급성 일산화탄소중독이 흰쥐 간장의 Glycogen 함량에 미치는 영향

This experimental studies were carried out to determine the' quantitative content of hepatic glycogen granules with acute -carbon monoxide poisoning: in rats. The experimental animals were .poisoned with 0.1%, 0.25% . and 0.5% of - carbon monoxide for 5 .minutes to 24 hours. The following results were-observed; 1. The-hepatic glycogen granules -were decreased moderately for 60 minutes to 8 hours, and decreased severely at 12 hours and 24 hours; in 0.1% CO-poisoning. 2. The moderately decreased glycogen granules were revealed for 30 minutes to 2 hours in 0.25% CO poisoning. The glycogen granules were severely decreased in 4 hours. 3. In 0.5% CO-poisoning, the glycogen granules were decreased moderately for 30 minutes to 60 minutes. 4 The decreasing time of hepatic glycogen granules was gradually shortened by high concentration of carbon monoxide.

발생기 랫트 췌장의 내분비세포 중 B세포의 Golgi apparatus는 태생 18일(분비과립생성 시기)을 전후하여 그 미세구조가 변화하였는데, "rigid lamellae"는 태생 16일과 18일에 뚜렷하게 발달되어 있었으며 태생 16일에는 RER과 Golgi stacks의 tracts cisternae가 매우 근접하여 존재하였으나, 그 이후에는 그러한 관계가 나타나는 빈도가 매우 감소하였다. The Golgi apparatus of pancreatic B cell of rat embryo was studied during development from day 14 through day 20 of gestation. The morphological patters varied characteristically, first early, and second late in the production of secretory granules. 1.Day 16 of gestation was characterized by the pronounced system of the transmost "rigid lamellae" which were detached from the trans face of the Golgi stacks ; by contrast, in the terminal period of gestation, the "rigid lamellae" were sparse. 2.Day 16 of gestation was characterzied by the tight association of the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the trans face of Golgi stacks ; the close spatial relationship of two compartments was lessened after day 18 of gestation. Our results showed that the morphological patterns of the Golgi stacks of the developing pancreatic B cells varied in the course of embryonic cell differentiation. The variable morphological patterns of the Golgi stacks might be related to differences of the main functional tasks of the Golgi apparatus in different developmental stages.

Isabel Archer, the heroin, came to England with her aunt Mrs. Touchett with a hope to enjoy her liberty, morals and independence not doing anything wrong. She meets an English aristocrat Lord Warburton who proposes to her to marry but rejects him. Secondly, she became to know a Europionized young American business man. Caspar Goodwood, who energetically pleads toher to woo but alsorefused, which made her aunt frighten since the two suitors are attractive and well qualified ones. Nevertheless, Isabel marries to Gilbert Osmond who is a widower having neither fame, asset nor prospective future. It is an irony. It was Osmone's cheat for him to provide dowery for his daugheter Pansy's marriage under agreement with stratagem of paramour Madam Merle. It is Isabel's doom affronting her destiny.

실험적으로 발생시킨 미란성 위궤양의 조직학적인 관찰에서 벽세포와 주세포의 수는 변화가 없었으나 벽세포의 크기가 뚜렷이 커졌고 주세포는 크기가 다소 작아졌으며 감소되었고 크롬친화성 세포는 미란부에서 많이 나타났다. This study was to investigate the morphological changes in the early stage of experimental gastric erosion in rat. Follwing a 48 hour fast, the pylorus was occluded by ligation. Five hours later, the rats had hemorhagic erosion is the lesser curvature and body of the stomach. In the erosion, the parietal cell went on increasing in the cell size from the superficial to the basel area and its cytoplasm had numerous small vesicle. The chief size was decreased, but the size of the chromaffin cells and mucous neck cells increased.

James Joyce published his long novel, A Portreit of the Artist as a Young man, in 1916. He employed Stephen's growing mind from his infancy to his young man; from a six years old child to a twenty years old young man. The novel is composed of five chapters, thereby I researched them by chapters in this novel. As over 90% of Irish populations and Joyce are catholic, I concentrated on their ethos and connected them in conjunction with five chapters. While Stephen was attending Belvedere College, the rector of school consulted with him to become a catholic father. However, Stephen declined to become an artist, although the rector didn't know the fact that Stephen had carnal sex with a whore. Therefore, he rued so much after hearing a father's preaching on the hell where all devils, evils, and thirty things are. As a result, Stephen departed from his family, church, country and exiled to foreign countries to become a creative literary writer. Thus, Joyce buckled down for ten years, concluding this ambitions and fine work. In this novel, the readers realize that there are Stephen's strong intrepid soul and spirit to describe this literary art, the novel. In addition, I delineated something about stream of consciousness.
