      • 대기중의 O₃, SO₂, NO₂의 측정을 위한 차분흡수 라이다의 오차해석

        In this study, we composed algorithm of DIAL(Differential Absorption Lidar). We investigated the absorption spectrum of O3, SO2, and NO2 dependent on wavelengths using the data base UV-Bank and determined the optimized wave- length model, Here, the selected optimal wavelengths are 292.00(λon), 295.20(λoff) for O3, 299.38(λon), 300.05(λoff) for SO2 and 448.00((λon), 449.85((λoff) for NO2. In particular, we established the supposed model of DIAL and simulated the error of measuring distance using the selected optimal wavelength. In the model-I with telescope of 300 mm diameter, laser energy of 3 mJ and transmission of 10000 shots, maximum distances are 4 km for O3 measurement and 5 km for SO2 and NO2 measurements, Also, in the model-II with telescope of 600 mm diameter, laser energy of 30 mJ and transmission of 10000 shots, maximum distances are 13 km for SO2 and NO2 measurements.

        Antioxidant and Antimicrobial Activities of Quinoa (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) Seeds Cultivated in Korea

        The objective of this study was to investigate the antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of quinoa cultivated in Korea and to compare it with imported quinoa from the USA and Peru. The highest amount of total flavonoid contents (TFC) with 20.91 mg quercetin equivalents/100 g was measured in quinoa seed extract cultivated in Korea, while the total phenolic contents (TPC) were significantly higher in quinoa from the USA (16.28 mg gallic acid equivalents/100 g). In addition, quinoa extracts cultivated in Korea displayed a superior antioxidant ability in both, ferric reducing antioxidant power and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl values. There was a high correlation between TFC and antioxidant activity and a low correlation between TPC and antioxidant activity. The antimicrobial activity of the quinoa extracts was determined using a disc diffusion assay and optical density method. In both assays, the quinoa seed extracts did not have strong antimicrobial activity against foodborne bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella Typhimurium, and Campylobacter jejuni.

        독일여성의 연금수급권 변화 연구: 유족연금, 분할연금, 양육크레딧을 중심으로

        본 연구는 독일여성의 연금수급권 변화를 살펴보고 우리나라 여성의 연금수급권에 대한 시사점을 찾고자 하는 것을 목적으로 문헌연구를 하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독일의 유족연금 수급권에는 유족연금 외에 별도의 아동양육 가산점 제도가 도입되었다. 둘째, 분할연금 수급권에는 혼인기간에 대한 제한 규정이 없으며, 이혼한 경우 외에 결혼생활 중에도 부부의 연금가입 경력을 합산하여 균등하게 분할할 수 있도록 하였고, 또한 65세 이전에 배우자가 사망할 경우 유족연금 대신 연금분할을 신청할 수 있게 하였다. 셋째, 양육크레딧 수급권에는 한 자녀 당 3년의 인정기간 외에 모성휴가기간 동안의 14주도 크레딧으로 인정되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 우리나라 여성의 연금수급권 강화 방안에 대한 정책적 시사점을 준다. The purpose of this study was conducted to examine changes in the pension rights of German women and to find implications for Korean women's pension rights. The analysis results are as follows. First, in addition to the survivor's pension, there was a separate child care subsidy system in the survivor‘s pension in Germany. Second, there were no restrictions on the minimum age of marriage in the rights to a split pension, and in addition to divorce, it was allowed to divide the couple's pension subscription experience equally during marriage. In addition, there was a regulation that allows a spouse to apply for a pension division instead of a survivor's pension if a spouse dies before the age of 65. Third, in addition to the three- year recognition period for each child, 14 weeks of maternity leave were also recognized as childcare credits. The results of the analysis give a policy implications on how to strengthen the nation's women's pension rights.

        탄점소성 다결정 모델을 활용한 삼축성 예측 및 검증

        The ΔEVPSC numerical code based on the elasto-visco-plastic HEM (Homogeneous Effective Medium) provides a multiscale constitutive modeling framework that is suitable for describing a wide range of mechanical behaviors of polycrystalline metals. In this study, an AA6061-T6 aluminum sample was chosen to validate the predictive capability of the ΔEVPSC stand-alone (ΔEVPSC-SA) code on stress triaxiality and its evolution until fracture. The model parameters were calibrated by fitting the uniaxial flow stress-strain curve, and the initial crystallographic orientation distribution (COD) was obtained using X-ray diffraction and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) methods. The statistical representativeness of the COD was further examined by comparing the experimental R-values with model predictions based on a set of CODs obtained via the two mentioned diffraction methods. The results suggest that the X-ray scan does not represent the texture very well, and instead, an entire cross-sectional EBSD scan is required, even though the texture gradient along the through-thickness direction is not very significant. The model-calculated triaxiality based on the ΔEVPSC-SA code was verified by comparison with the experimental results from the uniaxial tension, the notched tension, and the plane strain tests. The results were in good agreement with the ΔEVPSC finite element (FE) simulation results and other similar experimental results reported in the literature.

        시비처리에 따른 소나무의 내건성 반응특성 연구

        본 연구는 소나무 2-0 용기묘를 대상으로 시비처리에 따른 생장변화와 시비처리 후 단수처리에 따른 생리활성 측정을 통해 내건성 증진을 위한 적정시비 방안을 수립하여 건강한 묘목 생산을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 시비처리에 따른 소나무 묘목은 중도(2.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에서 가장 높은 묘고 생장량(12.34±0.73㎝)을 나타냈으며 근원경 생장은 약도(1.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에서 가장 높은 생장량(5.77±0.20㎜)을 나타냈다. 묘목의 품질을 평가하는 종합적 지수인 묘목품질지수(SQI)는 약도(1.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에서 2.05±0.07로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 중도(2.0g/ ℓ)의 시비처리구에서는 1.90±0.09의 값을 보였다. 전체 엽록소 함량은 시비 농도가 높아짐에 따라 증가하는 경향을 보였고 강도(3.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에 서 22.50±0.28㎎/g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 단수처리에 따른 시비구별 소나무 묘목의 아브시스산 함량은 엽 피해가 발생한 강도(3.0g/ℓ)의 시비구를 제외하면 중도(2.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에서 2,190.85ng/g로 가장 낮게 나타났고, 전체 엽록소 함량은 중도(2.0g/ℓ)의 시비구에서 건조스트레스에 따른 엽록소의 파괴가 거의 없이, 단수처리 기간 동안 꾸준히 가장 높은 엽록소 함량 값(21.20±0.20㎎/g)을 나타냈다. 공시 수종인 소나무는 중도(2.0g/ℓ) 의 시비구에서 건조스트레스에 따른 아브시스산의 함량이 가장 적고, 엽록소의 함량은 가장 높게 나타나 소나무의 내건성 증진을 위한 적정 시비수준 은 중도(2.0g/ℓ)라고 판단된다. The main aim of this study is first to measure changes in the growth of 2-year-old Pinus densiflora containerized seedlings as influenced by fertilizer treatments and water supply cut-off proxy of drought resistance, second to establish a proper fertilization plan for the promotion of drought resistance, and finally to provide basic data for healthy seeding production. For the fertilization treatments, the height growth of P. densiflora seedlings was 12.34±0.73cm at an intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment, while the diameter growth of root collar was 5.77±0.20mm at a weak (1.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment. The highest seedling quality index of 2.05±0.07 was shown at a weak (1.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment. The total chlorophyll content increased as the fertilizer concentration increased, and the highest total chlorophyll content of 22.50±0.28 ㎎/g was observed at a strong (3.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment and fallowed total chlorophyll content of 1.90±0.09 ㎎/g was found at an intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment. For the abscisic acid content of P. densiflora seedlings for each fertilizer treatment during water supply cut-off, the lowest abscisic acid content of 2,190.85ng/g was found at an intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment. Exceptionally, seedlings with strong (3.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment showed poor growth evident by damaged leaves. Besides, the highest total chlorophyll content of (21.20±0.20㎎/g) was found at an intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment constantly during the period of water supply cut-off without destruction of chlorophyll by the drought stress. In conclusion, P. densiflora seedlings showed the lowest abscisic acid content and the highest chlorophyll content during water cut-off or drought stress at the intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) fertilizer treatment. The results suggested that the appropriate fertilizer treatment for improving the drought resistance of P. densiflora seedlings is the intermediate (2.0g/ℓ) level.

      • 지진응답평가를 위한 비선형 약산법의 오차해석

        Recently, a variety of methods are proposed to solve the problems shown in a existing performance-based design of structure. The most accurate one among analysis methods for the performance evaluation of structure is nonlinear time history analysis. However, the approximate analysis methods in aspect of practicality and simplicity are needed. Even though there are linear capacity spectrum method and nonlinear capacity spectrum method through nonlinear static analysis as the representative approximate methods, a repetitive calculation process is consumed and the result is also likely to be inaccurate. Therefore, this research presents nonlinear direct spectrum method which directly enables nonlinear maximum response to derive, after obtaining the yielding strength and the frequency of structure from pushover curves, without going through a series of calculation processes. Also, it is proposed to compare and examine the accuracy and practicality through an example structure.

      • 고차모드의 영향을 고려한 비선형 직접스펙트럼법

        Recently, a variety of methods are proposed to solve the problems shown in a existing performance-based design of structure. Among those methods, capacity spectrum method(ATC-40, FEMA-273) is one of general methods. The basis of the capacity spectrum method is the idea that the peak response of an inelastic system can be estimated as the peak response of a linear elastic system(equivalent single degree of freedom) with reduced stiffness and increased damping. However, the capacity spectrum method with equivalent SDOF systems characterizing the nonlinear response of multistory structures frequently makes iterative calculations and inaccurate results; and may potentially mislead if higher modes play a significant role in the response. Accordingly, in this study, nonlinear direct spectrum method is proposed and examined as one of methods considering the influence of higher modes to improve accuracy of analysis.
