      • 一部 男子大學生들과 運動選手들의 一側優位性(左右差:手·足·體·眼)에 關한 比較硏究

        This study is from March 1st, of 1988 to September 31, 1988. The subjects of study consists of students in general who are in attendance at university and all samples are selected at random. The total number of subjects counts to 187(sports man : 56, College students : 131) and the researcher measures and analyses the subjects' physique, physical strength, the test of dominance eye, the functional tests of hand, foot, body and eye. The results as follows : 1. Physical growth and development Mean values of body height are 177.19±5.01㎝ for sports man and 173.3±0.46㎝ for college student and superior to standard value of Korean. Mean values of body weight are 69.6.±6.17㎏ for sports man and 66.1±1.68㎏ for college student, and the mean values of chest girth are 91.86±4.83㎝ and 94.1±1.53㎝. Mean values of sitting height are 93.0±4.28㎝ and 93.3±1.05㎝. 2. Physical fitness Mean values of grin strength are 41.6±4.3 for right side and 44.0±6.0 for left side in sports man and 44.2±1.4 for right and 46.3±1.7 for left in college student. Mean values of arm strength are 29.7±3.9 for right and 31.8±2.9 for left in sports man 25.±1.4 or right and 28.7±1.9 for left in college student. Mean values of leg strength are 38.4±5.8 for right and 43.8±6.1 for left in sports man and 43.5±1.8 for right and 44.2±1.1 for left in college student. 3. Functional rate of foot, trunk, eye and hand As considered according to its functions, the rates of right foot, left foot, both of feet in both of the sports man and college student, total rates are each of 83.3%, 16.7%, 2.4% for sports man and 53.7%, 39.0%, 2.6% for college student. The rates of right side, left side, both of sides in both of the sports man and college student, the total rates are each of 53.3%, 37.4%, 6.7% for sports man and 39.1%, 46.1%, 5.1% for college student. The rates of right eye, left eye, both of eyes in both of the sports man and college student, the total rates are each of 53.6%, 31.7%, 4.1% for sports man and 53.3%, 20.8%, 22.7% for college student. The rates of right hand, left hand, both of hands in both of the sports man and college student, the total rates are each of 67.5%, 21.8%, 5.2% for sports man and 84.5%, 10.4%, 2.2% for college student, respectively. 4. Tests of dominance eye As considered according to tests of dominance eye, the results of right eye, left eye in both sports man and college student, results are each of 62.5%, 37.5% for sports man and 70.2%, 29.8% for college students, 67.9%, 32.1% for the total of sports man and college student, respectively.

        HR-WPAN은 디바이스들과 망을 중재하는 역할을 하는 PNC가 피코넷을 형성함으로써 통신을 하게된다. PNC는 디바이스들 중에서 선발이 되며 PNC가 피코넷을 이탈하거나 더 능력이 우수한 디바이스가 피코넷에 참여할 때 PNC 핸드오버 과정을 통하여 신규 PNC로 역할이 이양된다. WPAN 권고안에서는 현재 피코넷의 운영상태를 고려하지 않고 디바이스들의 능력에만 기초하여 핸드오버를 수행한다. 신규 PNC는 기존의 PNC가 관리하던 디바이스들을 최대한 수용하여야 피코넷에 끼치는 효과를 최소화할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 자식 피코넷을 고려하여 PNC 선택방법을 제안하여 기존의 PNC가 관리하던 디바이스들을 최대한 수용할 수 있게 하였다.

        천측두 근막을 이용한 임상적 치험제

        The development of skin flaps began from early period in the use of random & axial cutaneous flap. Then, in the 1970s, muscle and musculocutaneous flaps were developed. Now in the 1980s, the fasiocutaneous flap supplied by a third system of vessels was evolved. Also at this time microvascular techniques were applied to the transfer of tissues. But, the bulkiness in a flap and donor scar were constantly annoying problem, especially in face and hands. A fasical flap provides an ample thin vascular cover with negliablel donor scar. This paper presents the authors' 2 year experience with 10 cases of superficial temporal fascial flap.

        유리피판을 이용한 하지에서의 연조직 결손의 재건

        Recently due to rapid development of instruments, knowledge of vascular anatomy and microsurgical technique, the free flap transfer has come into wide use in plastic and reconstructive surgery. And it offers another alternative for coverage of major defects in the lower extremity. From Jan. 1981 to Jun. 1989 authors had performed 16 free flap transfers for reconstruction of major tissue defects in the lower extremity which were thought to be difficult in repair by other conventional methods. Used donor flaps were latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap (7 cases), Groin cutaneous flap (3 cases), groin osteocutaneous flap(2 cases), dorsalis pedis flaps(3 cases)and a medial plantar flap. An overall success rate was 87.5%. It is felt that flap transfer is efficient, reliable and last choice to cover extensive tissue loss or severe wounds in the lower extremity with no fear of amputation above the damaged area.

        Hemosery이 백서피부판 생존에 미치는 영향

        Flap necrosis is an obstcle in clinical plastic and reconstructive surgery. Althrough it's primary cause was not thoroughly understood but may be based on the hypothesis that it is secondary to an inadequate blood supply, many methods have been developed to improve the survival of skin flaps. These include vasodilator (guanethidine, phenoxybenzamine, isoxuprine & prostacycline) decreasing blood viscosity (lower hematocrit, protein depletion, heparin & dextran) and increasing tissue tolerance to ischemia (cooling, hyperoxygen thereapy, superoxide radical scavengers). But they have not usually been satisfactory. This paper shows a possibility of the prevention of skin flap necrosis by treatment with Hemoseryl which improve utilization of the available oxygen by raising uptake into the cells, improving aerobic metabolism. In conclusion, the intraperitoneal administration of Hemoseryl results in the improvement of rat's random pattern skin flaps highly significantly (P<0.005). Treatment with Hemoseryl increased the survival rate to 31 percent.

        RFID tag 설계 및 프라이버시 보호에 관한 연구

        RFID는 초소형 IC 칩에 식별정보를 입력하고 무선주파수를 이용하여 칩이 부착된 각 사물의 정보를 인식하고 추적, 관리할 수 있는 유비쿼터시대의 핵심기술이다. 그러나 RFID 시스템은 사용자가 의식하지 못하는 사이에 타인에 의해 개인정보는 물론 상황정보까지 수집되고 이용될 수 있기 때문에 프라이버시침해 문제와 정보보안의 대책이 시급한 실정이다. 뿐만 아니라, 유선상에서 사용되는 보안강도가 높은 여러 암호화 알고리즘은 태그의 다양한 제약 때문에 직접 적용되기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 국제 표준화에 따른 ISO/IEC 18000-6의 표준안을 바탕으로 RFID 태그의 설계와 설계 과정에서 드러난 RFID 시스템이 가지고 있는 문제점을 분석해보았으며 또한 설계한 태그에 적용할 수 있는 암호화 알고리즘에 대해서 고찰하였다. RFID in which subminiature IC chip with the indentified information is built a core technique that can recognize, trace and manage various information of an object using radio frequency in the age of Ubiquitous. Several pressing matters about an infringement of Privacy and a security of private information should be settled as soon as possible because an information of specific circumstance can be collected and used without any awareness by others as well as a private information. In addition, various algorithms with high level of security, which is normally used in wire, can be hardly applied to RFID tag because of a lot of restrictions of tag. In this report, designed-RFID tag based on the standard of ISO/IEC 18000-6 and the problems which originated from the technical procedure of that design were analyzed, and the algorithm which could be applied to the designed-tag was also investigated.

        서혜부 피판을 이용한 수지연부 조직 결손의 재건

        Injuries of hand and finger associated with defect are commonly encounted in clinical practice. Traditionally, skin coverage has been provided by split-thickness skin grafts, full-thickness skin grafts, local pedicle flap and distant pedicle flap or a combination of these methods. Skin coverage should de restorde in the simplest, fastest and most reliable manner.Among those methods, the groin flap is most useful in the cases that microsurgical replantations were contraindicated or failed. The groin flap, an axial pattern flap supplied by the superficial circumflex iliac artery, has proved to be extremely versatile in covering defect on the hand. The advantages are easy large length, tubing of the pedicle, and closure of the donor. We have experienced 28 cases of groin flap. The following results are obtained with good outcome in skin coverage of the bared bone and tendons. 1. Debridement should be used completely not to remain the any injuried tissue on the recipient site. 2. Tension should be avoided by the sufficient size of flap enough to cover the raw surface of the bared bone and tendons. 3. Flap should be divided more than traditional period in clinical practice. 4. The donor site should be repaired by the diagonal closure. 5. Early coverage should he done when microsurgical replantations are failed.

        반지에 의한 수지 결출상(Ring Avulsion Injury) : 3 cases report

        The ring avulsion injury is that accidental taction upon a ring shears the skin and varying amount of tissue from the fingers, furthermoer, it is often accompanied with dislocation of joints or facture of phalangeal bones. In the past, this injury has led to reconstruction by distant flap or primary amputation(or Ray amputation) with results that were often less desirable. Recently, the decvelopment of microsurgical technique makes it possible to get more acceptable result in reconstruction of severe ring avulsion injury functionally and cosmetically. The advantages of microsurgical reconstruction for ring avulsion injury is that it makes available to get more functional digit without staged operation. We experienced three patients with ring avulsion injury(Carroll Classification Class Ⅳ) among 600 patients who underwent micosurgical replantation of hands and digits. They were operated with micosurgical anastomoses and two cases of them were successfully replanted leading to useful finger. Average TAM of each digit was 217'(one 210', the other 225') and average 2PD was 8.5mm(one 7mm, the other 10mm)

        RFID 태그 인식을 위한 동적 Round Size 결정 알고리즘

        현재 RFID 시스템에서 해결해야 할 가장 큰 문제 중 하나는 태그 간의 충돌로 인해 인식 효율이 떨어지는 것이다. 할당받은 라운드 크기에 비해 인식해야 될 태그의 수가 많아지면 충돌이 발생하는 슬롯이 많아지게 된다. 이렇듯 고정적인 라운드크기의 할당은 태그 충돌 발생의 원인이 되며 그러므로 할당받는 라운드 크기는 적절하게 조절 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 태그 간의 충돌을 줄이고 효율적인 태그 인식을 위해 라운드 크기를 동적으로 할당하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 리더는 매 라운드가 끝난 뒤 얻은 슬롯의 충돌 정보를 이용하여 라운드 크기를 동적으로 할당한다. 슬롯의 충돌 정보는 충돌이 발생한 슬롯의 수, 충돌이 발생하지 않고 태그가 제대로 인식된 슬롯의 수, 비어 있는 슬롯의 수이다. 충돌 방지 알고리즘으로 슬롯 방식 알로하 알고리즘을 사용했으며 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 알고리즘이 태그 수를 미리 알지 못하는 상황에서 아주 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였다. One of the biggest problems that should be solved in present RFID systems is a reduction of identification efficiency by the collision of singals between different tags. As the number of tags, which should be identified, increases over the size of allocated round, more slots experiences the collision between them. It can causes generation of tag collision assigning the fixed round size and so, allocated round size should be regulated properly. This paper proposes the algorithm which can reduce collision between tags, and allocate specific round size dynamically for efficient tag identification. After each round is finished, the reader allocates the round size dynamically using the collision information of the slot. All collision informations of the slot consists of the number of slots which came into conflict, tags which were realized properly without any conflictions and empty slots. We used slotted aloha algorithm as the collision detection algorithm and finally, checked that this could be used very usefully when this algorithm which was proposed effectively could not know how many number of tags were exisisted through the simulation in advance.
