        This study analyzed betting action for baseball elite-player and general student. For this purpose, baseball elite-player and genaral student were selected to analyze and compare baseball betting action. The results are as follows. In the first operation, the right shoulder is fully opened and the right elbow is bent sufficiently to reduce unnecessary compensatory action. The left wrist angle keeps up to E2 and gradually spreads from E3, while the right wrist keeps up to E2, then bends at E3 and eases at E4.

        The high expenditure of personal training is a burden to people. There's no time to do exercise because the modern society is too fast-paced, we discussed about how can people do exercise the time when they wants. That's home training. You can do exercise whenever and wherever you want by home training. It's time-efficient and economic efficiency. It's one of the effective method in modern society. According to the result of this research, the home training can help people to do effective exercise and can be a preliminary data of further home training research. There's no big change on weight and body fat, but the amount of muscle was increased 0.51kg averagely. Compared to before and after, There's no big change on weight and body fat but there's meaningful change of muscle.In satisfaction research, the score was average 30.54 of 50. It's quite high. But the score of people who don't make a change was low. The result shows, if it can overcome demerits of home training which personal training and aerobic exercise, the home training could be good exercise to increasing amount of muscle. So It's better guys who want gain muscles than women who want keep their body in shape.

        골볼 경기의 공격형태에 대한 경기분석

        본 연구는 골볼 경기의 공격 투구 형태 분석을 통해 승패에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하고 경기력 향상을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 제 36회 전국장애인체육대회 8강 이상의 골볼 5경기 913 투구에 대해 경기분석을 실시하였다. 추출된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 버전을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 Mann-Whitney U 검정을 실시하였다(p<.05). 이를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 전체 공격 투구 시 득점비율 9.10%, 아웃비율 13.80%, 페널티파울비율 2.30%, 블록비율 74.81%이며 필드골비율이 91.57%를 보였다. 포지션별 투구는 사이드 윙에서 가장 많이 이루어졌으며 투구구질은 바운드볼(56.52%)이 가장 많고 투구방향은 크로스(56.19%) 비율이 높았다. 승리한 팀과 패배한 팀 간의 차이 분석결과 득점수, 필드골수, 바운드볼비율, 크로스공격비율, 오른쪽 선수의 득점비율, 몸통부위의 득점비율은 승리한 팀에서 크게 나타났다(p<.05). 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 골볼 경기력 향상을 위한 전략 및 트레이닝 계획 시 윙 플레이 전술 개발과 바운드볼 기술향상을 고려해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the victory and defeat through analysis of the attack pitch pattern of goalball game and to provide basic data for improvement of performance. For this study, we conducted game analysis about 913 pitch of 5 goalball games in the 36th National PARA Games. Extracted data was conducted descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney U test using SPSS 23.0 Version(p<.05). The results were as follows. Total attack pitch showed goal rate 9.10%, out rate 13.80%, penalty foul rate 2.30%, block rate 74.81% and field goal rate 91.57%. Position pitch most appeared to wing, pitch types most appeared to boundball(56.52%), pitch direction showed highest to cross direction. Victorious team showed to larger goal, field goal, boundball goal rate, cross direction rate, right player goal rate, torso parts goal rate than defeated team. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to consider wing play tactics and the improvement of boundball technique in strategy and training planning for improvement of goalball performance

      • 장애인 신인 역도 선수를 위한 개별적 가이드라인 제공 및 운동학적 접근 분석-사례연구

        The purpose of this study were to evaluate the strength and performance ability and to provide the guideline to improve their performance ability for new weight-lifters with disabilities. Four weight-lifters with disabilities participated in this project and were tested pre-test before starting the experiment and were collected post-test after eight weeks training program. They practiced three different weight(25%, 50%, and 100%) and their exercise motion were analyzed their using Dartfish System. The result in biomechanical data were as follows: elbow angle of K.H.S was not changed both pre and post-test and pushing time at post-test took less, in push phase P.Y.H not fully extended and left shoulder was adducted during both tests, in push phase C.N.Y moved their legs to upward at pre-test, but he did not used his legs and the range of COG was decreased at post-test, and in pulling phase right shoulder of L.S.G was adducted at pre-test and the trajectory of barbell moved vertically at post-test. The result in basic physical fitness data were as follows: Cardiopulmonary function of K.H.S decreased but the other functions(muscular strength, muscle endurance, power, flexibility) of her increased at post-test than pre-test, cardiopulmonary function of P.Y.H was low but muscular strength of P.Y.H was measured more stronger than others, basic physical fitness of C.N.Y was not changed both pre and post-test, cardiopulmonary function, muscular strength, and flexibility of L.S.G were decreased but the other functions(muscle endurance, power) were increased.

        중학교 남자 배드민턴 선수의 백핸드 클리어 기술 향상을 위한 운동역학적 비교분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of kinematics and EMG variables to improve the backhand clear motion of male badminton players in middle school. For this study, image analysis and EMG analysis for backhand clear motion was conducted a comparative analysis for each six badminton players in middle school, high school and university. In order to find the statistical difference of kinematic and muscle activity variables of backhand clear, a one-way ANOVA analysis of variance was conducted(p<.05). The results were as follows: 1) z axis distance of middle school players were higher than the other players, wrist angular velocity was fastest in E3, and muscle activity of trapezius was highest in forward phase and follow through phase, 2) shoulder rotation angular velocity of high school players were fastest in E2, and muscle activity of triceps was highest in backswing phase, and 3) shoulder rotation angular velocity of university players were fastest in E3, muscle activity of extensor carpi radialis, flexor carpi radialis, triceps brachii, and lateral deltoid were highest in forward phase and follow through phase. 본 연구는 중학교 남자 배드민턴 선수의 백핸드 클리어 기술 향상을 위한 운동학적 및 근전도 변인의 특성을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 중학생(6명), 고등학교(6명) 그리고 대학교(6명) 남자 배드민턴 선수 18명을 대상으로 백핸드 클리어 동작을 실시하여 영상분석 및 근전도 분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인들의 통계적 차이를 알아보기 위하여 일원분산분석을 실시하였다(p<.05). 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 중학교 선수는 E3에서 z축 동작거리가 다른 선수들에 비해 높게 나타났으며, 손목각속도는 가장 크게 나타났다. 또한 포워드 구간과 팔로스루 구간에서 승모근의 근 활성도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 2) 고등학교 선수는 E2에서 어깨 회전 각속도가 가장 빠르게 나타났으며, 백스윙 구간에서 삼두근의 근 활성도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 3) 대학교 선수는 E3에서 어깨 회전 각속도가 가장 크게 나타났으며, 포워드 구간과 팔로스루 구간에서 손목 신전근과 손목 굴곡근, 삼두근, 삼각근의 근 활성도가 가장 높게 나타났다.
