This study was carried out to obtain the menu preferences of frequently served set menu of the staff working at Samsung Medical Center. The frequently served set menus were 72 menus including 23 Korean meals, 12 bowel of rices, 18 noodles, 10 soups, 6 fried rices, 3 western meals. The subjects of this study were 624 staffs who works at Samsung Medical Center. The results are summarized as followers: The subject group for this study was composed of 23% males and 58% females, 80% of subjects are twenties and thirties. The best preferred menu was fried food 4(boiled rice with assorted mixtures, boiled quail egg). And noodles 8(cold buckwheat noodles, fried mung-beans), noodles 2(buckwheat noodles, fried vegetable), Western meals 3(hamburg steak, steamed dumpling), noodles 18(rice-cake dumping soup, fried sweet potato with sugar syrup) were preferred by the subjects. The worst preferred menu was soups 4(loach soup, fried sea food and welsh onion). In the preference each kinds of set menus, Korean meals 3(soup to relive the hangover with pollack, grilled meat, lettuce, fruit salad, Kimchi, ice tea) was the most preferred of the Koreans meals, bowel of rice 8(omelet containing fried rice, chicken salad) of the bowel of rices, noodles 8(cold buckwheat noodles, fried mungbeans) of the noodles, soups 3(spicy beef soup, chicken salad) of the soups, fried rice 5(boiled rice with assorted mixtures, boiled quail egg). There was no significant sexual difference in the menu preferences except 7 menus. There was significant age difference in the 17 menu preference, the younger age subjects were the better like noodles.

공공기관 구성원의 진성리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 팔로워십의 매개효과

In recent years, public organizations in Korea is facing various changes to which rapid actions have to be taken. This brings the importance of authentic leadership into focus, which helps to motivate employees positively. However, there are few empirical studies in Korea on this issue focusing on the internal environment of public institutions. The goal of this study is to investigate the effect of authentic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, which is employees’ voluntary and proactive behavior for the development of their organization. Furthermore, the characteristics of followership is also handled as a mediating variable since it works as an important factor with regards to the effectiveness of leadership in organizations. Total 350 survey questionnaire was distributed to employees working in A public organizations for the analysis, and 234 of them has been used for the hierarchical analysis. According to the analysis, authentic leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior―altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship‧civic virtue. It is also investigated that the followership’s characteristic of passive and active engagement is mediating the effect which authentic leadership has on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has found the importance of authentic leadership and effective followership of employees in public institutes, and that developing authentic leadership and effective followership in public organizations can promote employees’ organizational citizenship behavior―voluntary extra-role behavior. 최근 공공기관에서도 급속한 경영환경 변화에 신속히 대응해야 할 필요성이 제기되기 되면서 상사의 진성리더십 발현을 통한 긍정적인 구성원 동기부여가 강조되고 있다. 그러나 여전히 국내에서는 공공기관 및 조직을 대상으로한 진성리더십 실증연구가 활발하지 못한 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공기관 내 진성리더십의 유효성을 연구하고 이와 함께 진성리더십이 조직의 성장을 위한 자발적․주도적 행동인 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 아울러 조직 내 리더십 효과의 중요 요인으로 작용하는 팔로워십 특성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 총 350부의 설문지를 배포하고 이 중 234부의 응답을 분석에 활용하였는데, 분석결과 진성리더십은 조직시민행동(이타주의, 양심행동, 스포츠‧시민정신)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 팔로워십의 적극적‧능동적 참여 특성이 조직시민행동(이타주의, 양심행동, 스포츠‧시민정신)에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 팔로워십의 적극적‧능동적 참여 특성은 진성리더십이 조직시민행동(이타주의, 양심행동, 스포츠⋅시민정신)에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 진성리더십과 구성원 팔로워십이 조직성과에 미치는 중요성에 대한 연구로 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 특히 효과적인 진성리더십 및 팔로워십 제고를 위한 실천적 노력을 통해 구성원들의 자발적 역할 외 행동을 증진시킬 것을 제언하였다.

동향 : APEC 정보통신실무그룹 구조 개편

APEC 정보통신실무그룹(APEC TEL; APEC Telecommunications and Information Working Group)은 자유화, 개발협력, 비즈니스원활화 및 인적자원개발이라는 4개의 운영그룹으로 구성·운영되어 오다가 지난 4월 제33차 APEC TEL 회의를 통해 빠르게 변화하고 있는 정보통신기술 환경을 효과적으로 반영할 수 있는 TEL의 새로운 구조로 변경되었다. 이는 2000년부터 APEC 정보통신장관회의를 통해 증대되고 있는 융합 현상과 그 파급효과 산업계 및 민간 부문의 참여 확대, 여타 국제기구와의 협력 강화와 보다 효율적이며 회원경제체들의 다양한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 능력을 키우기 위한 TEL 구조 개혁을 하라는 역내 정보통신 분야 장관들의 지시에 따른 결과이다.

RDA 교육훈련 동향 분석 및 국내 적용 모형 개발에 관한 연구

This study aims to 1) analyse the current RDA application and training and 2) develop an on-the-job training model for Korean library and information professionals. For this purpose, this study collected and analysed comprehensively RDA on-the-job training programs in the major foreign national libraries, consortium, college libraries, etc. Then, this study presented application methodology of the devised training model to the National library of Korea depending on the RDA application process. Also, the significant consideration for the RDA implementation by type of libraries was suggested. 본 연구는 세계서지제어의 기반이 되는 목록규칙으로 작용하게 될 RDA가 외국의 대표적인 도서관들에서 본격적으로 적용되기 시작함에 따라, 국내에서도 이에 대한 대응이 필요한 시점임을 밝히고, 특히 교육훈련 및 향후 적용과 관련된 주요 논의사항 및 방안을 제시하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이에 RDA 도입의 현황 및 RDA에 대해 진행되고 있는 외국의 교육훈련의 내용과 방식을 포괄적으로 분석하였다. 이러한 사례 분석에서 도출한 부문별 시사점을 바탕으로 RDA 교육훈련의 모형을 개발하고, 이를 국내 환경에 맞게 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 향후 RDA 적용에 따른 다양한 관점의 고려사항을 기관 유형별로 나누어 제시하였다.

노인의 사회연결망이 고혈압에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 고혈압 환자의 관리수준을 향상시키는데 유용한 자료를 얻기 위한 목적으로 수행되었 다. 2012년도 KSHAP 자료를 이용해서 고혈압 환자로 정의된 60세 이상의 노인 698명을 대상으로 ANCOVA와 Multinomial logistic 분석기법을 사용하여 고혈압의 인지, 치료 및 조절과 관련된 요 인들을 심층 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 정리하면 첫째, 남자의 경우 BMI가 높을수록 고 혈압이 조절되지 않았고 여자의 경우에는 BMI가 영향미치지 않았다. 남자는 사회연결망 변수가 고 혈압조절에 전혀 영향미치지 않았으나, 여자의 경우 친구와 대화를 적게 할수록 자신이 고혈압인 것을 인지하지 못하였다. 또한 타인에게 잘 접근할 수 있고 타인도 자신에게 잘 접근하는 경우에 자신의 고혈압을 인지하고 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 고혈압의 인지, 치료 및 조절수준을 높이기 위하여 개인적 측면이 아니라 사회연결망 차원에서의 접근 또한 필요하다는 것을 보여준다.

국가전거공동활용시스템의 활용 및 발전 방안에 관한 연구

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current status of the national authority data construction project centered on the National Library of Korea for the effective construction and utilization of national knowledge information resources. It also aimed to reveal the possibility and improvement of the national information system with the international standard identification system, and suggesting future development plans. To this end, this study conducted interviews and questionnaires with members of the Korean National Authority Data Sharing System(KNASS). The survey consisted of items related to the current status and difficulties related to the authority, the use of the KNASS, the recognition and utilization of identifiers, the awareness and utilization of the linkage with ISNI, the Importance-Performance Analysis for activating the KNASS, and the overall satisfaction and improvement direction. As a result of the analysis, it was proposed to develop rules and guidelines related to the authority works, to increase the quantity and quality of authority data, to raise understanding of the importance and establish a efficient work system, to diversify the authority service and develop a utilization model, to link the KNASS with international identifiers, and to share the necessity of the KNASS. 본 연구는 국가지식정보자원의 효과적인 구축과 활용을 위해 국립중앙도서관을 중심으로 한 국가 전거데이터 구축 사업의 현황을 파악하고, 국가전거의 국제표준식별체계와의 연계 가능성 및 개선사항을 밝히고, 향후 발전 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 국가전거공동활용시스템 가입 기관을 대상으로 면담 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 전거 관련 현황과 어려움, 국가전거공동활용시스템의 활용, 식별자에 대한 인식 및 활용, ISNI와의 연계에 대한 인식 및 활용, 국가전거공동활용시스템 활성화 요인에 대한 중요도 및 달성도, 전반적인 만족도 및 개선 방향에 대한 항목으로 구성되었고, 이러한 조사 연구를 통해 국가전거공동활용시스템을 통한 국가 전거데이터 구축과 활용의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 국가 전거데이터와 국제 표준 식별 시스템의 연계 가능성을 분석하였으며, 중요도-성과 분석을 통해 개선 사항의 우선순위를 제시하였다. 분석의 결과, 향후 국가 전거 구축의 발전 방안으로는 국가전거공동활용시스템의 활성화를 위해 전거 관련 규칙과 지침 개발, 전거데이터의 양적 확보 및 품질 제고, 전거 업무의 중요성 인식 제고와 효율적인 업무 체계 마련, 전거 서비스의 다양화와 활용 모델 개발, 국가전거공동활용시스템과 국제표준 식별자의 연계, 국가전거공동활용시스템의 필요성 공유 등이 제안되었다.

꽃예술에 시계 object를 이용한 표현 연구

이 연구에서는 원의 반복과 꽈리로 양을 형성하고 시계의 초침을 이용하여 작품에 실제 운동을 도입하고 음에 의한 청각을 통하여 운동성을 강조하는 것을 문제로 제기한다. 이 연구의 목적은 시계 object를 이용한 꽃 작품을 표현하고, 실제 운동을 도입하여 운동의 효과를 강조하는 데 있다. 표현 대상으로는 곡선 구조와 원형 공간에 적절하며, 회전 운동에 의한 실제 운동의 표현이 가능하고 소리를 표현하기에 적합한 시계를 목적 표출하였다. 시계 object를 반복적으로 사용하며 실제 운동의 효과를 시?청각적으로 나타내면 운동성이 충만된 수렴적인 구심 공간이 강조될 수 있다는 지시적 가설을 검증하기 위하여 공간, 질감, 색채, 실제 운동과 음향 등의 조형적 관점을 기준으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 크기와 형태가 다른 두 개의 곡선 형태를 결합하여 중앙에 구심 공간이 형성되었다. 내부 공간에 시계 object를 도입하여 실제 운동을 표현하고, 시계의 음향을 이용하여 청각을 자극함으로써 운동을 강조한 구심 공간이 표현되었다.
