국내 중소형 컨테이너항만 물동량에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Port is responsible for the important role that creates a lot of value-added export and import-intensive countries, critical infrastructure, and in the national economy. Despite being an important facility for the past, awareness of the port is insufficient; In 2000s, increasing the world container traffic volumes, China's economic development, and trade volume in the Northeast Asia to generate a lot of are changing the perception of the role and importance of the port. According to the review of the master plan and the port recognition in Korean Port, this study examines determining factors which affects the port cargo volume. The target of the study is domestic small and medium-sized container port that receives a large hinterland cargo volume, excluding the impact of the Global Hub Port like Busan and Gwangyang port. Factors that affect the multiple regression analysis result of the port cargo volume are berthing capacity, degree of activation, connection number of countries, GRDP and number of manufacturers. 항만은 우리나라와 같이 국가경제에서 수출입 의존도가 높은 국가에서는 중요기간시설이자 많은 부가가치를 창출하는 매우 중요한 역할을 맡고 있다. 중요한 시설임에도 불구하고 과거에는 항만에 대한 인식이 미흡했었으나 2000년대에 들어 세계 컨테이너 물동량이 증가하고 중국의 경제가 발전함에 따라 동북아 지역에 물동량이 많이 발생하게 되어 항만의 역할의 중요성과 인식도 변화하였다. 본 연구는 우리나라 항만 기본계획 및 항만 구분에 따른 항만 역할을 검토하여 항만 물동량에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 연구하고자 한다. 연구의 대상으로는 부산항과 광양항 같이 글로벌 환적항만을 제외한 배후지역 물동량의 영향을 많이 받는 국내 중소형 컨테이너항만을 대상으로 정하였다. 분석결과 항만물동량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 접안능력, 활성화정도, 연결국가수, GRDP, 제조업체수로 나타났다.
Dual-frequency CH₂F₂/H₂/Ar capacitively coupled plasma를 이용한 실리콘질화물과 ArF PR의 무한 선택비 식각 공정

Process window for infinite etch selectivity of silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) layers to ArF photoresist (PR) was investigated in dual frequency superimposed capacitive coupled plasma (DFS-CCP) by varying the process parameters such as low frequency power (PLF), CH₂F₂ and H2 f low rate in CH₂F₂/H₂/Ar plasma. It was found that infinite etch selectivities of Si₃N₄ layers to the ArF PR on both blanket and patterned wafers can be obtained for certain gas flow conditions. The etch selectivity was increased to the infinite values as the CH₂F₂ flow rate increases, while it was decreased from the infinite etch selectivity as the H₂ flow rate increased. The preferential chemical reaction of the hydrogen with the carbon in the polymer film and the nitrogen on the Si₃N₄ surface leading to the formation of HCN etch by-products results in a thinner steady-state polymer and, in turn, to continuous Si₃N₄ etching, due to enhanced SiF₄ formation, while the polymer was deposited on the ArF photoresist surface.

Objectives: In Korea, the top 10% of Medical Aid recipients represent nearly 60% of total payment, with the costs for those disabled for over 365 days representing approximately 30% of total payment. The purpose of this study was to compare Medical Aid use of the disabled with non-disabled recipients, and to identify contributing factors to the total payment in the top 2% of recipients identified as Medical Aid overusers. Methods: Subjects (n=2,211) selected were ${\geq}18$-years-of-age and received >1000 days of co-payment-free type I Medical Aid. Case managers (n=200) conducted interviews in December 2006, and collected data from Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service. Amounts over the 9 months from January September 2006 were analyzed descriptively and using Chi-square, ANCOVA, and robust multiple linear regression. Results: Disabled individuals (mean age 61.3 years) composed 36.6% of subjects; 44.8% of the disabled were male. On a monthly basis per capita, the disabled group averaged 10.5 outpatient days, total payment of 523,000 Korean Won(₩), inpatient payment of ₩359,000, and outpatient payment of ₩183,000. All values exceeded the monthly average for non-disabled individuals. Contributing factors were identified as male gender (₩82,000), elementary school or lower educational level (₩64,000), residence in a small city (₩82,000), lack of family support (₩61,000), kidney disability (₩673,000), intellectual disability (₩151,000), and multiple disabilities (₩119,000). Conclusions: The identification of contributing factors to Medical Aid use by those defined as disabled supports the adoption of comprehensive alternative policies such as strengthening of education and consultation services, provision of alternative facilities, and promotion of self-care.

Insulation diagnosis techniques of power equipments for the stable power supply and prevention from accidents are of high importance. Diagnosis techniques is able to prevent from large accidents before they happen by finding signs of the accidents. From this point of view, this paper simulated discharge progress and partial discharge using needle-plan electrode system in air, studied the distribution of frequency spectrum of the radiated electromagnetic waves using biconical antenna and spectrum analyzer. From results of this study, the new method was introduced for measurement and analyzation of the radiated electromagnetic waves in accordance with discharge progress in air, Besides, according to the consideration of the mutual relation between frequency spectrum of the radiated electromagnetic waves and discharge progress, it was confirmed that detecting partial discharge and estimating discharge progress were possible.

In this report we developed a high voltage alarm for the safety of workers who check and repair the 154kV power line. This high voltage alarm we developed is attached on workers' helmet and alarms automatically in order to let workers know when workers work over the safety distance near 154kV power line. Until now the exact safety distance hasn't been regulated and high voltage alarm we've been using was for the range of 6∼22.9kV power line. We fabricated this high voltage alarm on the basis of electric density and actual measurement of power line. The experimental result was that high voltage alarm at 66kV power line alarmed near 90cm, at 154kV power line alarmed near 160cm from the line. Accordingly, we developed the new high voltage alarm which is operated in the range of 66∼154kV power line.
