The purpose of this study is to investigate the finish skill of the Ssireum game according to weight, height and play time in high school, college, and folk Ssireum. The subject of this study was 20 players taking part in the 53th Ssirum games in June, 1999 and in Ku-M Ssireum games, the conclusion was reached by comparing the finish skills in the 510 games. The skills using most in Ssireum games were for Japchigee (27.7%), Paejigee (27.7%), Mirochigee (15.5) in 206 games of the high school, for Japchigee (26.3%), Mirochigee(22.2%), Paejigee(18.7%) in 171 games of the college, and for Paejigee(33.8%), Japchigee(18.8%), Mrochigee(14.3%) in 133 games of the folk Ssireum Therefore Paejigee, Japchigee, Mirochigee were used most as the finish skills, There was a significant difference for high school Ssiruem by the skills in weight, but there was no difference in college and folk Ssiruem There were significant differences for high school, college and folk Ssiruem by the skills in height. There was no difference in high school, but there were significant differences in college and folk Ssireum. In condusion, the finish skills of game were low back skills (Paejigee, Mirochigee) and hand skills(Japchigee), and those skills were most used in less than 3 seconds in play time. The finish skills of games(Paejigee, Japchigee, Mirochigee) had a similar tendency in weight, height and play time.
설치류에서 췌도 이식이 부분췌장절제 후 내인성 β-세포의 재생에 미치는 영향

연구배경: β-세포의 부족은 당뇨병의 주요 병인이며, 이의 해결은 당뇨병의 치료방법으로서 중요하다. 췌도이식이 단순히 인슐린을 공급하는 것 이외에, 내인성 β-세포의 재생에 관여하는지 여부는 확실하지 않다. 본 연구에서는 췌도이식의 β-세포 재생에 대한 영향을 인슐린 치료와 비교하여 관찰하였다.방법: 70%의 췌장을 절제해 낸 10~12주령 Balb/c mouse를 β-세포 재생 모델로 이용하였다. Sham operation (I)군, 70% 췌장절제군 (II), 절제 후 인슐린 치료군 (III), 절제 후 췌도이식 시행군 (IV)으로 나누어 시간 경과에 따라 혈당과 체중, 복강 내 당부하 검사를 시행하였고, 절제 6일 (치료 후 3일)과 10일 후 (치료 후 7일)에 잔여 췌장을 적출하여 세포 증식과 β-세포의 질량을 측량하였다. 여기에는 면역조직화학염색을 이용하였다.결과: 70% 췌장절제 후 고혈당과 체중감소가 발생하였으며, 인슐린치료군, 췌도이식군은 치료 후 정상혈당을 회복하고 체중이 증가하기 시작하였다. 공복 혈장 인슐린 농도, β-세포 각각의 면적 및 전체 β-세포의 질량이 II군에 비하여 IV군에서 유의하게 증가되어 있었고 (P < 0.05), 특히 이식 3일 후보다는 7일 후에 그 차이가 분명하였다. III군과 비교하였을 때에, IV군의 β-세포 각각의 면적은 이식 7일 후에 유의하게 증가되어 있었고, 전체 β-세포 질량은 이식 3일 후가 더욱 뚜렷하게 증가되어 있었다 (P < 0.05). Background: Islet transplantation is one of regimens supplying the deficient insulin in diabetes patients, but the effects of islet grafts on the changes of endogenous β-cells are not clear. In the present study, we examined the changes of endogenous β-cell mass after islet transplantation in partially pancreatectomized mice. Methods: Balb/c mice were 70% pancreatectomized, transplanted with syngeneic islets (group IV), and were compared with pancreatectomized mice treated with insulin (group III) or no insulin (group II). Blood glucose levels and body weight were monitored. Remnant pancreas was obtained at 6 or 10 days after pancreatectomy, and immunohistochemical staining was done for the evaluation of β-cell mass changes.Results: Hyperglycemia and weight loss were induced after pancreatectomy. After islet transplantation or insulin treatment, blood glucose levels recovered to normal, and body weight started to increase. Plasma insulin levels were higher and β-cell mass was larger in group IV than in group II (P < 0.05). Especially, the difference of β-cell mass between them was more evident at 7 days as compared to at 3 day after transplantation. When compared to group III, group IV showed larger individual β-cell area after 7 days and larger β-cell mass after 3 days of islet transplantation (P < 0.05). Conclusion: These observations indicate that islet transplantation plays a role in enhancing remnant β-cell regeneration after partial pancreatectomy in rodents.
