적색과 청색 물질을 사용한 2파장 방식 백색 적층 OLED의 광학 및 전기적 특성

We studied optical and electrical properties of two-wavelength white tandem organic light-emitting diodes using red and blue materials. White fluorescent OLEDs were fabricated using Alq3 : Rubrene (3 vol.% 5 nm) / SH-1 : BD-2 (3 vol.% 25 nm) as emitting layer (EML). White single fluorescent OLED showed maximum current efficiency of 9.7 cd/A, and tandem fluorescent OLED showed 18.2 cd/A. Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of single and tandem fluorescent OLEDs was (0.385, 0.435), (0.442, 0.473) at $1,000cd/m^2$, respectively. White hybrid OLEDs were fabricated using SH-1 : BD-2 (3 vol.% 10 nm) / CBP : $Ir(mphmq)_2(acac)$ (2 vol.% 20 nm) as EML. White single hybrid OLED showed maximum current efficiency of 7.8 cd/A, and tandem hybrid OLED showed 26.4 cd/A. Maximum current efficiency of tandem hybrid OLED was more twice as high as single OLED. CIE coordinates of single hybrid OLED was (0.315, 0.333), and tandem hybrid OLED was (0.448, 0.363) at $1,000cd/m^2$. CIE coordinates in white tandem OLEDs compared to those for single OLEDs observed red shift. This work reveals that stacked white OLED showed current efficiency improvement and red shifted emission than single OLED.

세상은 사람이 만든다. 지역의 발전도 지역의 인재가 이룩한다. 그러므로 지역의 유능한 인재가 서울로 유출되면, 그 지역의 발전을 기대하기 어렵다. 그런데 지금과 같은 현실을 그대로 방임하면, 악순환 구조로 인해 지역의 인재는 지속적으로 유츌될 뿐이다. 이러한 극심한 불균형을 해소하기 위한 한 방법으로 인재충원에서 지역할당제를 실시할 것을 주장한다.
MS-2 system을 이용한 황색포도구균에 대한 moxalactam과 fosfomycin의 병용효과 측정

Twenty strains of penicillin(PC)-resistant Staphylococcus aureus ($MIC{\geqq}32U/ml$) were chosen randomly from recent isolates and submitted to the present experiment to see what effect the combined antibiotic action of moxalactam(MX) and fosfomycin(FM) would bring about on the cells, using MS-2 system. 1. The conventional agar dilution method and the rapid automatic MS-2 system were used in measuring the MICs of MX and FM against each strain and the comparison of the data obtained revealed no significant difference between the two methods in the titer and distribution of the MICs. 2. The automatic MS-2 system was, therefore, used alone in determining the combined growth inhibitory effect of MX and FM because of its more rapidness, and the obtained results were that most of the PC-resistant strains(16 out of 20, 80%) were synergistically inhibited by the two antibiotic combination while additive effect was observed in the remaining 4 strains(20%). 3. Thus, it is suggested that the growth of PC-resistant staphylococcal cells may be synergistically inhibited by MX and FM combination and the efficiency of two antibiotic action as well as MIC of single antibiotic may be more rapidly determined by the MS-2 system than by the conventional method.

지역개발론은 지리학의 중요한 부문을 점유하고 있다. 한국은 지난 30년 동안 일관된 지역개발방향은 중앙의 성장을 억제하고 지방을 육성하는 정책이었다. 그러나 지방과 중앙간의 격차가 해소되지 않고 더욱 커지고 있고, 국가전체가 인적${\cdot}$물적자원을 효율적으로 이용하지 못하여 고비용 저효율은 국가경쟁력의 문제로 제기되고 있다. 중앙집중의 문제는 서울에 인구의 집중에 있고, 인구집중의 원인은 교육의 서울집중에 있다. 따라서 교육의 지방분산이 인구의 지방분산을 초래할 수가 있다. 교육의 지방분산은 인재지역할당제의 법제화로 가능정책 대안이다. 인재 지역할당제는 국가고시(사법고시, 군법무관시험, 행정고시, 기술고시, 외무고시, 입법고시 등)와 주요자격시험(회계사시험, 변리사시험)을 지방의 인구비례로 지방대학에 할당하는 제도이다. 인재지역할당제는 '98년 1월 임시국회에서 입법화가 논의 될 것이다. So how can we develop balanced growth in our country? The national development policy of our hovemment over the past 30 years has lead to the corpulence of Seoul at the expense of the provinces. Now ironically there are policy measures introduced to control the over-expansion of Seoul. Yet the current hardware stategies to control the center requires an additional sofware stategy to create a nationwide balance for development. The Regional Elite Quota System is one such sofware stategy which can adjust the unbalanced distribution of gifted student across the national university deucation system. One obvious solution that should be utillzed is the incredible enthusiasm for high education that exists in this country, perhaps the highest in the world. This has been the backbone of our national development and should be hamessed as a catalyst to produce more balanced national growth.
청색 형광과 적색 인광 물질을 사용한 백색 OLED의 발광 특성

We studied white organic light-emitting diodes using blue fluorescent and red phosphorescent materials. White single OLEDs were fabricated using SH-1 : BD-2 (3 vol.%) and CBP : $Ir(mphmq)_2(acac)$ (2 vol.%) as emitting layer (EML). The white single OLED using SH-1 : BD-2 (3 vol.% 8 nm) / CBP : $Ir(mphmq)_2(acac)$ (2 vol.% 22 nm) as emitting layer showed maximum current efficiency of 8.8 cd/A, Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.403, 0.351) at $1,000cd/m^2$, and variation of CIE coordinates with ($0.402{\pm}0.012$, $0.35{\pm}0.002$) from 500 to $3,000cd/m^2$. The white tandem OLED using SH-1 : BD-2 (3 vol.% 12 nm) / CBP : $Ir(mphmq)_2(acac)$ (2 vol.% 18 nm) showed maximum efficiency of 19.6 cd/A, CIE coordinates of (0.354, 0.365) at $1,000cd/m^2$, and variation of CIE coordinates with ($0.356{\pm}0.016$, $0.364{\pm}0.002$) from 500 to $3,000cd/m^2$. Maximum current efficiency of the white tandem OLED was more twice as high as the single OLED. Our findings suggest that tandem OLED was possible to produce improved efficiency and excellent color stability.
