A 7-year-old spayed female Somali-cross cat was admitted with a 4-week history of anorexia, vomiting, weight loss, and lethargy. The cat was diagnosed with hepatic lipidosis. With intensive care and nutritional support via a nasogastric feeding tube for 3 weeks, the clinical signs of hepatic lipidosis were improved. However, skin lesions were found in the left and right scapular regions during the treatment that were suspected to be due to feline skin fragility syndrome (FSFS). Intensive wound healing therapy with granulated sugar, laser therapy, and a surgical flap was conducted. Skin lesions improved uneventfully without other clinical signs or recurrence of any skin lesion for a year. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a good prognosis in a hepatic disorder and concurrent FSFS. 7년령의 불임 암컷 소말리 교잡종 고양이가 4주 동안 지속된 식욕부진, 구토, 체중감소, 무기력을 주증으로 내원하였다. 환자는 지방간으로 진단 되었으며, 3주 동안 집중치료와 더불어 비위 영양관을 통해 유동식을 공급하였다. 치료기간 중, 지방간으로 인한 임상증상은 개선 되었지만 고양이 피부유약증으로 인한 것으로 의심되는 피부병변이 왼쪽과 오른쪽 어깨 부위에서 발견되었다. 과립당치료, 레이저치료 및 외과적 피판술을 통한 집중적인 상처 치유를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 환자는 다른 임상 증상이나 피부 병변의 재발 없이 성공적으로 치료되었다. 보고된 바에 따르면, 본 증례는 간질환과 고양이 피부유약증이 동반한 환자에서 좋은 예후를 보인 첫 번째 증례이다.

We have performed Liquid Chromatography–Solid Phase Extraction–NMR (LC–SPE–NMR) analysis for liquid crystalline mixture and elucidated the structures of selected components by NMR spectra. Combining the results of one-dimensional 1H experiments as well as homonuclear and heteronuclear two-dimensional experiments, we could analyze the molecular structure of the liquid crystal singles whose structure had not been interpretable by mass spectrometry alone.
시뮬레이터를 이용한 장대터널 내에서의 운전자 특성 연구

Generally, it is well known that driving in tunnel imposes large burden to driver because of spatial constraint, limited visual field and so on. And such a burden of driver result in high accident occurrence. In this reason, studies dealing with features of driving and traffic flow in tunnel have been performed. However, information about characteristics of drivers and traffic in a very long tunnel is not accumulated yet. The purpose of this study is to identify the relations between tunnel length and burden of driver, driving patterns, traffic flow characteristics using the tunnel simulator that realizing various tunnel situations. For this, the tunnel simulation program was developed along 11km-length section. And biological data of 10 subjects gained from driving condition in simulation program was analyzed and compared with the result of real driving condition.
노반, 궤도분야 철도인프라 BIM 원형 라이브러리 구축

BIM 설계에서 라이브러리의 구축 및 활용은 매우 중요하다. 기존 컨텐츠의 재활용이 가능하므로, 설계를 보다 효과적이고 효율적으로 진행할 수 있다. 건축분야와 달리 토목분야, 특히 철도시설분야에서는 라이브러리의 구축 및 표준화가 미진하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철도시설분야에 3차원 객체 라이브러리를 구축하고 표준화하고자 한다. 철도시설물 분류체계 및 관련도면을 수집 및 분석한다. 분석된 표준도면의 항목과 분류체계 항목을 매칭하였다. 각 항목별로 라이브러리가 필요한지 여부와 그럴 경우 어떤 소프트웨어가 적절한지를 검토하였다. 사용가능한 소프트웨어는 주로 Civil 3D와 Revit 등으로 나타났다. 향후 이를 바탕으로 철도인프라 3차원 라이브러리의 속성 항목 및 명세서를 설계하고 라이브러리를 구축할 예정이다. The introduction of BIM in domestic construction industry has become more active. Library development and standardization in civil-engineering are unexhausted. This research develop and standardize prototype library for railway infrastructure. We define target facility for library based on railway standard drawings and select BIM software according characteristic of each facility. In this research, we develop libraries composed of 199 files and 489 types for alignment, roadbed and track and make specifications as defined attribution item and description. As we consider for application to diverse use case, develop prototype library in low LoD. We expect that library can increase 3D design productivity and ensure consistency of quality.
극박 다이아프램의 펄스 GTAW 공정 최적화에 관한 연구

This paper has aimed to prevent excessive heat input by controlling arc distribution and heat input capacity with pulse GTAW in order to improve weld quality in 0.08mm pressure gauge diaphragm and flange welding parts. A design of experiment was designed using Box-Behnken method to optimize a welding process. The pulse GTAW parameters such as pulse current, base current, pulse duty, frequency and welding speed were set to input variables while hydraulic pressure that represents welding characteristics in diaphragm and flange joint were set to output variables. Based on the test result, a second regression equation was obtained between input and output variables and turned out significant. Besides, an influence of parameters has been confirmed through response surface analysis using the second-order regression equation and optimum welding condition was obtained through a grid-search method. The optimum welding condition was set to pulse current 84.4(A), base current 29.6(A), pulse duty 58.8(%), frequency 10(%), and welding speed 596(mm/min). Then, decent bead shape was acquired with no excessive heat input under the $2.3kgf/cm^2$ of hydrostatic pressure.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method to decide near-optimal settings of the constant current fuzzy control parameters using a controlled random search. This method tries to find the near-optimal settings of the constant current fuzzy control parameters through experiments. It has an advantage of being able to carry out searches in the search domain which includes some irregular points. The method suggested in this study was used to determine the fuzzy control parameters by which the desired welding current were formed during inverter DC resistance spot welding. The output variable was the ITAE (integral of time multiplied by the absolute error). This output variable was determined according to the input variables, which are the GE, GDE, and GDU. This study described how to obtained near-optimal welding current condition over a wide search space conducting a relatively small number of experiments.
