인터넷 상에 존재하는 검증되지 않은 정보자원들을 선별하여 도서관 장서로 개발하는데 있어서 객관적인 인터넷 자원 선정 평가 요소를 설정하였다. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate Internet resources and select a useful its resources in library collection. This study suggests the fellowing evaluation factors for the selection of such a Internet resources. 1) Content Quality evaluation factors: Although the construction methods of Internet resources interconnect text resources and audio-visual resources, and although it is more fresh than conventional printed materials, the content of resources is still the most important factor in determining the value of resources. 2) Service quality evaluation factors: Library services, regardless of the quality of content, will be rejected if users are uncomfortable in using the services. Therefore, the improvement of user environment is important to enhance the value of resource utilization. 3) Policy evaluation factors: There can be many factors to achieve the goals of a library. Such factors will be the policy evaluation factors and they should be considered in library development plan. Therefore, policy evaluation based on user needs is essential.

본 연구에서는 이진색인체계를 유지하면서 퍼지디소러스를 통해 퍼지정보검색을 구현할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고 그 검색결과를 불리언 검색결과와 비교해 보았다. 실험결과는 재현율의 경우 퍼지집합검색이 75%로 불리언 검색의 60% 보다 15% 높았으며, 정확률의 경우 불리언검색이 73%로 퍼지집합검색의 69% 보다 4% 정도 높았다. This study compared the retrieval effectiveness of conventional Boolean and fuzzy set retrieval strategies through a retrieval experiment. The recall ratio of fuzzy set retrieval is 75%, higher than the 60% of Boolean retrieval. On the other hand, the precision ratio of fuzzy set retrieval is 69%, a little bit lower than the 73% of Boolean retrieval.

사용자는 원하는 자료를 검색하기 위해서 각 위치에 대한 정보를 저장하고 있는 검색엔진을 이용하는 경우가 대부분이다. 하지만 자료의 양이 방대해 짐에 따라 사용자에게 실제로 필요한 정보가 아닐 경우가 많이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 개인형 릴 인터페이스 에이전트 시스템인 7f 가이드를 제안하였다. 웹 가이드는 사용자의 행동과 에이전트의 방문을 키워드를 중심으로 각각의 사례로 저장하는 사례기반 학습 방법을 이용, 특징 개인 사용자가 웹 상에서 검색하고자 하는 자료를 입력받은 후부터 사용자의 방문 행동을 학습하여 보다 빠른 시간 내에 원하고자 하는 자료를 검색할 수 있도록 도와주는 에이전트 시스템이다. Users usually search for the required information via search engines which contain locations of the information. However. as the amount of data gets large, the result of the search is often not the information that users actually want. In this paper a web guide is proposed in order to resolve this problem. The web guide uses case-based learning method which stores and utilizes cases based on the keywords of user's action and agent's visit. The proposed agent system learns the user's visiting actions following the input of the data to be searched, and then helps rapid searches of the data wanted.
