무용전공 고등학교 초임체육교사의 교직 적응에 관한 내러티브 탐구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of adapting to teaching as a first-time physical education teacher with dance major. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, review of documents related to school affairs, and classroom logs. Data analysis was conducted, using Clandinin & Connelly 's(2000) narrative inquiry method. The purpose of this study was to understand the story of research participants by repeatedly reading the transcribed data. As a result of the research, the story was organized with the theme of thinking about dreams, taking a step closer to dreams, practicing and challenging for dreams, and growing with dreams. The story was again built in the categories of achieving the dream to be a physical education teacher, living and continuing growth as a physical education teacher. The research also examined the process of becoming a sports teacher, adapting to the teaching profession, and making efforts for further growth. 본 연구의 목적은 무용전공 초임체육교사로의 교직 적응 과정을 살펴보고자 한 연구로서 5년경력의 무용전공 초임체육교사 1명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 심층면담과 학교업무와 관련된 문서, 수업 일지 등을 통해 이루어졌으며 자료 분석은 Clandinin & Connelly(2000)의 내러티브탐구 방법을 사용하였다. 전사된 자료를 반복적으로 읽으며 연구참여자의 이야기를 풀어나가는데 목적을 두었고, 다시이야기 과정을 통해 연구 참여자의 교직 적응의 과정을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 꿈을 그리며 꿈을 생각하기, 꿈을 위해 한걸음 다가가기, 꿈을 실천하며 도전하기, 이루어진 꿈을 성장시키기라는 주제로 이야기를 구성하였고, 다시이야기는 체육교사의 꿈 이루기, 체육교사의 삶 살아가기, 성장하는 체육교사 되기로 구성되었다. 연구를 통해 무용전공자가 체육교사가 되는 과정부터 교직에 적응해나가는 과정 그리고 성장하기 위해 노력하는 모습들을 살펴보며 무용전공자의 초임체육교사로서의 교직생활에 대한 전반적인 적응과정을 살펴보았다.

본 연구는 무용을 전공한 초임체육교사들의 체육수업 경험담을 통해 그들이 체육교사로서 성장하기 위해 어떠 한 노력을 하고 있는지 살펴보는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 5년 이하 무용을 전공한 초임체육교사 4명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였고, 귀납적 분석을 활용하여 체육수업에 대한 두려움과 걱정 극복하기, 체육수업 실천하 기, 체육수업 성장시키기라는 3가지의 주제를 도출하였다. 이러한 결과의 내용처럼 무용전공 초임체육교사들은 교사가 되기 전 두려움과 걱정을 극복하기 위해 실기 준비, 학교현장경험을 통해 노력하였고, 실제 현장에서는 이론적 지식의 활용과 철저한 교재연구, 잘하는 교사보다 잘 가르치는 교사, 학생들을 신뢰하는 교사가 되기 위 해 체육수업을 실천하며 다양한 시행착오를 경험하고 있었다. 또한 이러한 어려움들을 극복하면서 본인들의 체 육수업을 성장시키며 좋은 체육교사로 정착하기 위해 노력하고 있었다. 이에 따른 논의 주제로 체육수업을 더 잘하고 싶은 무용전공 체육교사, 무용전공 체육교사양성을 위한 정책적 제안에 대하여 내용을 전개하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the teacher's effort through the experiences as beginning physical education teachers majoring in dance. For this, selecting and interviewing four physical education teachers majoring in dance who teaching five years or less in school system. Through inductive analysis the interviews, the results derived three topics. First, overcoming fear and worry about teaching physical education, second, practicing teaching methods in physical education, and third, growing teaching methods in physical education. From these results, beginning physical education teachers who majored in dance were tried to overcome by preparing the practical skills, teaching school experiences. Also, in the actual P.E. classes in the school, they were experiencing various trials and errors by practicing physical education classes in order to use theoretical knowledge, thoroughly study methods and materials, teach better teachers than good teachers. In addition, they overcame these difficulties and tried to grow their own physical education classes and settle down as good physical education teachers. As a subject of discussion, this study presented the policy proposals for the training of dance majors and dance majors.

피부감작성 동물대체시험법인 ARE-Nrf2 루시퍼라아제 LuSens 시험법(OECD TG 442D)의 국내 확립 연구

This study aimed to establish the LuSens test method for identification of skin sensitisers in our laboratory and to facilitate the domestic use of the method. We utilized 10 recommended proficiency substances in OECD TG 442D consisting of 6 skin sensitisers (UN GHS category 1A and 1B: Eugenol, Cinnamyl alcohol, 2-Mercaptobenzo-thiazole, 4-Methylaminophenol sulfate, Methyl dibromo glutaronitrile and 2,4-Dinitro-chlorobenzene) and 4 non-sensitisers (No category: Salicylic acid, Glycerol, Isopropanol and Sulfanilamide). We measured the activity of luciferase induced by the test substances based on the CV<sub>75</sub> that was determined by cytotoxicity dose-finding test. While the maximal luciferase fold induction values for each skin non-sensitisers ranged from 0.95 to 1.28, those for each skin sensitisers ranged from 1.96 to 5.66. We predicted sensitivity of the test substances on the basis of the luciferase fold induction values. Our results were within the range of acceptance criteria and accord with in vivo and in vitro references in OECD TG 442D. We found that the LuSens test method correctly identified proficiency substances into sensitisers and non-sensitisers. Therefore, the results obtained from the proficiency test demonstrated that we successfully introduced the LuSens test method in our laboratory. Furthermore, we have prepared a new in vitro skin sensitization test (ARE-Nrf2 luciferase LuSens) guideline for the safety evaluation of cosmetics and contributed to the dissemination of the method via technical transfer in Korea.
