and hospital coordinator introduction years were associated with the job satisfaction of medical workers. The more the overall job performance of hospital coordinators increased, the higher was job satisfaction(B=0.458, p<0.001). In detail, the more job roles(B=0.218, p<0.001), core competency(B=0.145, p=0.005), and leadership(B=0.099, p=0.037) increased, the higher was the job satisfaction of medical workers. Conclusions: The job satisfaction of the medical institution workers was associated with the perceived job performance of the hospital coordinator. In order to increase the job satisfaction of medical institution workers, a hospital coordinator with specialized job performance will be able to improve job satisfaction by carrying out efficient work in the medical institution.

        혈행성 감염관리에 대한 인식과 실천에 관한 연구

        This study examined awareness and practice on the prevention of bloodborne infection among Semipermanent makeup workers in Korea. Authors conducted the questionnaire survey about a level of awareness and practice on the prevention of bloodborne infection of 134 Semipermanent makeup practitioners in Korea. This study performed a univariate analysis and multiple analysis to examine an association between awareness and practice on the prevention of bloodborne infection. Authors found that there was an association between the awareness and practice, and there were high scores of them except for using mask and gown, management of infection waste, and hand wash after services. This study suggested a legislation in order to reduce bloodborne infection among Semipermanent makeup workers.

        〈심생전〉의 공간 양상과 작자의식

        This paper investigates the spatial property & sense of the author drawn in 〈Simsaengjeon〉. 〈Simsaengjeon〉is a tragic love story describing the process in which Simsaeng, a noble man parted a middle-class woman after meeting her. The story is divided into street space where they met, room space based on the woman's room where their love was consummated & space of temple after farewell. The street space, the first stage is the place where the protagonist Simsaeng met her in their fate. This is the space where the real amour of man & woman was manifested, excluding the confucian frame. Lee Ok, the author's desire for modernization is indicated here as the author detected birth of new sense of value. The space based on the woman's room as the 2nd space is described as conflict of status and deviation space on the premise of love. The shape of active woman expressed the resistance and challenging sense against hierarchical society. Casting question on irrational social system through conflict between 2 lovers & woman's behavior, Lee Ok expressed the recovery of ego and challenge against the old age. The space of temple, the 3rd space is the actual world experienced by Simsaeng. After he received the written will of the woman, however, this place is changed into challenging space toward new awakening and confucian order. This includes the author Lee Ok's message of challenge and hope toward accusation of the age and new age. Finally, the author Lee Ok's satire toward old order and intelligent through paradox flows under the delivery of perverted theme through the criticism of Maehwoesa. As stated above, 〈Simsaengjeon〉 describes the tragic love of man and woman in the continuance of street, room and temple space. Then, the base is penetrated by author's sense of self-awareness of the public in the late period of Joseon, the accusation of the contradictory society and resistance against feudal order.

        양파와 마늘가격 예측모형의 예측력 고도화 방안

        The purpose of this study is to present a time series model of onion and garlic prices. After considering the various time series models, we calculated the appropriate time series models for each item and then selected the model with the minimized error rate by reflecting the monthly dummy variables and import data. Also, we examined whether the predictive power improves when we combine the predictions of the Korea Rural Economic Institute with the predictions of time series models. As a result, onion prices were identified as ARMGARCH and garlic prices as ARXM. Monthly dummy variables were statistically significant for onion in May and garlic in June. Garlic imports were statistically significant as a result of adding imports as exogenous variables. This study is expected to help improve the forecasting model by suggesting a method to minimize the price forecasting error rate in the case of the unstable supply and demand of onion and garlic.

        여성적 리더십 요인에 관한 연구 -사회복지조직을 중심으로-

        본 연구는 사회복지조직에서 적용되는 ‘여성적 리더십’의 요인과 인식을 파악하기 위해 사회복지전문가들이 인식하는 여성적 리더십의 요인을 델파이 조사하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 사회복지조직구성원들이 인지하는 여성적 리더십에 관해 설문조사하였다. 사회복지전문가들은 여성적 리더십의 가장 중요한 행동을 내부 지향적 요인을 중시하는 ‘관계적 행동유형’이라 하였고, 변화계획수립, 혁신 등을 추구하는 외부지향적인 변화적 행동유형은 가장 낮은 행동군으로 인식하였다. 개방형 설문에서 전문가들은 남성적 리더십이 여성적 리더십에 비해 과감, 적극적, 외부지향적이라 응답하였으며 부드러움, 수평적 협력, 융통성, 빠른 적응력 등이 남성적 리더십과 차별된 여성적 리더십 요인이라 인식했다. 반면, 설문조사 응답자인 사회복지조직 구성원들은 여성관리자에게서 여성적 리더십이 더 높게 발현된다고 응답하였다. 또한 최고관리자의 성별에 따른 여성적 리더십에 대해 남성 응답자들이 ‘여성보다 남성 최고관리자에게서 여성적 리더십이 더 높게 발현된다’고 인지한 점은 전문가들이 인식하는 생물학적 성과 관련된 보수적 ‘여성적 리더십’과 조직구성원들이 인식하는 ‘여성적 리더십’에 대한 인식 차이가 있음을 보여준다. 즉, 사회복지현장에서는 기존 생물학적 성(性)에 기반한 ‘여성적 리더십’인식에서 조직의 원활하고 효율적 운영을 위한 젠더적 사회적 ‘여성적 리더십’으로의 인식 전환이 이루어지고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. This study conducted delphi survey targeting the factors of feminine leadership perceived by social welfare experts in order to identify the factors and perception of 'feminine leadership' applied to social welfare organizations and questionnaire surveys regarding the feminine leadership perceived by social welfare organization members were conducted based on the results. Social welfare experts perceived the most important behavior of feminine leadership as 'relational behavior type' putting emphasis on inner-directed factors and outer-directed transformational behavior type pursuing innovation and organization of transformation plans as the lowest behavioral group. In an open survey, experts replied that masculine leadership is decisive, active, and outward-looking than feminine leadership and softness, horizontal collaboration, flexibility, and rapid adjustment are feminine leadership elements different from masculine leadership. On the other hand, social welfare organization members - the respondents of the survey - replied that female supervisors reveal greater feminine leadership. In addition, the point that male respondents perceived that 'male supervisors express more feminine leadership than female supervisors' with regard to feminine leadership based on gender shows that there are differences in perceiving conservative 'feminine leadership' related to biological gender, which experts perceive, and 'feminine leadership' which members of organization perceive. That is, it has been identified that the conversion from 'feminine leadership' based on existing biological gender to gender social 'feminine leadership' for organization's smooth and effective operation is taking place.

        Growth can be summarized as the process of a youth's growing up and an immature individual's struggle to find his or her identity in a conflictive environment surrounding the individual. Therefore, ‘Growth’ existed in all eras. Accordingly, the questions on the growth novels in literature should be discussed in the view point of in what period and how the growth was attained and what could we define as a growth. The western growth novels usually focus on a kind of story that a youth who had left his home wanders in the society and gets adjusted to the orders of the society where he belongs, which is a typical novel of the perfection of oneself as a citizen. On the other hand, the premise of growth in Korean novels can't be the same as that of western European's because of the history of colonialization, war and division of the nation. Most of our growth novels usually focus on a youth who is unable to understand the world independently grows up as a member of a family. Above all things, the fact he has to accept is the nonexistence of father in his family and this must be understood as a symbol of hardship in growth during the period of serious disorder and fluctuation in Korean society. A father is not only a patriarch but also an index that shows how to live the life. Our arduous history plundered a father from a family and this makes us experience the actual torment of starvation. When the starvation is unsolved, it incites the selfish desire for survival rather than respecting the morals and orders of life. The process of self character building in the novel of Kim Seung Ok or the narrative of survival that can be seen in the growth novel of Kim Ju Young reveal the hardship of growth in a chaos. Our growth novels which deal with the individual growth in a period of distress especially focus on the conditions of impossibilities rather than the conditions of growth. Therefore, it plays a role as a passage that effectively illustrates the confusion and chaos in a particular period. Namely, the growth novels that deal with an ideology and the division of a nation are not growth novels which the author intended but they perform a primary role that reflects a certain period through an innocent child's eyes that see the disillusionment and absurdity of adults as well as the discovery of social vices. Accordingly, the fact that the growth itself is not the purpose but it is a medium of an effective description of desolateness of postwar days, dread of ideology and madness of the period is the characteristic of growth novels in this particular period.

        아로마 마사지가 자궁적출술 환자의 수술 전 심리적 불안에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 자궁적출술 수술 환자를 대상으로 손 마사지를 시행하여 수술 전 상황에서의 심리적, 생리적 불안반응에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시한 비동등성 대조군전ㆍ후 시차 설계 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 A소재 B종합병원에서 자궁적출술의 진단을 받고 수술을 앞둔 환자 중 의사소통이 충분히 가능한 실험군Ⅰ 20명과 실험군Ⅱ 20명, 대조군 20명으로 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하였고, 세 집단의 실험 전후 차이 검증은 ANOVA, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 수술환자의 수술 전에 손 마사지를 받은 실험군Ⅰ과 실험군Ⅱ은 심리적 불안반응의 지표인 기질 상태불안과 VAS 불안정도는 대조군보다 약간 감소하였고, 생리적 불안반응인 혈압과 맥박은 대조군과 함께 증가하였으나 증가가 작았다. In this study, A hysterectomy surgery patients before surgery carried out a hand massage on the situation in the effects on psychological, physiological, anxiety reaction in order to find out, conducted by the nonequivalent comparison group parallax of before and after experimental study. This study was done A Material B in hospitals hysterectomy surgery in the diagnosis of the patient ahead of the communication is fully available experimental group receiving the experimental groupⅠ 20 people, the experimental groupⅡ 20 people, 20 people were selected as a comparison group. Experimental surgical studies of patients receiving a hand massage before surgery Ⅰ and group Ⅱ is an indicator of psychological anxiety and state anxiety VAS anxiety reaction substrate was slightly lower than the comparison group, physiological reactions of anxiety, increased blood pressure and pulse with the comparison group the increase was small. Hand massage simply produces a surgery the patient's psychological state is the effect on anxiety reduction in the massage on the employment and to assume that it will work as well as expected, but did not have.

        순환교대근무와 주간고정근무 간호사의 일부 대사증후군 관련 변인의 차이

        본 연구는 3년간 순환교대근무와 주간고정근무 간호사의 일부 대사증후군 관련 변인의 차이를 확인하고, 순환교대근무간호사의 건강증진을 위한 방법적 모색의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행된 조사연구이다. 경기도에 위치한 일개병원에 근무하는 111명의 간호사(순환교대: 65명, 주간고정근무: 46명)를 대상으로 2015년부터 2017년까지 직장인 건강검진 내역 중 대사증후군과 관련 있는 변인들을 조사 비교하였다. 연구 결과 중 공복 시 혈당(FBS)의 3년 평균이 순환교대근무자 94.23±8.86mg/dl, 주간고정근무자 90.10±7.13mg/dl으로 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(F=10.257, p=0.002), 반복측정 결과에서도 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 있었다(F=10.257, p<0.01). 또한 3년간 고밀도지단백질(HDL)의 평균이 순환교대근무자 59.25±11.45mg/dl, 주간고정근무자 62.37±12.76mg/dl으로 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며(F=4.327, p=0.040), 반복측정을 통한 그룹 간 차이도 통계적으로 유의하였다(F=4.327, p<0.05). 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 대사증후군 관련 변인들 중 순환교대근무 간호사가 주간고정근무 간호사보다 공복 시 혈당이 높았고, 고밀도지단백질이 더 낮았다. 이상의 결과를 통해 간호사 근무형태에 따라서 일부 대사증후군 관련 변인들의 차이를 확인할 수 있었으며, 추후 장기간의 연구를 통해 근무유형이 간호사의 대사증후군에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 분석할 필요가 있음을 제언한다. This study aims to identify differences in selected metabolic syndrome makers between nurses on rotating shift and daytime fixed work schedules, and present its findings as a basic reference to explore methods to improve the health of nurses on rotating shift schedule. The survey was conducted for 3 years from 2015 to 2017 on 111 nurses (rotating shift: 65, daytime fixed work: 46) working in a hospital in Gyeonggi Province and investigated and compared variables related to metabolic syndrome makers from their health screening records. The survey revealed that the 3-year average fasting blood sugar (FBS) level of nurses on rotating shift schedule and nurses on daytime fixed work schedule was 94.23±8.86mg/dl and 90.10±7.13mg/dl, respectively, showing a statistically significant difference (F=10.257, p=0.002). Results from the repeated measurements also showed a significant difference between those groups (F=10.257, p<0.01). On the other hand, the 3-year average high-density lipoprotein (HDL) of nurses on rotating shift schedule and nurses on daytime fixed work schedule was 59.25±11.45mg/dl and 62.37±12.76mg/dl, respectively, exhibiting a statistically significant difference(F=4.327, p=0.040). Results from the repeated measurements also showed a statistically significant difference between those groups (F=4.327, p<0.05). In conclusion, regarding metabolic syndrome makers, this study identified that nurses on rotating shift schedule was higher in FBS level and lower in HDL than nurses on daytime fixed work schedule. These results suggest that the work types of nurses can make a difference in some metabolic syndrome makers. For further in-depth analysis, a long-term study needs to be carried out in the future to investigate the effects of work types on metabolic syndromes in nurses.

        사무직 남성의 대인관계문제, 직무스트레스와 분노반추가 화병증상에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 사무직 남성의 화병증상에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사무직 남성의 대인관계문제, 직무스트레스, 분노반추와 화병증상간의 관계를 알아보고 각 변인들이 화병증상에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울 및 수도권의 사무직 남성 385명이며, 사용된 측정도구는 화병척도, 한국형 대인관계문제검사 원형척도(단축형), 한국인 직무스트레스척도(단축형), 한국판 분노반추척도이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Windows 21.0 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, Pearson 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대인관계문제, 직무스트레스, 분노반추, 화병증상 변인 간 모두 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 둘째, 사무직 남성의 화병증상 전체와 신체적 · 정서적 화병증상에 미치는 영향 분석을 위해 대인관계문제, 직무스트레스, 분노반추를 독립변인으로 분석한 결과 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 대인관계문제 변인이 상대적 영향력이 큰 변인으로 채택되었다. 따라서 사무직 남성의 화병증상을 완화시키기 위하여 대인관계 기술 및 정서조절방식에 대한 교육의 필요성을 실천적 함의로 제시할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate white-collar male workers: the relationship between interpersonal relationship problems, occupational stress, anger rumination, and hwa-byung symptoms along with the effects interpersonal relationship problems, occupational stress, and anger rumination have on hwa-byung symptoms and sub factors of hwa-byung symptoms. A questionnaire was conducted by using the Hwa-Byung Scale, KIIP-SC, KOSS, and KARS on 385 male subjects working in the field of office jobs in the Seoul, Metropolitan area. The results were as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between the interpersonal relationship problems, occupational stress, anger rumination, and hwa-byung symptoms. Second, interpersonal relationship problems, occupational stress, and anger rumination explained and had significant effects on all of the hwa-byung symptoms along with their sub factors. These results imply the fact that white-collar male workers that experience hwa-byung symptoms are effected by interpersonal relationship problems, occupational stress, and anger rumination. so, to alleviate the hwa-byung symptoms of white-collar male workers, the necessity of education on interpersonal skills and emotion regulation strategies.
