아동학대로 인해 발생한 중증 단백-에너지 영양실조 환아에서 동반된 구리결핍증 빈혈 1예

저자들은 가족 내에서 아동학대로 인해 발생한 치명적인 중증 영양실조를 보인 5세 여아에 동반된 빈혈과 구리 결핍증을 WHO 치료 지침과 구리 보충요법으로 호전시킨 1예를 치험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. An unconscious 5-year-old girl was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. She was neglected by her parents; she suffered from inadequate nutritional, medical and emotional care. The girl appeared to be emotionally detached, dehydrated and malnourished; she had edematous extremities, moderately bruised skin and brittle coarse hair. Laboratory testing showed electrolyte imbalance, anemia, pneumonia, copper deficiency, and liver dysfunction in addition to severe protein-energy malnutrition (PEM). Medical intervention was followed by improvement of most of the symptoms. During the rehabilitation phase, the patient showed a voracious appetite and gained weight too fast. The liver became enlarged and the patient developed a mild fever due to excessive nutrition. The microcytic anemia with severe PEM did not responded to iron supplementation possibly due to the copper deficiency. Addition of copper without zinc and iron helped to improve the anemia. The patient was discharged to a childcare center where she received cognitive and psychosocial therapy.

감광제 고유의 ABC 노광 변수 추출 시뮬레이터

시뮬레이터를 이용하여 감광제 고유의 ABC 노광 변수를 정확히 구하면 실제 노광 공정 상에서 원하는 선폭과 최대 공정 여유도 등을 쉽게 알아 볼 수 있다. 현재의 시뮬레이터는 수은등의 i-line 이나 g-line 파장에 사용되는 기존의 novolac 계열 감광제에 대해서는 비교적 정확히 구하고 있지만, 193nm 용화학 증폭형 감광제에 대해서는 그렇지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 i-line 이나 g-line 용 감광제 뿐만 아니라 193nm 용 화학 증폭형 감광제의 ABC 노광 변수를 추출하는 시뮬레이터를 개발하고 이를 이용하여 노광 변수를 추출하여 분석하였다. If we obtain the proper ABC exposure parameters of resist, we will get the desired line width and maximum process latitude in real exposure process. Current simulator can obtain the ABC exposure parameters for conventional resists of g-line and i-line, but it can not obtain the ABC exposure parameters for 193 nm chemically amplified resist. We developed the ABC exposure parameter extraction simulator for 193 nm chemically amplified resist. And we analyzed the extracted exposure parameters.

The relationship between serum adiponectin and inflammatory cytokines in obese Korean juveniles

Purpose: Obesity is related to systemic inflammatory processes causing cardiovascular complications. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), CD40 ligand (CD40L), P-selectin are newly describedmediators of inflammation and have a significant effect in atherosclerosis. Adiponectin has shownanti-inflammatory effects in adults. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship betweenadiponectin and inflammatory mediators in children and adolescents. Methods: Fifty children or adolescents, twenty two with a body mass index (BMI) over 95th percentile,and twenty eight with a BMI below 75th percentile were included in the study. Serum soluble ICAM-1(sICAM-1), P-selectin, CD40L, lipid profiles, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase,glucose and insulin were measured to evaluate associations with adiponectin. Comparison of thesevariables was performed between the obese and the nonobese group. Results: We found a adiponectin to be significant lower and sICAM-1 significant higher in the obesegroup compared to the nonobese group, but there were no significant differences in P-selectin andsoluble CD40L. Adiponectin was negatively associated with ICAM-1 and P-selectin in the obese group. Conclusion: Negative associations of adiponectin with ICAM-1 and P-selectin in obese children andadolescents suggest that serum adiponectin level may represent the inflammatory status.

Performance environment and base of Pansori did laying stress on Yangban(兩班) class entering in 19th century. Pansori greets juncture including Danga(短歌) since Myeoncheon(免賤) in 1894, and Pansori loses traditional Performance base entering in 20th century. Danga(短歌) was gotten abroad through back theater or record, popular song book that entertain general public in such circumstance. Danga(短歌) was an unfamiliar thing to most general public except suitable some work or example in public's inclination. Danga(短歌) that do based on Yangban(兩班) class was contrary to general public. This to be accepted to general public from Chinese character phrase and unintelligible word written in Chinese characters to reason based on Yangban(兩班) class Songs.

This paper is a study of shamanistic songs which were passed from generation to generation in Korea. Particularly, it is the study of shamanistic songs performed in <Byeolshin-gut>along with other shamanistic rites which are still performed. <Byeolshin-gut>, a traditional folk art, has been passing down along the east coast region in Korea. To examine the transmissional principles of <Byeolshin-gut> which are still performed and alive, I will examine the transissional principles of <Sonnim-gut>shamanistic songs performed in <Byeolshin-gut>. In <Sonnim-gut>, the Sonnim(visitor) means smallfox disease. Smallfox has been conquered now, but sonnim-gut is still performed and passed down through positive adaptions. In this form, it can show the changes of transmissional types of shamanistic songs. In chapterⅡ, the special characteristics and the different types of narratives were studied in terms of function on the basis of preceding classification. The Sonnim-Cheongbae type is an early form of shamanistic song. The sonnim-Nojunggi type is transformed into shamanistic songs in later times. In chapterⅢ, my hypothesis was confirmed through the examination of the transformation and developing type according to these types. In chapterⅣ, it concluded that the preceding Sonnim-Cheongbae type was transformed into the following Sonnim-Nojunggi type in Sonnim-gut shamanistic song by the expansion of Nojunggi part.

지역아동센터 종사자의 서비스 질 영향요인에 관한 연구 :

본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무환경과 직무만족도를 중심으로 지역아동센터 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 발견하여 지역아동센터의 아동돌봄 서비스 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 제주지역 지역아동센터 종사자 중 시설장과 생활복지사를 대상으로 전수조사를 실시하였다. 총 145명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 141부를 회수하였고 최종적으로 137부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 총체적 서비스 질에 대해서는 역할갈등, 직무자체, 동료, 기관의 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 서비스 질의 신뢰성에 대해서는 동료와 기관 요인이, 서비스 질의 대응성은 역할모호성, 서비스 질의 보증성은 역할갈등, 동료, 기관, 이직의도가, 서비스 질의 공감성은 역할갈등과 동료가, 서비스 질의 유형성에 대해서는 역할갈등, 동료, 기관이 각각 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지역아동센터의 서비스 질을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 역할갈등, 동료, 기관에 대한 강화가 중요하다. 시설장과 생활복지사의 유대 강화를 통해 지역아동센터 내에서의 인적환경을 개선하고, 슈퍼비전 공유를 통해 지역사회의 1차적 아동복지 시설로서의 가치와 비전을 공유해 나갈 때 지역아동센터의 돌봄 서비스는 더욱 발전할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to discover significant factors influencing on the quality of service at a community child care center focusing on its workers’ office environment and job satisfaction and to look forward to planning to improve the care service quality. A complete survey was performed over the all of workers at community child care centers in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. A total of 145 structured questionnaires were distributed and 141 answered after excluding 4 questionnaires inappropriately checked. 137 questionnaires were utilized for reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result, when it comes to a quality of overall service, the factors regarding role conflicts, a task itself, colleagues, organizations have significant effects. The factors of colleagues and organizations influence on the reliability of service quality. Service responsiveness and role ambiguity are related each other significantly. The influencing factors on the guaranty of service quality are role conflicts, colleagues, organizations, and turnover intentions. Both role conflicts and colleagues are influencing on the consensual of service quality. Lastly, the materiality of service quality is strongly influenced by role conflicts, colleagues, and organizations Above all, to improve the quality of community child care centers, it is critically important to consider the role conflicts, colleagues, organizations. Also, the development of service provided by community child care centers would be achieved in an appropriate manner when enhancing human environment by means of substantial relationships between a superintendent and social workers and promising their values and visions under the shared supervision as playing a primary institution in local communities.
