Bromocriptone과 Lisuride의 산후 유즙분비 억제에 대한 임상적 비교 연구

A comparative clinical study on the effectiveness of bromocriptine and lisuride in suppressing puerperal lactation was carried out in 40 cases of puerperal women, evaluation clinical findings of milk seeretion, breast engorgement and pain, and determining serum prolactin levels. The first group of 20 women took bromocriptine 5㎎ daily and the second group of 20 women took lisuride 0.4㎎ daily for 14days. In the first group, milk seceretion was observed in 20% of the patients on the 3rd day, 10% on the 5th day and none on the 7th day, whereas 5% on the 1st day, 25% on the 3rd day, and none on the 7th day in the 2nd group. After discontinuation of the treatment, rebound lactation was observed in 25% in the 1st group, but 15% in the 2nd group. However, rebound lactation was mild and stopped in both group with further treatment for one week. In both groups, the antepartum serum prolactin levels were about 114∼221ng/m/and after bromocriptine & lisuride therapy, serum prolactine levels were lowered below 37ng/ml within 5days. Lisuride produced no remarkable untoward side effects. In conclusion, there was no statistical difference in the effectiveness on suppression between both groups. but, the 2wk's therapy was effectively inhibited lactation and suppressed the serum prolactin levels.
항공 우주 해상 : 국제표준에 기반한 KASS 개발보증레벨 할당

국토교통부는 2014년부터 한국형 위성보강항법시스템 (SBAS; satellite based augmentation system)인 KASS (Korea augmentation satellite system) 개발·구축 사업을 진행 중이다. KASS는 실제 운영 중 문제가 발생할 경우 인명 및 재산피해와 연결될 수 있어 시스템 개발을 위한 안전성 평가가 매우 중요하다. 안전성 평가의 핵심은 위해 식별과 심각도 판정에 따른 개발보증레벨 (DAL; design assurance level) 할당이다. 본 연구에서는 항공시스템의 안전성 평가 방법론을 제시하는 국제표준인 SAE (society of automotive engineers) ARP4761 (aerospace recommended practice)을 기반으로 KASS 및 그 하위시스템에 대해 개발보증레벨 할당을 수행한다. 이것은 전체 시스템 안전성 평가의 첫 단계이므로 향후 KASS 개발·구축 사업의 안전성 평가에 활용될 수 있다 Since 2014, MOLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport) is carrying out a KASS project to develop and construct Korean SBAS. KASS can cause damage of human & properties if it has some problem during operation. Therefore, system safety assessment for KASS development is very important. Principal point of system safety assessment is the allocation of DAL(design assurance level) based on the hazard identification and classification. In this parer, the author conducts the allocation of DAL for KASS & its sub-systems based on the international standard(SAE ARP4761), which suggests a best practice of aviation system safety assessment. The result of this paper are the first step of system safety assessment, and can be used for further system safety assessment of KASS project.
