With the development of the fourth industrial revolution and technology, equipment has become larger and more complex, leading to an increased interest in predictive maintenance to increase productivity. Recently, companies have shown a lot of interest in building smart factories to improve productivity and secure competitiveness, with the government aiming to build over 10,000 smart factories in the future. While standards such as ISO 10816 or ISO 7919 make it easy for companies to apply them, they still need to establish a system to detect and evaluate the condition of equipment, while applying different evaluation criteria depending on each company's situation, even for the same equipment. In this study, that aimed to understand the trends in predictive maintenance technology and develop a predictive maintenance system for construction equipment. By collecting and analyzing vibration data, researchers define abnormal types based on vibration characteristics, and develop an algorithm and platform that can automatically display information on risk and current status when detecting abnormal vibrations. Through this study, researchers proposed effective ways to improve productivity and safety by performing effective analysis of abnormal vibrations based on vibration data.
