The major purpose of this study is to reveal the behavior of the bicycle users. As the behavior of bicycle usage can be changed according to the purpose of usage, usage class, and region, the bicycle usage condition and recognition can be analyzed for the user and the non-user in both the regions where the bicycle road is supplied and the other regions. And based on this analysis, I want to introduce the political suggestions to activate the bicycle usage.

Reconstruction process has many problems under the current systems ; early deterioration of apartment house, biased development profit, promotion of speculation, indigestion of urban infrastructure, and so on. These problems will make a bad effect on the whole city. Most of them are based on an economic point of view. In this paper I tried to analyze the development profit of reconstruction under various condition of current site. Factors which directly affect the development profit are FAR, house scale, building cost, increasing number of households as planning elements, and existing FAR, public noticed land value, existing house scale as existing elements. Specially, the development profit is proportional to planning FAR, so it is necessary to apply permitted FAR to existing condition. In addition, the development profit after recontruction increases in proportion to house scale. Therefore, we must consider a regulatory system controlling development profit after recontruction.

In this study, Rebar of SD500, SD600 is applied to the designed or constructed in domestic apartment. Analyzed the variation of the rebar according to the strength of the rebar and the construction cost of the change. Reinforced volume reduction of the apartment building is less than the other. Because, A low wall of rebar reduction is more than 50% of the total. The reason for the previous, Reduction of the quantity of horizontal reinforcement does not appear and Vertical rebar reinforcement than the stress is determined by the placement of rebar in which the upper floor.

In this study, Rebar of SD500, SD600 is applied to the designed or constructed in domestic underground parking. Analyzed the variation of the rebar according to the strength of the rebar and the construction cost of the change. Most of underground parking appear reduction of Rebar ratio. In this case, the load acting on the underground parking garage is large. So, Rebar placing is dominated by element's stress. Therefore, Large amounts material of slabs, beams and foundations are reduced. In case of columns and wall, Ratio of Material reduction is less than former. Because Splice and Anchorage of rebar amounts are increased and Hoop and horizontal rebar amounts are fixed. Percentage of rebar of the column and wall are 15%. So, Showed a less impact on the reduction of total material.
