        폴록사머-폴리아크릴산 IPNs의 약물 조절 방출

        Poloxamer-poly (acrylic acid) (PAA) interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) were prepared via matrix polymerization of acrylic acid with poloxamer prepolymer. The equilibrium swelling of poloxamer/PAA IPNs was determined in various pH medium. The swelling of poloxamer/PAA IPNs was more affected by pH difference compared with the swelling of homo PAA gel due to protonation and deprotonation of the PAA network, followed by reversible formation and dissociation of the interpolymer complex due to hydrogen bonding between acidic hydrogens and ether oxygens. Nonionic/anionic/cationic drugs were incorporated into IPN matriceds as a model drug and their release behavior was studied. Nonionic, drug revealed release patterns depending solely on pH dependent swelling kinetics. In contrast, the release of ionic drugs was significantly affected by ionic drug-polymer interaction as well as the swelling kinetics.

        Helicobacter pylori 감염과 대장 신생물 발생의 관련성

        목적: Helicobacter pylori 감염은 만성 위염, 소화성 궤양 뿐 아니라 위암의 원인으로도 알려져 있다. 최근 대장암과 H. pylori 감염과의 연관성에 대한 연구결과들이 발표되면서 이에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있는 실정으로 아직까지는 서로 상반된 의견이 공존하고 있다. 이에 H. pylori 감염률이 높은 한국인에서 H. pylori 감염과 대장의 신생물 발생과의 관련이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2004년 1월부터 2005년 11월까지 강북삼성병원과 삼성서울병원에서 건강검진을 받은 수진자 중 대장내시경과 H. pylori 혈청 항체검사를 동시에 받은 1,590명을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 시행하였다. 대상자들 모두. H. pylori 양성군과 음성군으로 분류하여 각각 대장용종과 대장암의 발생빈도를 비교하였다. 결과: 1,590명의 대상자 중에서 남자는 1,297명, 여자는 293명이었으며 이들의 평균 나이는 49.9세로 남자는 50세, 여자는 49세였다. H. pylori 혈청 검사 양성인 군은 893명으로 H. pylori 감염 빈도는 56.2%이었고, 남자에서는 56.1%, 여자에서는 56.3이었다. H. pylori 감염 여부에 따른 대장 용종의 발생률은 두 군에서 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: H. pylori 감염과 대장 용종 발생과는 상관관계가 없는 것으로 보인다. Background/Aims: Helicobacter pylori infection is a recognized cause of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer and gastric adenocarcinoma. However, both positive and negative associations with colorectal neoplasia have been reported. The aim of this study was to determine whether H. pylori infection is associated with an increased risk of colonic neoplasia in a Korean population. Methods: We examined 1,590 subjects (1,297 men and 293 women) who underwent colonoscopy and serologic testing for IgG antibodies against H. pylori at the Health promotion Center in Kangbuk Samsung Hospital and at Samsung Medical Center. We compared the prevalence of colonic neoplasia in the seropositive subjects with that of the seronegative subjects. Results: The overall prevalence of H. pylori in our study population was 56.2%. There were no significant differences of the baseline characteristics between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference in the prevalence of colonic neoplasia between the seropositive group and the seronegative group (p=0.090). Conclusions: These findings suggest that there is no significant association between H. pylori infection and colonic neoplasia.(Korean J Med 74:605-610, 2008)

        피부과 영역에서의 전기수술의 원리와 임상적 사용에 대한 고찰

        The term electrosurgery refers to the passage of high-frequency alternating electrical current through the tissue, to achieve a specific surgical effect. It is used in everyday dermatologic practice for various purposes, including tissue dissection, bleeding control, and the removal of common skin lesions such as viral warts, melanocytic nevi, and cherry angiomas. Considering the nature of the device, adverse effects including skin burn and scarring can occur at any stage of the procedure. Therefore, it is essential that electrosurgery be performed by skilled and well-trained physicians. In this paper, we introduce a brief history of electrosurgery and present its categories and their clinical uses. In addition, the possible adverse effects and safety measures of electrosurgery are addressed. (Korean J Dermatol 2016;54(7):503∼508)

        곡물을 달리하여 제조한 머루(Vitis coignetiae) 약주의 품질특성에 관한 연구

        머루를 멥쌀, 찹쌀, 보리, 조와 함께 약주를 제조하고 이의 품질을 평가하였다. 환원당, 총당 및 α-, β-amylase의 활성도는 담금일에서 2일째까지 감소하다가 3일째 증가하였으나, 5일 이후 점차적으로 감소하였다. 환원당은 찹쌀, 보리, 멥쌀, 조첨가구의 순으로 높았는데 이는 β-amylase의 활성도의 결과와 일치하였고, 총당은 찹쌀, 멥쌀, 보리, 조첨가구의 순으로 높았는데 이는 4종 곡물의 전분함량과 일치하였다. 알코올 함량은 담금 2일째까지 증가하였다가 감소하였으나, 찹쌀첨가구는 20일째까지 점차적으로 증가하였고, 다른 첨가구들은 멥쌀, 보리, 조첨가구의 순으로 증가하여 5일째부터 큰 변화를 나타내지 않았다. pH는 담금일에서 2일째까지 감소하였으나 3일째 다소 증가하다가, 5일째 감소하여 20일째까지 큰 변화를 나타내지 않았다. 총산량은 pH와 반대로 2일째 증가하다가 3일째 감소한 후, 이후 점차적으로 증가하여 20일째에는 보리, 조, 멥쌀과 찹쌀첨가구의 순으로 나타났다. L값(lightness)은 담금일에 가장 높았고 발효기간이 증가함에 따라 점차 감소하였다. a값(redness)도 담금일에 가장 높아 머루약주는 진한 분홍색~보라색을 띄었다. 그러나 a값(redness)은 점차 감소하였고 3일째에 다소 증가하였으나, 이후 20일째까지 완만히 감소하는 경향이었다. b값(yellowness)은 담금일에 가장 낮았으나, 이후 증가하여 3일째에 가장 높은 값을 나타내었고 5일째 감소하다가 20일째까지 점차적으로 증가하였다. 이는 머루의 polyphenol 화합물이 발효기간 중 갈변되어 황색도가 증가하였기 때문으로 사료되었다. 20일째 멥쌀과 찹쌀첨가구의 색상은 보리와 조첨가구보다 황색도가 높았다. 4종 머루약주의 색, 향, 맛, 종합적 기호도에 대한 관능검사 결과, 멥쌀을 첨가한 머루약주가 단맛과 신맛은 강하지 않고 알코올 함량도 높지 않아 가장 선호되었다. Four kinds of wild grape Yakju were fermented with wild grape and cereal such as rice, glutinous rice, barley or millet, and their quality characteristics were investigated. Reducing sugar, total sugar, and activities of α- and β-amylase decreased until 2nd day, increased on 3rd day, and gradually decreased after 5 days of fermentation. Reducing sugar content was in the order of glutinous rice> barley> rice> millet group, and this was consistent with the result of β-amylase activity. Total sugar content was in the order of glutinous rice> rice> barley> millet group, and it was consistent with starch content of each cereal. Alcohol content decreased after 2 days, then glutinous rice group gradually increased from 3 days whereas other groups showed no difference from 5 days of fermentation. pH decreased until 2 days of fermentation, slightly increased and then showed almost no change after 5 days of fermentation. Total acid increased until 2 days, then decreased on 3rd day of fermentation, and gradually increased in the order of barley> millet> rice> glutinous rice group. L value was the highest in the initial day of fermentation, however it decreased with fermentation time. While a value was also the highest in the initial day of fermentation, it gradually decreased after slightly increasing in 3 days of fermentation. In contrast, b value was the lowest in the initial day of fermentation. It greatly increased until 3 days, then decreased on 5th day of fermentation and gradually increased again. Groups of rice and glutinous rice had more brown color than those of barley and millet. In the sensory evaluation, wild grape Yakju using rice was the most preferred in taste, flavor, and overall preference.

        건축물이 고층화, 대형화되면서 철골구조를 기본골조로 채택하는 경우가 많아지고 있으며, 철골공사의 품질관리는 사전계획단계부터 이루어지며, 단계별 참여자간의 업무 구분 및 연계가 매우 중요하다 이에 본 연구는 철골공사의 품질관리를 보다 원활하게 수행하기 위하여, 기존 철골공사 품질관리업무를 기반으로 업무간 상호관계 및 입출력 정보를 고려한 품질관리 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. As higher and bigger buildings, steel structure is so for a basic building structure. Quality management of the steel frame work is started from pre plan phase. And classification and relation of works is very important in quality management. The purpose of this study is developing a quality management model for the better quality management in a steel frame work. This model consider a interrelationship of works and $input^{\circ}{\S}utput$ information, and based on the actual condition of current quality management.

The isocyanate-hydroxyl stoichiometry was kept 1:1, but the crosslinking density was varied. The variations examined were the ratio of diisocynate and triisocyanate. The delivery of two drugs of different water solubilities from hydrogel matrices was studied. It appeared that the drug nature greatly influenced its release kinetics possibly due to drug-polymer interactions. The release profiles, however, could be modified to a great extent by adjusting the polymer network structure. Generally, the high crosslinking density was required for prolonged drug delivery.
