        주역에서의 ‘물[水]’과 영화에서의 ‘충동-이미지’의 상관관계 연구 − 이준익 감독의 <자산어보>를 중심으로 −

        This paper analyzes the meaning of 'water' that appears in the movie <The Book of Fish> through the water-related trigrams in The Book of Changes and Deleuze's 'impulse-image', and examines how our film combines traditional Eastern philosophy with a cinematic approach. It will be revealed whether it is being reproduced. The Book of Changes can be said to be a guidebook that compiles insights related to the good fortune and fortune of Asians. Here, the water-related hexagram corresponds to 15 of the 64 hexagrams, and mainly contains the meaning of ‘crisis’ such as danger or danger, and the truth of nature, the depth of which cannot be easily fathomed. This can be interpreted in connection with the ‘impulse-image’ perspective of film, which looks at and analyzes the actual connection patterns of objects existing in the living world from a perspective outside of space-time coordinates. Deleuze said that through impulse-images, we can be liberated from realized relationships and the meanings derived from them, and connect with the essential meaning of things that are not connected to them. When ‘water’ appears as a symbol of impulse-image in Korean films, it is not simply expressed as a crisis of civilization or the sublimity of nature, but is often expressed as an aspect of connection with some hidden meaning in our lives. This will be an important clue in analyzing how Korean films in the 2020s are responding to the sense of social crisis triggered by the pandemic.

        마음을 노래한 수행자, 靑潭스님의 詩文學世界 —靑潭스님의禪詩, 마음의노래,『 마음꽃다발』, 大韓佛敎에 실린 作品을 中心으로 —

        본 논문은 청담스님의 시문학 세계에 대한 연구논문이다. 대한불교 조계종의 거목이자, 해동의 큰 별이셨던 청담스님은 1902년 경남 진 주에서 태어났다. 진주산업대학교 재학 중 박포명 스님을 만나 불교 에 관심을 갖고, 스물다섯 살에 경남 고성 옥천사에서 박영호 선사를 은사로 출가했다. 박한영 선사와 만공선사 문하에서 수학하였으며, 33세에 깨달음을 얻었다. 해방 이후 한국불교의 현대화 운동을 주도 하는 등 조계종의 초석을 다지는데 선구적 역할을 다 하였다. 흔히“시는 짧고 단순한 언어와 문장으로 복잡한 감성을 표현한다” 라고 말한다. 불교문학 즉 불교선시는 불교의 진리를 가장 효과적이 고 함축적인 표현법으로 드러낸 일체의 언설과 문장이라 하겠다. 그 러나 필자는 직접 스님이 발표한 시를 인용해 분석하는 방법과 더불 어 스님과 교류했던 당대를 대표하는 문학인들과의 교류 속에 나타 난 문학세계를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 보조적으로 스님 의 시를 필요한 만큼 인용해 소개했다. 불교적 세계와 사상을 시적으 로 표현한 것을 분석하는 일은 유의미한 만큼, 그동안 발표된 많은 연구 논문과 중복될 우려도 있다. 그런 점을 감안하고 직접 저작한 시와 함께 간접적으로 교유했던 문학인들도 소개하고자 하는 것이 다. 이것이 많은 연구자들과의 중복을 피할 수 있는 연구방법이자 스 님의 연구 영역을 넓히는 일이라 생각하기 때문이다. This paper is to trace the poetic world of Master Cheongdam. Master Cheongdam, a great master of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, was born in Jinju, Gyeongnam Province in 1902. In the days of Jinju Industrial College, he happened to meet ven. Park Pomyeong. Thanks to this meeting, he got interested in Buddhism. At the age of 25, he became a monk under the guidance of Seon Master Park Yeong-ho at Ockcheonsa Temple in Goseong, Gyeongnam Province. He learned Buddhist doctrines from Seon Master Park Hanyeong and Mangong. At the age of 33, he eventually attained enlightenment through ardent and enthusiastic practice. Since Korea wad liberated from Japan Rule, he took a pivotal role in laying the foundation stone of the Jogye Order by taking the initiative in the movement of modernizing Korean Buddhism. It is often said that "poetry expresses a complex emotion with short and simple words and sentences." Actually, Buddhist Seon poetry is all remarks and sentences which reveal the truth of Buddhism with the most effective and implicative expressions. However, in this paper, I try to look into Master Cheongdam's poetic world by analyzing his own poems and by examining the poems expressed through the interchange with representative writers of his age. If necessary, his poems will be quoted. Analyzing the poetic expression concerning Buddhistic world and thought seems to be significant but it is apprehended that in such a analysis there is the possibility of overlapping with many previous articles. Hence, considering this problem, I attempt to introduce writers with whom he associated direct and indirect. That's a way I can escape the overlapping with articles of many researchers and I can also widen the scope on Cheongdam's study.

        LabVIEW를 이용한 Conveyor Scale의 원격 교정제어 및 모니터링 시스템

        In general, electronic conveyor scales are installed in a relatively distributed manner on the crushed rock and sand production site. It is one of the time-consuming and difficult engineering works to monitor and control the plant operation status such as the management of measuring data, malfunction of belt conveyor, and fault of electronic conveyor scale. Therefore, to alleviate the inefficient problems and to monitor the operating plant in the online and remote control room, a remote calibration and real-time monitoring system, which is practically applied to the electronic conveyor scale system and verified by onsite experiment, is developed based on the LabVIEW.

        정자의 전처리시간, 농도 및 공동배양시간이 돼지난포란의 체외수정에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects of preincubation time, concentration and exposure time of sperm on in vitro fertilization of porcine follicular oocytes rnatured in in vitro. The results obtained are as follows ; 1. Effect of preincuhation time for porcine sperm capacitation on in vitro fertilization in medium with heparin was investigated. Normal fertilization rate was highest in 15 min(26.4%). However, there were no significant differences among preincuhation times of 5~90 min, 2. Normal fertilization rates of sperm concentrations were 17.0~26.5%, and normal fertilization rate from l l05cell /ml concentration was also higher than those of other sperm concentration. 3. Normal fertilization rates of sperm exposure time of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 hours were 6.1, 20.8, 27.8, 25.0 and 26.7%, respectively. Normal fertilization rate from sperm exposure time of 12 hours was also higher than that of other sperm exposure times.

      • 형질전환 생쥐에서 Bovine $\beta$-Casein/Bovine Growth Hormone 재조합 유전자의 유전적 안정성에 관한 연구

        To investigate the fidelity of transgene transmission and expression, we produced transgenic mice carrying bovine $\beta$-casein/bovine grwoth hormone(bGH) fusion gene and examined transmission efficiency and expression level of the transgene in the founders and their progeny. The transgene was composed of 1.8 kb bovine $\beta$-casein promoter and 2.1 kb bGH gene. Ten transgenic mice were produced. Milk and mammary gland were collected from eight transgenic lines at 10-day lactation and a, pp.ied to Western and Northern blot analyses. The bGH expression was detected in four of them. The concentrations of bGH in milk were highly variable from 4$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml to 600$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml depending on the lines. The bGH mRNA level in mammary gland was closely correlated with the bGH concentration in milk in each transgenic line. These results indicated that bGH transgene expression was a, pp.opriately regulated in the mammary gland and secreted into milk in transgenic mice. By using two transgenic lines(#2, #7) secreting a considerable amoung of bGH into their milk, the inferitance and maintenance of transgenic phenotype were assessed in successive four generations. The mean transmission frequencies of transgene in lines #2 and #7 were 34% and 40%, respectively. The bGH concentration in milk were 80, 240, 120, 60$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml in each G0(generation 0), G2, G3, G4 generation of line #2 and 600, 1600, 860, 900$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml in each G1. G2, G3, G4 generation of line #7. These results demonstrated that bovine $\beta$-casein/bGH gene was stably transmitted from generation to generation in a Menelian fashion in trasgenic mice and consistenly expressed in their milk throughout the generations, although there was a little variation in the transmission frequency and expression level of the transgene between generations.

        형질 전환 기법을 이용한 인체 간암의 마우스 모델 제작 및 특성 규명

        본 연구에서는 SV40 Tag을 마우스 albumin 유전자의 promoter/enhancer 조절 하에 발현하도록 설계된 재조합 유전자를 마우스 1세포기 수정란에 미세 주입하여 형질 전환 마우스를 제작하고 이들의 인체 간암 모델로써의 적합성을 조사하였다. 형질 전환이 확인된 총 11개체의 founder 생쥐들 중 4개체가 간암을 일으켰고, 두 개체는 신장암을, 한 개체는 피부 및 뇌에서 종양을 각각 일으켰다. 이들로부터 외래 유전자를 계대 유전하는 3가계를 얻었다(#1-2, #1-6, #1-11). 이들 가계의 자손들에서 8주령(#1-2, #1-6) 혹은 10주령(#1-11) 시부터 간암이 반복적으로 발생되었으며, #1-11 founder 개체에서 폐로 암세포가 전이된 것 외에는 다른 조직에서의 형태학적 변이가 발견되지 않았다. 간암 발생은 조직학적 변화에 따라 3단계로 나눌 수 있었다. 즉, 출생에서 3주령까지는 간세포의 과량증식을 보이나 세포핵의 이상은 관찰되지 않았으며, 4주령부터 7주령(#1-2, #1-6) 혹은 9주령(#1-11)까지는 diffuse liver cell dysplasia를 나타내지만 tumor nodule은 발견되지 않았고, 그 이후에는 liver dysplasia를 배경으로 간암이 발생하였다. 본 연구에서 작출한 간암 모델 마우스는 인체 간암과 일부 유사한 소견을 보였는 바 인체 간암 기전 연구를 위한 유용한 동물 모델로 이용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Transgenic mice were generated by microinjecting a plasmid DNA containing the SV40 (simian virus 40) large T antigen (Tag) gene fused with mouse albumin promoter/enhancer sequences into fertilized one-cell mouse embryos. Among eleven founder transgenic animals, four developed hepatocellular carcinoma, two showed kidney cancer and one developed skin and brain tumors. Three stable transgenic lines, #1-2, #1-6 and #1-11 were established. Members of the lines #1-6 and #1-11 reproducibly developed liver tumors by 8 to 10 weeks of age but did not exhibit any phenotypic changes in other tissues. Histological changes leading to liver tumor formation occurred with predictable kinetics and could be classified into three distinct stages; (a) newborn to 3 weeks of age, characterized by hyperplastic hepatocytes with reduced amounts of cytoplasm without any nuclear alterations, (b) between 4 to 8 weeks of age, characterized by diffuse liver cell dysplasia without observable tumor nodules, and (c) 9 weeks of age and thereafter, characterized by hepatocellular carcinomas in the background of extensive liver dysplasia. Metastasis to the lung from a liver carcinoma was observed in #1-11 founder animal. This transgenic mouse system displays similarities with human liver cancers in a number of aspects and provides a useful model for the study of molecular events involved in hepatocarcinogenesis.
