대퇴골 과상부 과간골절에 대한 임상적 고찰

The fractures of the supracondylar and intercondylar region of the femur are difficult to manage because of the wide range of potential complications. Most studies over the past twenty years have attempted to compare the results of nonsurgical with those of surgical methods. The new fixation devices and techniques were developed. The accurate anatomical reduction, rigid internal fixation, and early motion of joint have more improved results of the treatments than past. The following clinical results were shown by analysis of 18 cases of supracondylar and intercondylar fractures of the femur treated in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Yonsei University, College of Medicine during the past 6 years from Jan, 1983 to Dec. 1988. 1. The prevalent age distribution was between 41 and 50 years of age(33.3%), and the ratio between male and female was 1.3: 1. The most common cause of injury was traffic accidents(66.7%). 2. A classification of supracondylar and intercondylar fractures was divided according to ASIF classification, and the most common type was C2(55.5%). 3. Thirteen patients(72.2%) were associated with injuries of other parts and the most frequent associated fracture was tibial fracture and the most common associated other in- jury was cerebral concussion or contusion. 4. The satisfactory(excellent or good) result of surgical treatment(14 cases) and con- servative treatment(4 cases) was equal(50.0%). But severity of injury of conservative treatment group was milder than surgical treatment group. 5. Complications were deep infection of 2 cases(11%), delayed and nonunion of 4 cases (22%), knee joint stiffness below 90 range of motion of 8 cases(44.4%). 6. Finally, good results of treatment depend largely on early accurate anatomical reduction, rigid internal fixation, early joint motion

Android apps are mostly distributed as an apk files, and when the apk file is uncompressed, resource files such as xml files, images, and sounds related to app design can be extracted. If the resources of banking or finance-related apps are stolen and fake apps are distributed, personal information could be stolen or financial fraud may occur. Therefore, it is necessary to make it difficult to steal the design as well as the code when distributing the app. In this paper, we implemented a tool to convert the xml file into Java code and obfuscate using the Proguard, and evaluated the execution performance. If the layout obfuscation technique proposed in this paper is used, it is expected that the app operation performance can be improved and the illegal copying damage caused by the theft of the screen design can be prevented. 안드로이드 앱은 주로 apk 파일 형태로 배포되고, apk 파일의 압축 해제하면 앱 디자인과 관련된 xml 파일, 이미지, 사운드와 같은 리소스 파일을 추출할 수 있다. 만일 은행이나 금융과 관련된 앱의 리소스가 도용되어 가짜 앱이 배포된다면 개인정보가 유출되거나 금융사기를 당할 수 있다. 따라서 앱을 배포할 때 코드뿐만 아니라 디자인을 도용하기 어렵게 만드는 노력이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 xml 파일을 자바 코드로 변환한 후 프로가드(Proguard)를 이용하여 난독화하는 도구를 구현하였고 실행 성능을 평가하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 레이아웃 난독화 기법을 사용하면 앱 구동 성능을 높일 수 있으며 화면 디자인 도용으로 인한 불법 복제 피해를 예방하는 효과도 있을 것으로 기대한다.

API k-gram 기반의 안드로이드 버스마크

소프트웨어 버스마크는 프로그램을 인식하는데 사용될 수 있는 고유한 특징을 의미한다. 소프트웨어 버스마크는 단순한 프로그램 변환에 의해서 삭제되지 않기 때문에 코드 도용을 탐지하는데 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 앱에 대한 API k-gram 기반의 버스마크 기법을 제안한다. 안드로이드 SDK는 프로그래머가 쉽게 앱을 개발할 수 있도록 다양한 라이브러리를 제공한다. 그리고 안드로이드 SDK를 사용하기 위해서는 반드시 API 메소드 호출을 이용해야만 한다. API 메소드 호출 명령어는 다른 명령어로 바꾸거나 삭제하기 어렵기 때문에 애플리케이션의 고유한 특징으로서 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 버스마크의 효용성을 보여주기 위해서 기존의 버스마크 기법과 비교하였고 오픈소스 앱을 대상으로 평가하였다. 실험으로부터 API k-gram 버스마크가 기존 버스마크보다 신뢰도와 강인도가 높은 것을 확인하였다. A software birthmark means inherent characteristics that can be used to identify a program. Because the software birthmark is difficult to remove by simple program transformation, it can be used to detect code theft. In this paper, we propose a birthmark technique based on API k-gram of Android applications. Android SDK provides various libraries that help programmers to develop application easily. In order to use Android SDK, we have to use API method calls. The API call instructions are hard to be replaced or removed, so they can be a inherent characteristics of an application. To show the effectiveness of the proposed birthmark, we compared it with previous birthmarks and evaluated it with open source applications. From the experiments, we verified that the credibility and resilience of our birthmark is higher than previous birthmarks.

The supramalleolar malunion of tibia can alter the mechanics of the ankle joint by the rotation, angulation, and shortening and lead to persistent symptoms, degenerative changes, and loss of function of the joint. Thus the supramalleolar malunion of tibia should be corrected for relief of the symptoms and restoration of the weight bearing alignment of the ankle. Satisfactory alignment atter osteotomy is difficult to maintain unless some means of internal fixation such as a compression plate, medullary nail, or external fixation are used. We reviewed 3 cases of supramalleolar malunion that were corrected by Ilizarov technique. Among three patients, two patients had the epiphyseal injury of distal tibia. One of two patients who had had the epiphyseal injury had valgus deformity of 15 degrees, external rotation of 45 degrees, and shortening of 2cm and the other one patient had varus deformity of 20 degrees and shortening of 3.5cm. The other one patient who had had comminuted fracture on the distal tibia had varus deformity of 25 degrees and shortening of 1.5cm. The advantages of the supramalleolar osteotomy by the Ilizarov technique are as following. 1. Less traumatic procedure. 2. Simultaneous correction in angulation, rotation, and shortening 3. Early exercise and weight bearing.

안드로이드 저작권 보호를 위한 메소드 생성 기반 워터마킹 기법의 설계 및 구현

스마트폰이 널리 보급되고 수많은 애플리케이션들이 개발됨에 따라서 소프트웨어 저작권 관련하여 사회적인 이슈가 발생하고 있다. 소프트웨어 워터마킹은 디지털 워터마킹 기술을 소프트웨어에 적용한 것으로서 소프트웨어 원저작권자를 판별하는데 사용될 수 있는 기술이다. 안드로이드 환경에서 앱을 개발하기 위해서 일반적으로 자바 언어를 사용한다. 자바는 객체지향 언어로서 메소드 오버로딩과 오버라이딩을 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 메소드 생성 기반 워터마킹 기법을 제안하고 구현하였다. 워터마크로 인한 오버헤드를 평가한 결과, 실행 파일 크기의 증가와 실행 속도의 저하가 크지 않다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 워터마킹 기법을 사용하면 불법 복제가 의심되거나 실제로 프로그램이 도용되었을 때 저작권 정보를 확인할 수 있으며 불법 복제 시도를 사전에 예방하는 효과도 있을 것으로 기대한다. As smartphones become widespread, numerous applications are developed and social issues related to software copyright are emerging. Software watermarking is digital watermarking technology applied to software and is a technology that can be used to recognize copyright owners. Generally, Java language is used to develop applications on the Android environment. The Java is an object-oriented language that supports method overloading and overriding. In this paper, we propose and implement a method generation based watermarking technique. As a result of evaluating the overhead due to the watermark, it was confirmed that the increase of the executable file size and the decrease of the execution speed are not large. Using the watermarking technique proposed in this paper, it is expected that copyright information can be verified when illegal copying is suspected or actual program is stolen, and piracy attempts will be prevented in advance.

Dermoid cyst on the Submental region is infrequent. Dermoid cyst is a form of cystic teratoma, derived from epithelial debris or rest enclaved during the midline closure of the bilateral mandibular and hyoid branchial arches. Recently, the author have experienced a case of huge dermoid cyst on the submental regions. Surgically the cyst was completely removed under general anesthesia and histopathologically the final diagnosis was confirmed as dermoid cyst. So, I report this case with review of literature.
