        한국 전통복식 조형미를 응용한 국내 유치원 졸업예복 디자인 개발에 관한 연구

        The uniform worn in Kindergarten is significant, as the first clothing worn by children during their socialization. Developing a new design for this clothing that applies the formative beauty of Korean traditional clothing will provide children with a chance to experience Korea’s traditional culture in a positive way, and feel a stronger affinity with Korean traditional clothing for children. This study aims to increase the positive perception of Korean traditional culture through an actual experience by suggesting a design that applies Korean traditional clothing to the kindergarten graduation gown worn by Korean children. In the study, the design was developed based on an analysis of earlier research on kindergarten uniforms and Korean traditional clothing for children, as well as the fashion design process. The results of the study are as follows. Design 1 applies a long vest and overcoat; in particular, the non-overlapping edges of the long vest decorated with patchwork and the rainbow colored sleeves of the multi-colored overcoat. Design 2 applies a multi-colored overcoat and four-part jacket; in particular, the non-overlapping edges and linear decoration of the four-part jacket and the straight-line creases under the waist line in the form of two-piece dress. Design 3 applies the four-part jacket and court dress; in particular, the non-overlapping edges of the four-part jacket and edge-line of the court dress.

        장옷의 특성을 적용한 현대적 외투 디자인 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to propose a contemporary coat design by applying the features that change the wearing style of clothes and clothes according to the age, circumstances, and purpose of the wear. The scope of the study is from the 15th century to the 20th century when the first armor was worn, and the method of research is literature review, empirical research, and design development. First, the origins and forms of the armor were analyzed with reference to literature. Next, through the empirical study, we analyzed the characteristic features of the armor relics and developed the design by applying the analysis results. The Jang-ot are originated from the Jangui(長衣) which is one of the Korean men ‘s Po in the 15th century. The Jang-ot were worn by the women and man, and then they are gradually wornde by women’s clothes. Wearing of Jang-ot appears to be a variable characteristic of wearing method and form due to the phenomenon of the Bok-yo(服妖) which means extravagant phenomenon and the influence of men and women strictly kept their distance from each other in the Choson dynasty. The morphological characteristics of the jacket are square neck, straight sleeve, and armpit triangle. The result of the design using this is as follows. Design 1 is a poncho style coat with a motif of unisex Jang-ot, applying a straight silhouette and identification of white. The material was a beige cotton. Design 2 is a women’s coat with a motif of a women’s outer Jang-ot, applying a straight collar, sleeves and silhouette of the jacket. The material used was quilted denim and white cotton. Design 3 is a jacket with a motif of a Jang-ot for women. The silhouette of the curved line given by the straight collar, double pom, and the hood is applied. The material was yellow silk and white. Design 4 is a formal jacket with a motif of a special-purpose apparel, and the silhouette of the A-line and straight sleeves are applied. Black taffeta and gray polyester materials were used.

        현행 굿거리에서 무복 겉옷의 착용실태와 명칭에 관한 연구

        The outer clothing of shaman that are put on while performing current gutgeori is lacking in form and composition, diversified with kinds. Above all, name of shaman clothing is not unified, accordingly, there``s a big difference from traditional Gutgeori, which was definitely divided in the role of outer clothing of shaman in respect of function and role of Gutgeori. Here, this research attended a site that performed Gutgeori based on the advanced literature research data research and analyzed the state and name of outer clothing by conducting a survey and interview investigation. Survey was conducted during 2 years from 2014 to 2015 classifying Gutgeori of Seoul, Gyeongsang, Honam, Jeju, Chungcheon. Research results are as follows. First, lots of outer clothes were put on along with shamanism type in Seoul, accordingly, names were diversified. Name of outer clothing was not unified by focusing on level of divinity or behavior of Gutgeori, with no consistency being mixed. Second, name was not consistent even the outer clothing of the same type shaman along with the region, sometimes put on in different meaning, accordingly, called in different name. Combination of such name of shaman is determined to be a big reason of lack of accurate information on shaman clothing and genealogy of name of shaman clothing in shamans, as the initial research on shamanism was conducted by folklorists in advance.
