In this study, two types of thick steel plates are prepared by controlling carbon equivalent and nickel content, and their microstructures are analyzed. Tensile tests, Vickers hardness tests, and Charpy impact tests are conducted to investigate the correlation between microstructure and mechanical properties of the steels. The H steel, which has high carbon equivalent and nickel content, has lower volume fraction of granular bainite (GB) and smaller GB packet size than those of L steel, which has low carbon equivalent and nickel content. However, the volume fraction of secondary phases is higher in the H steel than in the L steel. As a result, the strength of the L steel is higher than that of the H steel, while the Charpy absorbed energy at -40 ℃ is higher than that of the L steel. The heat affected zone (HAZ) simulated H-H specimen has higher volume fraction of acicular ferrite (AF) and lower volume fraction of GB than the HAZ simulated L-H specimen. In addition, the grain size of AF and the packet sizes of GB and BF are smaller in the H-H specimen than in the L-H specimen. For this reason, the Charpy absorbed energy at -20 ℃ is higher for the H-H specimen than for the L-H specimen.
특발성 폐섬유증의 통합의료 협진 모델 개발을 위한 의료진 및 환자 대상 설문조사 연구

Objective: In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for doctors and patients to obtain basic data necessary for the development of an integrated medical system for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods: Questionnaires were developed separately for doctors and patients through an expert group meeting. The survey subjects were recruited online and offline, and finally, responses from 231 doctors and 59 patients were used for statistical analysis. Results: The most important parts in the treatment of IPF for both doctors and patients were the "improvement of respiratory symptoms," "improvement of quality of life," and "prevention of disease progression." Antifibrotic agents were prescribed at a high rate, and 100% of the specialists in Western medicine (WM) and 45.8% of patients reported experiencing side effects. As for the additional payment costs that patients considered as affordable for an integrated medical system, "under 50,000 won (about 38$)" was reported the most in both doctor and patient groups. With regard to the reasons for their reluctance to recommend an integrated medical system for IPF, specialists in WM responded highly to "uncertain evidence for treatment effectiveness." Regarding complementary and alternative medicine therapies that can be beneficial in patients with IPF, "lifestyle management," "diet management," "herb," "relaxation therapy," and "psychotherapy" were ranked high in both doctor and patient groups. Conclusions: In this study, a questionnaire survey on IPF was conducted to review actual treatment status, analyze shortcomings, and identify considerations for the development of an integrated medical system for IPF in the future.

The current-voltage modeling plays an important role in characterizing photovoltaic systems. A solar cell has a nonlinear characteristic with various parameters influenced by the external environments such as the irradiance and the temperature. In order to accurately predict current-voltage characteristics at low irradiance, the artificial neural networks are applied to effectively quantify nonlinear behaviors. In this paper, a multi-layer perceptron scheme that can make accurate predictions is employed to learn complex formulas for large amounts of continuous data. The simulated results of artificial neural networks model show the accuracy improvement by using MATLAB/Simulink.
COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 중환자실 간호사의 소진 영향요인

본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 중환자실 간호사의 COVID-19 감염 스트레스, 증상 클러스터, 사회적 지지가 소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 자료수집은 2022년 6월 6일부터 6월 25일까지 경기도 소재의 상급종합병원 1곳에서 COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 중환자실 간호사로 총 임상 경력 1년 이상이며 COVID-19 환자를 최근 12개월 중 30일 이상 직접 간호한 간호사 121명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, COVID-19 감염 스트레스, 증상 클러스터, 사회적 지지, 소진을 조사하였으며 수집 자료는 SPSS 28.0을 이용하여 t-검정, 분산분석, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀 분석으로 분석하였다. 최종회귀모형의 설명력은 40.4% (F=12.63, p<.001)이었으며, COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 중환자실 간호사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인은 COVID-19 감염 스트레스(β=.34, p<.001), 우울 클러스터(β=.29, p=.005), 사회적 지지(β=-.17, p=.036)로 COVID-19 감염 스트레스, 우울 클러스터가 높을수록 소진이 높았으며 사회적 지지가 낮을수록 소진이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 COVID-19 환자 간호에 참여하는 중환자실 간호사의 소진을 줄이기 위하여 신종 감염병 관리에 대한 프로토콜 개발 및 신종 감염병 환자를 간호하는 간호사들의 신체적, 정서적 지지자원 제공을 위한 시스템 확립을 위한 노력을 해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence burnout among intensive care unit nurses caring for Coronavirus Disease-19 (COVID-19) patients. For this cross-sectional study, a convenience sampling strategy was used to recruit 121 intensive care unit nurses with experience of taking care for confirmed or suspected COVID-19 patients. Data were collected from June 6 to June 25, 2022. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were employed for data analysis. The final regression model had an explanatory power of 40.4% (F=12.63, p<.001): COVID-19 infection stress (β=.34, p<.001), depression symptom cluster (β=.29, p=.005), and social support (β=-.17, p=.036) affected burnout. The findings of this study suggest that health professionals should be equipped with procedures for the prevention of emerging infectious diseases, and a psychological support system should be built to promote social support and alleviate depressive symptoms.
그림책 기반 초등영어 수준별 리터러시 학습 양상 탐구를 위한 실행 연구

초등학교에서 정규 교과목으로 영어를 가르치기 시작한 시기부터 현재까지 학습자의 영어수준을 고려한 수업의 필요성은 꾸준히 제기되어왔으며, 이를 해결하기 위한 노력이 다양하게 이루어졌다. 특히 학년이 올라갈수록 아동들의 영어 수준차가 누적됨에 따라 점차 영어에흥미를 잃는 아동들이 늘어나는 경향이 있는데, 문자언어 학습이 강화되는 고학년 시기에 수준차가 더욱 크게 나타나는 실정이다(권현정, 김혜리, 2012; 이완기, 2014). 하지만, 아동의수준에 따라 교육의 목표, 내용, 방법 등을 달리하는 수준별 수업은 수준에 따른 집단 편성에 의한 구분이 하위 집단에게 열등감을 일으키고 아동 간의 위화감을 조성할 수 있다(이경화 외, 2016). 수준별 수업을 적용할 때 현저한 부진을 보이는 아동들의 경우, 학습 동기를가질 수 있도록 단계적으로 향상시키는 것이 중요하며(정행, 노영신, 2009), 영어 학습에서느꼈던 좌절감과 부정 정서를 극복하고 수업에 참여할 수 있도록 적절한 자료 활용에 대한탐색이 필요하다(권현정, 김혜리, 2012; Jeong & Kim, 2012). 한편, 그림책은 글과 그림이 상호작용하여 이야기를 만들어 내거나 정보를 전달하므로 영어 수준이 낮은 아동들도 그림을 보며 내용을 파악할 수 있으며, 다양한 수준의 어휘나 표현도 포함하므로 상위 수준 아동들의 흥미도 유발할 수 있다. 따라서, 다양한 수준의 아동이있는 학급에서 같은 그림책을 읽더라도 수준별 후속 활동을 수행할 수 있기에 다인수 학급에서 효과적인 수업 자료가 된다(김혜리, 2015). 이와 같은 그림책의 교육적 이점 때문에 국내에서도 초등영어 교육에 그림책을 포함한 아동문학 텍스트를 활용한 연구가 활발히 이루어졌다(김혜리, 김은연, 2012; 김혜리, 이정윤, 2009; 박수정 외, 2019; 박정은, 안경자, 2014). 실제로 그림책을 짧고 쉬운 동시 읽기와 연계한 연구에서 아동들은 자신들의 영어수준에 따라 텍스트에 반응하면서 각자의 수준에서 언어적 향상도와 만족도를 보여주었으며(김혜리, 김은연, 2012), 동일한 텍스트를 읽더라도 영어 수준에 따라 다양한 방식으로 문자언어를 사용해 표현하였다(김혜리, 이정윤, 2009).… This study aims to explore the process of a level-differentiated literacy class in primary English using picture books and investigate the aspects of the learner’s English reading and writing. To achieve the objectives, the following two research questions were proposed: 1) How can each cycle of a level-differentiated literacy class based on picture books be practiced? 2) What are the aspects of a level-differentiated literacy learning in primary English? To answer these questions, data were collected from diverse sources and qualitatively analyzed. The results are as follows. First, a level-differentiated literacy class using picture books was conducted through three cycles. In Cycle I, the students set the stage for reading by decoding words. In Cycle II, students began to read sentences and tried to write. In Cycle Ⅲ, it was possible to develop an integrated literacy through information reading. Based on the positive results of the three cycles, lesson models were derived. Second, it was possible to find three aspects of reading and writing according to the level of students. Low-level students built a foundation of literacy learning from decoding to sentence writing. Mid-level students attempted meaningful writing related to their experiences and processed information using the text they read. High-level students responded to the text in-depth as well as producing their own ideas. Based on the results, some suggestions were provided.
클락 오프셋 추정 방식을 이용한 TWR WPAN 측위 시스템

Compared to OWR (One-Way Ranging) method that requires precise network time synchronization, TWR (Two-Way Ranging) method has advantages in building an indoor WPAN (Wireless Personal Area Network) location system with lower cost. However, clock offsets of nodes in WPAN system should be eliminated or compensated to improve location accuracy of the TWR method. Because conventional clock offset elimination methods requires multiple TWR transactions to reduce clock offset, they produce network traffic burden instead. This paper presents a clock offset estimation method that can reduce clock offset error with a single TWR transaction. After relative clock offsets of sensor nodes are estimated, clock offsets of mobile tags are estimated using a single TWR communication. Simulation results show that location accuracy of the proposed method is almost similar to the conventional clock offset elimination method, while its network traffic is about a half of the conventional method.
어린 생쥐에서 Pilocarpine-유발 발작 후 해마의 신경발생 및 표현형 분화

목 적 : 본 연구는 3주령의 어린 ICR 생쥐에서 pilocarpine-유발 발작 후 해마에서의 신경발생이 증가하는지 및 이 때 새로 생성된 세포가 신경세포로 분화하는지를 조사하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 3주령의 어린 ICR 생쥐에서 pilocarpine을 투여하여 발작을 유발한 후 BrdU를 사용하여 새로이 생성되는 세포를 표지하고 동물을 희생하여 얻은 뇌조직으로 면역조직염색을 시행하였다. 새로이 생성된 BrdU 표지세포가 신경세포로 분화하는지 혹은 별아교세포로 분화하는지 확인하기 위하여 마지막 BrdU가 주입된 이후 28일째 동물을 희생하여 얻은 뇌조직으로 이중면역형광염색을 하였다. 결 과 : 해마 치아이랑에서 BrdU로 표지된 세포의수는 pilocarpine 처리군 동물에서 단면당 230.5± 59.5으로 대조군의 148.6±40.0보다 유의하게 많았다( P<0.001). Pilocarpine 처리 후 BrdU-양성 세포는 대부분 신경세포로 분화하였고 대조군과 비교할 때 표현형 분율의 차이는 없었다( P=0.20). 결 론 : 본 연구 결과를 통하여, 해마 치아이랑에서 BrdU-양성 세포의 수는 대조군과 비교하여 pilocarpine 처리군에서 현저하게 증가하였으며 새로이 생성된 세포의 대부분이 신경세포로 분화함을 확인 할 수 있었다. Purpose : Proliferation, differentiation, and survival of hippocampal dentate granule cells have been reported to be influenced by epileptic seizures in rodent epilepsy models. However, most studies have been done in adult rat models. This study was designed to investigate hippocampal dentate granule cell neurogenesis after pilocarpine-induced seizures in young mice. Methods : Fifteen male ICR mice at postnatal day 21 were divided into pilocarpine-treated(n=7) and control (n=8) groups. Seizures were chemically induced by intraperitoneal injection of pilocarpine (300 mg/kg). Bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU, 50 mg/kg) was subsequently administered once a day for 6 consecutive days, starting at 24 hours after pilocarpine or saline treatment. We then examined BrdU-positive cells in the hippocampal dentate gyrus by immunohistochemistry and by double-labeled immunofluorescence with confocal microscopy. Results : After pilocarpine administration, every seizure behavior was grade 3 or more. Quantitative analysis revealed that BrdU-positive cells were significantly increased in the pilocarpine-treated group compared to control (230.5±59.5 vs. 148.6±40.0, P<0.001). The majority of these mitotic cells were differentiated into neurons. Conclusion : Our results indicated that mitotic activity in the hippocampal dentate gyrus was enhanced after pilocarpine-induced seizures in young mice, and the majority of BrdUpositive cells showed the phenotypic differentiation to neuronal cells.
