果附湯과 冷附湯 煎湯液이 家兎의 心臟 機能에 미치는 影響

The present experiments were designed to investigate the Effects of Gwabutang(果附湯) and Nengbutang(冷附湯) water extracts on the rabbit heart functions. The increasing and decreasing effects of the drug extracts on the blood pressure and heart rate were analyzed with physiogram. And the inhibitory or activating orders of the drug extracts on the Ma^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity were analyzed. 1. Nengbutang increased the blood pressure and Gwabutang decreased the blood pressure in anesthetic rabbits. 2. The decreased or increased blood pressure by the drugs were not related directly with the autonomic nervous system. 3. Sengang extract decreased blood pressure intermittently by relexing the capillaries. 4. Ningbutang water extract stimulated the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity, on the other hand Gwabutang extract inhibited the enzyme activities of the cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum. 5. The single drugs (Buja, Chogwa, Sengang extracts) stimulated the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity, and the compound drug (Buja+Chogwa extracts) also stimulated the enzyme activity in synergenic action, however the other compound drug(Sengang+Chogwa, Chogwa+Buja+Sengang extracts) inhibited the enzyme activity, Chogwa and Buja acted as synergetic, but Sengang+Chogwa and Sengang+Buja+Chogwa canceled out each other on the enzyme activity. According to the results, Nengbutang increased the blood pressure and Gwabutang decreased the blood pressure through control the Mg^2+ -Ca^2+ -ATPase activity of the cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum.
