중학교 축구선수의 심판 판정에 따른 경기지속 참여와 만족도에 미치는 영향
이 연구는 중학교 축구선수의 심판판정에 따른 경기지속 참여와 만족감에 관계를 규명하였으며, 경기도 P지역에 소재한 중학교 남자 축구선수들 282명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의한 직접조사를 실시하였다. 따라서 그 응답결과를 유의성으로 검증하여 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 심판판정에서의 전문성에 분류에서는 학년과 경력이 부분적으로 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 심판의 정확성에 대해서는 경력에서만 높은 점수를 보였으며, 신뢰성에 대한 부분에서는 학년과 경력에서만 크나큰 차이를 보여줬다. 전체적으로 축구선수들의 학년과 경력이 심판판정에 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였다. 둘째, 경기지속 참여와 만족도에서는 학년에서 1학년이 경기지속 참여가 가장 높게 나왔으며, 경력은 3년 이하가 가장 높게 나타났다. 포지션으로는 M·F가 가장 높게 나왔으며, 출전 위치로는 주전이 후보보다 지속참여가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 만족도는 2학년이 만족도 점수가 가장 높았으며, 경력은 4년이 가장 높은 점수를 보여줬다. 포지션으로는 D·F(골키퍼포함)가 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났고, 출전위치로는 주전이 후보보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심판의 전문성, 정확성, 신뢰성, 즉 전체 심판의 판정에 대한 판결이 좋을수록 경기지속 참여와 만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. This study examined the relationship of the consistent participation and the satisfaction of middle school soccer players following the referee's judgment, and a direct survey by the questionnaire law was conducted targeting 282 male soccer players from a middle school located in Paju. Therefore, as a result of verifying and analyzing the response result statistically, the following conclusion was obtained. First, regarding the significance test result of the referee judgment following the individual feature, it was shown the grade and career were partially relevant with each other in the classification of the professionalism. Regarding the accuracy of the referee, it showed a high grade in the career and regarding the reliability, it showed a big difference in the only grade and career. In general, the grade and career of players influenced the referee's judgment. Second, regarding the consistent participation and satisfaction, the consistent participation of the 1st grade was the highest and the career under 3 years was the highest. The position of MF was the highest and the consistent participation of the key players was higher than the one of substitutes. The satisfaction score of the 2nd graders was the highest and the career of 4 years showed the highest score. The satisfaction of DF(including goal keepers) was the highest and the one of key players was higher than the one of substitutes. Third, it was confirmed the better the evaluation of all judgments by referees was including the professionalism, accuracy, and reliability, the higher the consistent participation and the satisfaction were.
