        편마비 환자에 있어서 Bobath Approach가 골반경사각도 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare a pelvic tilt angle between sound side and affected side in hemiplegic patients and the changing affected pelvic posterior tilt angle was measured at intervals of 3, 6, 9 weeks after Bobath approach. The subject for the study were 10 hemiplegic patients(mean age of 54.1 years)without orthopedic disability on pelvic bone. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows. There was a significant difference in the pelvic tilt angle between sound side and affected side in hemiplegic patients. There was a significant difference in affected pelvic posterior tilt angle between pre-treatment and post-treatment(9 weeks).

        편마비 환자의 골반경사 각도에 따른 하지체중지지 및 체중이동에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was l)to compare a pelvic tilt angle between sound side and affected side in hemiplegic patients, 2)to determine the difference of weight bearing and weight shifting between sound and affected lower extremity according to the pelvic tilt angle. The subject for the study were 40 hemiplegic patients(mean age of 55.6 years)without orthopedic disability on pelvic bone. The data were analyzed by t-test, one way ANOVA, Multiple comparison and Range. The results of this study were as follows : 1. There was a significant difference in the pelvic tilt angle between sound side and affected side in hemiplegic patients(p<0.05). 2. There was a significant difference in the weight bearing value between sound and affected side in hemiplegic patients according to the posterior pelvic tilt angle(F = 12.43, df = 3/36, p<0.001). Therefore, the lesser the posterior pelvic tilt angle, the higher the weight bearing value on the affected side. 3. The lesser the posterior pelvic tilt angle, the higher the weight shifting value on the affected side. 4. There was a significant difference in weight bearing value between sound and affected side according to the grade spasticity(F = 3.61, df = 4/35, p<0.05). Therefore, the higher the grade spasticity, the lower the weight bearing value on affected side.

        주관절신전 상태에서 견관절 각도에 따른 파악력 비교

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of testing posture and shoulder position on grip strength. The subjects were one hundred volunteers of Shinsung College (50 males and 50 females), ages from 20 to 27 years(mean age of 22.1 years). This study was carried out from september 7 to setember 10, 1998. The data were analyzed by mean and deviation, unpaired t-test, paired t-test, one way ANOVA and correlation. These results were obtained as follows; 1. Comparison on grip strength by left and right hand, there was a significant difference in standing and sitting position (p<0.05). 2. Comparison on grip strength between male and female, there was a significant difference in standing and sitting position (p<0.05). 3. One-way ANOVA on grip strength according to shoulder joint angle, there was a no significant difference in standing and sitting position (p>0.05). 4. Correlation on grip strength by sitting verus standing, there was a very significantly difference (p<0.01).

        연령에 따른 3지점 비체중지지 목발보행이 심혈관계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of systolic blood pressure, heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption on 3-point nonweight bearing ambulation with axillary wooden crutch according to age. The subjects were fifty healty volunteers(22 male, 28 female), ages from 20 to 69(mean age of 43.8 years) with no history of cardiovascular or respiratory disease, diabetes mellitus, arthritis and orthopedic disorder within the past three years. This study was carried out from May 10 to August 10, 1996. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation and ANOVA. The results were as follows : 1. In systolic blood pressure(SBP), there was no significantly change between before walk and after 20 m in crutch walking with age, however, there did differ significantly after 40 m and 60 m in crutch walking(p<0.01, p<0.001). 2. In heat rate(HR), there was no significantly change between before walk and after 20 m, 40 m in crutch walking with age, however, there did differ significantly after 60 m in crutch walking(p<0.05). 3. In myocardial oxygen consumption($MVO_{2}$), there was no significantly change between before walk and after 20m in crutch walking with age, however, there did differ significantly after 40 m and 60 m in crutch walking(p<0.01, p<0.001). These result showed that cardiovascular system had a great effect on the olderly when 3-point nonweight bearing ambulation with axillary wooden crutch. Therefore, when train for axillary crutch in the olderly, we needed suitably basis of walking distance.

        블록 크기 및 난류발생기 배치에 따른 수평채널내의 열전달 및 압력강하 특성에 관한 연구

        최근 전자장비의 소형화 및, 고밀도화가 되는 반도체 집적기술의 발달로 인해 칩과 모듈에서 발생되는 내부발열량을 외부로 적절히 방출시키기 위해서 열 제어시스템 적용에 대한 연구의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 본 연구는 SST k-ω 난류모델을 적용하여 4개의 블록이 부착한 수평채널내에서 열전달 및 압력강하 특성을 고찰하였다. CFD 해석시 적용한 매개변수는 블록 폭, 블록 높이, 열원 및 난류발생기 배치이고, 해석시 기본 경계조건은 채널 입구의 온도 및 유속은 300 K, 3.84 m/s, 열유속은 358 W/㎡으로 하였다. 그 결과로 블록 폭비율(w/h)이 증가할수록 열전달성능이 감소하는 반면에 블록 높이비(h/w)이 증가할수록 열전달특성은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 열원의 크기배열은 낮은 열유속에서 높은 열유속으로 증가시킬 수록 열원의 영향을 받아 열전달계수는 증가하는 경향을 나타냈고, 난류발생기는 채널 입구에 가까운 블록 1번 위치의 상단에 설치했을 경우가 4개의 가열블록 전체에 가장 영향을 크게 미치게 되고, 압력강하특성을 고려할 때 가장 적절한 위치로 선정할 수 있었다. Recently, as the semiconductor integration technology due to miniaturization and high density of electronic equipment have developed, it is importantly recognized the application of thermal control system in order to release inner heat generated from chips, modules, In this study, we considered the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics in a horizontal channel with four blocks using k-ω SST turbulence model During CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, the parameters applied block width, block height, heat source and turbulence generator placement etc. As the boundary conditions of analysis, the channel inlet temperature and flow velocity were respectively 300 K and 3.84 m/s, the heat flux was 358 W/㎡. As a result, the heat transfer performance was decreased as the block width ratio (w/h) was increased, while it was increased as the block height ratio (h/w) was increased. In addition, as the arrangement of heat source size was increased to high heat flux from low heat flux, it was influenced by heat source size and the heat transfer coefficient showed a tendency to increase, When the turbulence generator was installed in the upper part of block No. 1 position the closely to the channel entrance, the heat transfer characteristics was greatly influenced on the whole of four heating blocks. and in oder to consider the pressure drop characteristics, we are able to select the most appropriate turbulence generator’s position.

        가정과 연계한 긍정적 행동지원 중재가 통합학급 실내놀이시간에 장애유아 문제행동과 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 본 연구에서는 통합어린이집에 재원 중인 장애유아를 대상으로 어머니 참여를 통한 가정과 연계한 긍정적 행동지원 프로그램의 실행이 통합학급 내 장애유아의 문제행동 및 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 본 연구를 위해 통합어린이집의 만 3-4세 장애유아 3명과 장애유아의 어머니, 유아가 소속된 학급의 장애전담교사가 참여하였으며 장애유아 3명을 대상으로 대상자간 중다간헐기 초선 설계를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 장애유아 어머니는 긍정적 행동지원 중재 방법을 습득하였고 이는 통합학급 내 장애유아의 문제행동 감소와 사회적 상호작용 증가에 영향을 미쳤다. 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에 대한 논의 및 제한점, 후속연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다. Purpose: This study was intended to know how to the home linked PBS intervention influenced the challenging behaviors and the social interactions of preschoolers with disabilities at indoor activities in inclusive class. Method: This study was conducted with 2 children aged 3 at different classes and 1 child aged 4 years at the U inclusive child care and education center in Uijeongbu-City. The experimental design was the multiple probe baseline across participants and the researchers guided the study purpose, the intervention plans and methods to the special teachers and parents of children with disabilities in each class. Results: The results of this study was as followed: First, through the home linked PBS interventions, the challenging behaviors of preschoolers with disabilities in the class has been reduced. Second, through the home linked PBS interventions, the initiative behavior and the response behavior of preschoolers with disabilities in the class was increased. As a result, social interactions were also increased. Third, even after the end of the the home linked PBS interventions, the reduction of challenging behaviors and the increase of social interactions of preschoolers with disabilities was maintained. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the the home linked PBS interventions reduced challenging behaviors, increased social interactions, and maintained the outcomes of children with disabilities.
