        장애인 주간보호시설 종사자의 응용행동분석에 대한 인식과 요구

        이 연구에서는 장애인 주간보호시설에서 성인 발달장애인에게 직접 서비스를 제공하는 사회복지사들이 응용행동분석 중재에 참여한 이후 갖게 된 인식의 변화와 시설 현장에서의 응용행동분석 중재에 필요한 요구 사항을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 서울과 경기도에 위치한 장애인 주간보호시설 종사자 6명이며, 이들을 대상으로 반구조화된 심층면담을 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 장애인 주간보호시설을 이용하는 지적장애인과 자폐성장애인에게 응용행동분석을 적용했을 때의 결과가 효과적으로 나타나 응용행동분석의 필요성에 대한 종사자들의 인식이 긍정적인 방향으로 전환되었다. 둘째, 장애인 주간보호시설 종사자들은 시설 현장에서의 응용행동분석 중재 도입을 위해서 전문 인력과 재정 지원을 요구하였다. 응용행동분석 중재가 장애인 주간보호시설의 성인 발달장애인에게 효과적인 중재 방법이라는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 장애인 주간보호시설에서의 응용행동분석 중재에 필요한 지원을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to know the changed awareness since the social workers who directly provide services to have participated in the intervention with applied behavior analysis and about the requirements to be supported for adults with developmental disabilities with applied behavior analysis in the field. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 6 workers in daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The results according to the research as follows: First, workers took a very positive direction that it needs to be applied for them because applied behavior analysis intervention for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders got the distinct result, Second, professionals and financial supports were required for the field application. The results of this study demonstrated that applied behavior analysis intervention is the effective method for adults with developmental disabilities and proposed the demands to apply it concretely at daycare centers.

        아트메이크업에 표현된 오브제의 특성에 관한 연구 Ⅱ - Christian Dior 패션쇼를 중심으로 -

        The purposes of this study were to explore the design elements expressed in contemporary make-up based on the , to examine the change patterns of make-up during the recent 14 year period with respect to the art make-up style, and to investigate the intercorrelations among the design elements of forms, objects expressed in the art make up make-up. This research exployed both qualitative method and quantitative method to empirically investigate the art make-up. The basic material used in this study was the Christian Dior collection from Spring/Summer Season in 1994 to Spring/Summer Season in 2007. Data in collection pictures were qualitatively coded separately in prepared coding sheets by six experts who are professors in the major areas of make-up. The coding sheets were quantitatively analyzed. The empirical results showed in general that led the art make up style which is comprised of design elements of objects.

        In a highly developed and industrialized society, people`s desire on the pursuit of the individuality and the diversification is getting more strong. Accordingly, the importance the makeup based upon the intention of total fashion is more strengthened. The purpose of this study is to examine the concept of the dismantling and it formative background, and to research the dismantling makeup based upon the theory of dismentlment in order to certify the relation between the social phenomenon and the cultural art, by recognizing the make-up as the means of an aesthetic expression for people. The makeup expression the is dosely related with thought, the value, and the aesthetic sense of the times. The characteristics of the dismantling make-up are largely divided into four parts, namely, the decadent trend, the trend of play, the bisexual trend, and the histoical trend. As mentioned above, I considered the influence of the dismantling on the phenomenon of a plural culture and a formative arts in the present time, and recognized newly the make-up as the cultural sphere by analyzing the trend of fashion show in Hautecouture. collections. Such trend of the style with a seaonal fashion is influenced by the phases of the age, the value, and the aesthetic character.

        면역친화성 컬럼을 이용한 특수용도식품 중 비타민B<sub>12</sub>와 비오틴 분석 연구

        본 연구는 특수용도식품에 함유되어 있는 비타민B<sub>12</sub>와 비오틴에 대하여 식품의 복잡한 매질 특성에 특이성을 확보할 수 있도록 현행 식품공전 시험법을 개선하고자 하였다. 식품공전에서 비타민B<sub>12</sub>와 비오틴의 시험법에 항체반응을 통해서 분석물질과 특이적으로 결합하여 그 외의 성분들을 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 면역친화성 컬럼을 도입하여 시험용액을 정제 및 농축함으로써 전처리 과정을 개선하였다. 식품 등 시험법 마련 표준절차에 관한 가이드라인에 따라 밸리데이션(특이성, 직선성, 검출한계, 정량한계, 정확도, 정밀도)을 수행하고 개선된 시험법을 이용하여 유통 중인 특수용도식품의 대상 품목에 대해 시험법 적용여부를 확인하였다. 본 연구사업의 수행으로 시험·검사의 정확성을 증대시켜 특수용도식품 품질관리에 대한 신뢰성을 더 높일 것으로 본다. This study was conducted to improve the standard method for vitamin B<sub>12</sub> and biotin contained in foods for special dietary uses to ensure the specificity of the complex matrix properties of foods. For the food code, the test method was improved to determine vitamin B<sub>12</sub> and biotin by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-UV using column-switching after concentration using immunoaffinity column. The immunoaffinity columns contain a gel suspension of monoclonal antibody specific to the vitamin of interest so that it can be used to concentrate the vitamin B<sub>12</sub> and biotin and remove interferences from the food extracts. Moreover, validation of advanced new methods was carried out to support the suitability of the proposed analytical procedure (specificity, linearity, detection limits (LOD), quantitative limits (LOQ), accuracy, and precision). The improved analytical method is being used to monitor relevant food items on sale. The results of this study showed that the new analytical method is suitable and appropriate for managing food intended for special dietary uses.

        고시의약품 시험에 사용되는 유해시약 대체 시험법 개발

        Development of alternative testing methods for the replacement of hazardous reagents with less hazardous ones is strongly enforced because exposure of human and environment to hazardous reagents are restricted and hazardous reagents are gradually prohibited from using in various testing methods. Thus, in this study, we developed 8 monographs from the Korean Pharmaceutical Codex by substituting the use of the hazardous reagents including ICH class 1 such as benzene, chloroform and dioxane to the use of less toxic ones like ICH class 2 or 3 reagents. We also improved their qualification and quantification performance. Among 8 monographs, the 6 newly developed TLC methods for the identification of nifedipine, oxolamine citrate, ketoprofen lysinate, chlorquinaldol, retinol acetate, and riboflavin showed a clear spot of corresponding material without any interference in spite of the replacement with ICH class 2 or 3 reagents. For the quantification of domperidone and trimebutine, HPLC methods were developed for the substitution of UV/VIS spectrometry and titrimetry, respectively. These HPLC methods were validated for the linearity, recovery, reproducibility, and inter-laboratory variations. In conclusion, the newly developed methods could be expected to become valuable tools for revising the Korean Pharmaceutical Codex.

        고시 수재 의약품의 용출규격 설정 - 구연산니카메테이트 정, 노르플록사신 캡슐

        Despite the fact that the dissolution test can serve as an effective tool for drug quality control and prediction of in vivo drug performance, there are a number of drugs with no established dissolution specifications because they were developed quite a long time ago. Under this circumstances, KFDA started the new project that establishes dissolution method and specifications for drugs with no dissolution specifications listed in the Korea Pharmaceutical Codex (KPC). This project aims for promoting the appropriate management of oral solid dosage forms. Seoul regional KFDA selected 2 items, Nicametate citrate tablet and Norfloxacin capsule, for establishing dissolution specifications. We went through the following procedures to develop the dissolution method and specifications: (1) Validation of dissolution test equipment, (2) Purchase of test drugs, (3) Preliminary test with one of the test products (1 lot), (4) Validation of analysis methods (3 lots), (5) Final tests and cross tests among other laboratory to establish dissolution specifications, (6) Additional test with the other test drugs. The outcome of this study will be reflected in revision of the KPC. It is believed that the quality control and evaluation of oral solid dosage forms listed in KPC will be advanced with the revision which adds additional dissolution test and specifications for the drugs with no established dissolution specifications.

        유통 생약재의 아플라톡신 모니터링

        고시된 아플라톡신 시험법의 정량한계, 검출한계를 개선한 분석법을 유효화하였으며, 개선한 분석법으로 강활, 개자 등의 생약 400개의 시료를 분석하였다. 사군자와 제니 각 1건에서 아플라톡신 B₁이 각 2.3 μg/kg 검출되었으며, 사군자와 대풍자 1건에서 정량한계 미만의 아플라톡신이 검출되었다. 탕제로의 이행률은 아플라톡신 B₁의 경우 약 20% 정도의 이행률을 나타냈다. 아플라톡신 B₁ 기준치보다 낮게 검출되어 현재까지는 아플라톡신으로부터 안전한 것으로 판단되었다. This study was conducted to monitor aflatoxins in various medicinal herbs, providing available data for the safety of those products. To monitor aflatoxins in medicinal herbs, a total of 400 samples of 40 different herbs were collected in commercial retailers in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan from March to August, 2008. The samples that passed the sensory evaluation were tested for aflatoxins. Aflatoxins in samples were analyzed by HPLCflorescence coupled with photochemical enhancement. Samples were extracted with 70% methanol and then diluted to the appropriate concentration. A refining process was performed using an immunoaffinity column. The analytical method used in this study was validated. The R2 value for aflatoxin B1 was 0.99946, and the detection range was from 0.25 to 10.0ng/mL. The accuracy of the analysis was ranged from 83.2% to 101.8%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) in the aflatoxin B1 analysis was 3.4%, demonstrating the precision of this method. In addition, the detection limit and quantitative analysis limit of aflatoxin B1 was 0.53 μg/kg and 1.76 μg/kg, respectively. These results indicated that the analytical method used in this study was appropriate. The results of HPLC showed that 1% (4 samples) of the samples may contain aflatoxins. The concentration of quantified aflatoxin was 2.3 μg/kg for both Quisqualis fructus and Remotiflori radix samples. The other samples were below the limit of quantification. Moreover, the concentration of aflatoxin B1 which is made by specific fungi were below the level of regulation. Only 20% of aflatoxin B1 were transferred to hot water. Therefore, the levels of aflatoxins in medicinal herbs were considered to be safe especially considering the aflatoxin transfer ratio.
