        EPL(Extension Program Learning)을 적용한 컨버전스 수업 설계

        Those who major in skin and hair care have been enhancing their ability through the classes customized for industries including theories and practices. It is required to reflect the requirements from industries for improving the field adaptability in hair salons and to develop more effective learning approach for strengthening the adaptability after being employed. If teaching and learning approach of a number of students and teachers and descriptive methodology are not consistent and the approach to teach and learn is diversified, learners may be confused and so their learning ability may be deteriorated. The approach which may help to solve such problems has to enhance the effects by improving the understanding through the most effective learning during a learning time. Thus, it is necessary to induce interest and team spirit and improve the involvement in classes by the program focusing on the team work and self-directed learning, not the learning by rote, and accordingly to strengthen the field adaptability in industries and field-tailored interactive learning effects. Furthermore, it is required to strengthen new teaching and learning ability and learners' ability, develop unified teaching and learning by instructors for subjects in the same major, learning approach in 132 styles for 15-week course, and improvement learning which help to enhance understanding based on basic knowledge and techniques. As a result, this paper aimed to strengthen the practical ability on sites, cultivate the beauty specialists and enhance creativity and confidence by developing the learners' trouble shooting ability.

        The Consumption, Production, Trade and Challenges of the Tea Industry in the Philippines

        Tea is a popular drink highly valued for its health benefits. Interestingly, within the Filipino household, it is often regarded as an herbal remedy instead of a lifestyle drink to be consumed at leisure. However, in recent years, tea consumption has undergone a transformation swiftly evolving from a remedy to a lifestyle choice. This rising trend sets a strong foundation for the industry's future growth in the Philippines. In 2020, the Philippines ranked 69th globally with tea imports aggregating $17 million. In the same year, tea ranked 516th among the country’s most imported products. The Philippines struggles to produce tea on a large scale due to factors such as climate, inadequate infrastructure, and soil acidity. However, the government is undeterred in its efforts to nurture and cultivate the tea industry and aims to support the industry's development trajectory and tackle the funding challenges that accompany research and development endeavors, particularly in the oolong tea market. The increasing demand, especially among the younger population, along with the efforts of the government and private sector to enhance production and develop the industry, have contributed to its potential. This will enable the Philippines to carve out a niche in the global tea market.

        한약재 첨가량에 따른 한방 삼계탕의 이화학적 및 관능적 특성

        우리의 고유 음식인 삼계탕에 인지기능 향상 및 뇌질환 예방 효과를 가지고 있는 도라지, 더덕, 석창포를 부재료로 이용하여 한방 삼계탕의 제조를 위한 최적 혼합 비율을 설정하곶 한약재 부재료의 혼합 비율에 따른 품질 특성과 관능적 특성을 조사하였다. 삼계탕 국물의 pH는 석창포의 함량이 가장 많은 한약재 조합인 S2는 4.57로 가장 낮은 값을 보였으며, 당도는 더덕의 함량이 가장 높은 S3에서 3.87°Brix로 다른 시료에 비해 유의적으로 높은 함량을 보였다. 명도와 황색도는 더덕의 함량이 가장 많은 한약재 조합인 S3에서 가장 낮은 값을 보였으며, 반면에 적색도는 더덕 혼합 비율이 증가함에 따라 a값도 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 관능검사 결과 향미는 도라지의 함량이가장 많은 시료에서 가장 높은 기호도를 보였으나, 이를 제외한 색, 맛 전체적인 기호도는 더덕의 함량이 가장 높은 한약재 혼합 비율에서 가장 높은 점수를 보였다. 본 연구 결과, 한방 삼계탕 제조를 위한 한약재의 혼합 비율은 도라지, 석창포, 삽주, 감초, 대추는 각 4g, 오미자 6g, 그리고 더덕 12g이 가장 적합하다고 판단된다. The physicochernical and sensory properties of herb samgyetang, ginseng chicken soup added with medicinal herbs wert investigated to determine the optimum addition level of rnedicinal herbs. The pH of herbsamgyetang decreased with increasing addition level of the Acorus grarnineus addition level, and the soluble solid content increased as the Codonopsis lanceolata addition level increased. The herb samgyetang with the highest Codonopsis lanceolata addition level bad the lowest L and b value. In contrast, the a value increased with increasing Codonopsis lanceolata addition level. In sensory evaluation, the highest color, taste, and overall acceptability scores were obtained by the herb samgyetang with the highest Codonopsis lanceolata addition level. In conclusion, the optimum addition levels of medicinal herbs for herb Samgyetang are as follows: Platycodon grandiflorum 4 g, Acorus gramineus. 4 g, Codonopsis lanceolata 12 g, Schizandra chinensis 6 g, . Atractylodeslancea 4 g, Glycyrrhiza uralensis 4 g. and Zizyphus jujube 4 g.
