잇솔질이 제5급와동수복재의 표면조도와 마모에 미치는 영향

This in vitro study was done to evaluate the change of the surface roughness and the degree of wear of restorative materials for class Ⅴ cavities before and after toothbrushing. In this study, Durafill, Clearfil Posterior, Fuji-ionomer, ketac-silver, and Amalgam were used and 5,000 and 30,000 times of tooth-brushing were done using cross-brushing machine. The surface roughness were measured with Profilometer and weight loss were measured with Chyo balance. The results obtained were as follows, 1. The surface roughness value was highest in Fuji-ionomer group and lowest in Durafill group at measuring before and after toothbrushing(p<0.01). 2. The surface roughness were increased after toothbrushing in all groups except Amalgam group(p<0.01). 3. In all groups, there was no significant difference in the surface roughness between after 5,000 and after 30,000 times of tooth-brushing(p>0.05). 4. The percentage of weight loss after toothbrushing was greatest in Fuji-ionomer group followed by Ketac-silver group(p<0.05), and there was no significant difference among Durafill, Clearfil Posterior and Amalgam groups(p>0.05).

Myeong-Am Cho‘s Ga-Yo poem shows the colonial people's reality and life which was oppressed by Japanese Imperialism. Also the Ga-Yo poem consoled their pain and captured sense of loss of life and reality. It made people to live conformable by internalizing their public sentiment, and to assimilate with Japanese imperialism policies. World of pleasure and enjoyment which was seperated from the contemporary reality concealed national consciousness and produced fictional desire. However his Ga-Yo poem not only assimilate with Japanese Imperialism but also showed the appearance of 'poetic subject(Poetic I)' that dissimilates and resists to them. At the late colonial period, Cho's Ga-Yo poem had a tendency of pro-Japanese which cooperated with pioneering of Manchuria. After the outbreak of the Pacific War, Ga-Yo of militarization which encouraged to participate and sacrifice in war emerged in earnest. However, at the same time, he published many literary works which inspired national characteristics and consoled despair of colonist. This compositive characteristics that contains colonialism and nationalism made his literary works difficult to dichotomize pro-Japanese or anti-Japanese. 조명암의 가요시는 일제의 억압 아래 놓여 있던 식민지인의 현실과 삶을 담아내고 그들의 고통과 상실감을 위로하는 측면이 컸다. 이것은 감상성을 내면화시켜 대중의 정서를 체제순응적인 방향으로 조작하고 일제의 정책에 동화시키는 역할을 하기도 하였다. 또한 당대와 유리된 흥과 향락의 세계는 민족정서를 은폐하고 허구적 욕망을 양산하는 작용을 하였다. 그러나 중요한 점은 그의 가요시가 일제에 동화하는 가운데서도 때로 이화하고 저항하려는 시적 주체의 모습을 보여주고 있었다는 점이다. 일제말기 조명암의 가요시에는 만주개척에 협조하는 친일적 경향이 나타난다. 또한 태평양전쟁 발발 후에는 전쟁 참여와 희생을 독려하는 군국가요가 본격적으로 등장하게 된다. 그러나 같은 시기 그는 식민지인의 절망을 위로하고 민족성을 고취시키는 상당수의 작품을 발표하고 있었다. 식민주의와 민족주의가 공존하는 이러한 복합적인 성격은 그의 작품을 친일 혹은 반일이라는 단순한 시각으로 재단할 수 없게 만든다.

노인장기요양보험제도 시행에 따른 방문요양의 개선방안에 관한 고찰

날로 확대되고 있는 방문요양의 긍정적인 발전을 위해 방문요양의 특성을 노인장기요양보험에 기초하여 정리하고, 문헌연구와 현장면담 그리고 보도자료의 현황조사를 근거로 문제점을 살펴보고 개선점을 제시하였다. 첫째, 방문요양의 난립으로 인한 수급질서 혼란문제를 해결하기위하여 신규 방문요양기관의 설치기준과 불법행위에 대한 처벌을 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 재가급여가 방문요양에 편향되어 제기되는 문제를 해결하기위하여 방문요양서비스를 다양화 하는 방향으로 개선되어야한다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 근무조건 및 전문성확보를 위해 근로관계개선 지침 및 보수교육과 처우개선 지침을 마련해야한다. 넷째, 방문요양기관의 민영화에 따른 기관장의 비복지적 개입을 금지하기위해 기관장의 자격기준을 강화해야한다.

본 연구는 생태유아교육을 실천하는 파란어린이집에서의 만5세 유아의 일과를 질적연구방법으로 분석해 보고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 파란어린이집의 만5세 파란반 유아들을 연구 참여자로 하여 7개월간 참여관찰 및 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 파란반 유아들의 일과가 의미하는 바는 크게 일과의 시간적 흐름, 공간적 흐름, 놀잇감의 흐름에서 찾아볼 수 있었으며, 구체적으로는 첫째 자유롭게 시간을 보내는 하루, 둘째 자유롭게 공간을 이동하는 하루, 셋째 스스로 만든 놀잇감을 가지고 노는 하루로 드러났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아들의 어린이집에서의 일과를 이해하고, 바람직한 보육 및 보육환경 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the daily work of five-year old children at the Eco Early Childhood Education Center. The research methodology was informed by a qualitative approach. The research participants were children in the Blue class at the Blue Daycare Center. These children were studied for a period of seven months. The findings of the study are as follows. The meanings of children's daily lives in the Blue Class were found in ‘playing freely', without recognition of obligations and time constraints. The children usually played freely near the door. They voluntarily created toys with various materials that could be found nearby. Most toys were made from natural materials. Efforts should be made to understand the realities of the daycare center. A basic study of the development of the daycare environment is needed.
