한국의 통일 문제에 대한 정책은 다양한 남북 화해와 협력을 전개하며 동시에 남북 대치 국면에서 국가 안보의 길을 가야 한다. 한국 사회는 통일을 위한 남북평화를 추구하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 동시에 남북한 정치, 경제, 군사, 안보, 문화, 사회적 인식의 대립이 심각하게 이루어져 있어, 남북의 갈등 양상은 예측하기 어렵다. 이에 대북 관계 개선내지는 안보적 태세를 위해서라도 우리 사회는 평화적 논의와 안보적 대비를 장기적인 전략으로 전개되어야 한다. 따라서 평화통일을 지향하는 통일교육은 군사적으로 벌어지는 문제에 대한 확실한 국민적 공감을 얻는 내용을 견지해야 하며, 동시에 국내외 사회와 함께 하는 대북 교류와 협력을 반드시 전개하는 이유를 밝혀야 한다. 또한 통일교육은 남남갈등의 문제에 있어서도 보수와 진보 세력들의 갈등 완화를 관여하면서 상호 이해의 폭을 확대하여야 한다. 막연히 종북 논리나 친미 논리, 친일 논리에 편승하거나 낙인찍는 입장으로는 한국의 통일교육이 제대로 성장할 수 없다. 따라서 남북한의 통일 미래는 무엇보다 우선 한국 내부의 화해와 토론의 문화가 지속가능하게 확보되는 통일교육을 강화해야 만들어질 수 있을 것이다. South Korea’s policy on the unification issue should develop various inter-Korean reconciliation and cooperation, and at the same time go the way of national security in the face of inter-Korean confrontation. Even for the sake of improving relations with North Korea or security posture, our society must develop peaceful discussions and security preparations as a long-term strategy. Therefore, unification education aimed at peaceful unification must adhere to the contents of gaining public sympathy for military issues, and at the same time, it must clarify the reasons for exchange and cooperation with North Korea with domestic and foreign society. In addition, unification education should expand the breadth of mutual understanding while involved in mitigating conflicts between conservatives and progressives in the issue of south-south conflicts. South Korea’s unification education cannot grow properly with a position that vaguely jumps on the logic of pro-North Korea, pro-US, or pro-Japanese logic or stigmatizes it. Therefore, the future of unification between the two Koreas can only be created by strengthening unification education that sustainably secures a culture of reconciliation and discussion within South Korea.

Along with the increase in demand for rescue services, the types of rescue services are also diversifying. Accordingly, rescue workers are exposed to various unpredictable dangerous situations, and the possibility of safety accidents is increasing, so the need for systematic management of safety accidents by rescue teams is emerging. It is necessary to present a roadmap for improving the quality of rescue services. An integrated technology roadmap tool that can be used immediately to improve structural quality was applied. The driving elements of the roadmap are composed of three elements that constitute the improvement of structural quality. It can be divided into safety management, professional competence and other (policy support) fields. This study intends to present a long-term and short-term roadmap by dividing it into safety management, professional competency, and other (policy support) fields.

세상은 사람이 만든다. 지역의 발전도 지역의 인재가 이룩한다. 그러므로 지역의 유능한 인재가 서울로 유출되면, 그 지역의 발전을 기대하기 어렵다. 그런데 지금과 같은 현실을 그대로 방임하면, 악순환 구조로 인해 지역의 인재는 지속적으로 유츌될 뿐이다. 이러한 극심한 불균형을 해소하기 위한 한 방법으로 인재충원에서 지역할당제를 실시할 것을 주장한다.

In this study, the purpose that perform parking durability test in the lab, before actual vehicle parking durability test. We confirm the vehicle loads which transfer to parking system in transmission by measuring the drive shaft torque, when parking position and release parking position on slope. We confirm the parking impact torque when parking position on the slope, the parking pull out torque when release parking position, similarity of the calculated hill climbing resistance and actual hill climbing resistance on the vehicle. Furthermore, confirm the linear proportionality between the hill climbing resistance and the vehicle loads. At the result of this study, the behavior of the vehicle loads that transfer to parking system on slope was confirmed, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of the parking system durability test in the lab.

본 연구는 한국통일교육학회의 『통일교육연구』 1-9호의 논문집을 중심으로 통일교육적인 성과와 진척에 대해 논하고자 한다. 그 동안 통일교육의 성과가 실질적으로 통일정책에 반영되어 왔으며, 『통일교육연구』에서 보여준 통일 및 북한 인식은 새로운 변화를 발견하게 하고 있다. 즉 통일 및 북한에 대한 인식에 있어서 지나친 편향적 인식을 벗어나려는 의지를 보인다. 또한 통일교육에 있어서 교육학적 인식과 객관적인 실제논의를 파악하는 모습을 보인다. 이는 『통일교육연구』의 통일교육 분야 연구는 교육학과 출신의 연구진과 윤리교육과 출신의 연구진들이 우리 사회의 남남갈등의 해소와 앞으로 민족 통합의 수렴을 찾는 학문적 노력과 그 맥을 같이 한다. 여기서 『통일교육연구』의 통일 및 북한 인식 접근은 통일로의 학문적 접근을 찾으려는 노력이며, 통일교육 연구의 지속성과 인식을 올바르게 파악하고자 하는 분석임을 밝히고자 한다. The aim of this paper is to present an overview of some of the achievements and tasks in the unification education as a discipline during the last years. It is possible to classify a wide range of unification education areas into small groups. I try to name one of them unification education as a discipline. This paper aims to study and arrange the resources of issues 1-9, the journal <Unification Education Studies>, and the results of the academic seminars and conferences held by the Korean Society for the Studies of Unification Education. The workshop journals and academic conferences of the KSSUE prove their achievements significant. I find it necessary to reflect these achievements into practical policies, and to change our view on North Korea into a dialectical awareness. In the circumstances such as people have kind of biased awareness of North Korea, it`s not easy to find out the reality of academic awareness and the objectivity of controversy. Unification education as a discipline is ultimately a way to help people to build up peace and cooperation between North and South, and to foster the will of unification realization. The way is in the same context with the conflict resolution between South-South, and with reflection academic endeavor on the national integration. In order to strengthen unification education, the relationship between North and South must be on the objective directions, the experts on the unification problems need a flexible awareness, And then the conflict within the South can be resolved. There`s no need to worry about that the approach to unification education as a discipline is very limited to selective activities. What we need is that we should have a firm vision in unification education, moreover we have the vision extended in reality, and that we should find a way to academic approach to unification education as a discipline. This paper recommends that the unification education policies which the healthy conservatives and healthy progressives suggest consist of the academic foundation. We have to make efforts to implement the will of national integration.
