FM 방송 기반 멀티스태틱 PCL 시스템 원형 배열 안테나 보정을 위한 Array Manifold 측정 및 검증

This study describes a method of measurement and verification of array manifold of uniform circular array antenna applicable to multistatic Passive Coherent Location(PCL) system using FM broadcasting. In an environment of outdoor test where FM broadcast signals are scattered, array manifold measurement methods using network analyzer and multi-channel digital receiver are introduced. Also, the descriptions and solutions for the test limits of each measurement method and the considerations affecting the measurement accuracy are presented. In addition, to verify the validity of the measured array manifold, the gain and phase difference were compared with the array manifold data obtained by EM simulation, and the effectiveness and accuracy of the measured array manifolds were compared and analyzed by estimating the direction of arrival of the FM broadcast signal received from the multistatic PCL system.

공동주택 주차장 설치기준

본 연구에서는 주차이용실태조사 자료를 사용하여 주차장법의 공동주택 주차장 설치기준을 검증하였다. 검증결과 주차장법에서 제시한 연상면적에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 주차이용실태조사 자료와 상당히 유사하게 나타나지만 지역과 주택규모에 따른 차이는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 드러났다. 이에 반해 세대수는 연상면적보다 주차수요와 더 강한 상관관계를 보이며, 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 지역과 주택규모에 따라 그 차이가 유의미한 것으로 분석되었고 일반적인 상식과도 잘 부합한다. 분석결과에 따라 지역과 주택규모에 따른 6개 그룹별로 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준을 산정하였다. 각 그룹별로 세대별 주차대수 자료의 분포에 적합한 통계분포를 추정하고 추정된 분포의 평균값을 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준으로 제시하였다. 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 그 상대적, 절대적인 값의 크기를 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 실제주차이용실태조사 자료와도 매우 잘 부합하는 것으로 판단된다. This study verifies parking requirements of an apartment suggested in parking generation law in Korea through analysing the surveyed parking generation rate. It is revealed that the parking requirements according to the gross floor area in parking generation law is similar to the surveyed parking generation rate as an average but the differences of each requirements by region and apartment's size are not significant. Parking generation rate results in strong correlation with the number of household rather than the gross floor area, and the new requirements suggested in this study, based on the number of household, shows significant difference by region and apartment's size, which is consistent with common sense. This study suggests parking requirements of an apartment, based on the number of household, by region and apartment's size for 6 groups. Surveyed parking generation rate of each group is fitted to statistical distribution and the mean value of fitted statistical distribution is suggested as the parking requirements of each group. Parking requirements based on the number of household is easily recognized of its relative and absolute value, and moreover is consistent with the surveyed parking generation rate.

Peters 동기이론의 도덕교육적 의의

The purpose of this article is to study the direction of moral education by clarifying the character of moral knowledge through analysis of Peters motivation theory. According to Peters analysis of motivation, the conception of motivation is not a cause as it is defined in psychology. It is a certain type of reason, another name for calling the special knowledge . In other words, motivation does not exist as a Independent cause but is a form in which the subject s knowledge becomes the principle of his action. Peters points out that moral education should be concerned with developing a special motivation, a rational passion. The learner has a rational passion through a profound study for moral truth, and thereby accepts the truth as his truth. Peters suggests that moral education, which teaches knowledge, should not focus on the transfer of moral norms, and that students should be placed in the palace of moral truth. 본 연구는 Peters의 동기이론에 대한 분석을 통해 도덕적 지식의 성격을 분명히 함으로써 도덕과 교육의 방향을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 도덕적 지식은 행동 실천력이 없다는 일반적 통념으로 인해, 도덕과 교육에서 지식 이외 별도의 교육을 해야 한다는 관점이 당연시되어 왔다. 하지만 Peters의 분석에 의하면 그것은 심리학의 동기 이론이 야기한 오해, 즉 이유(reason)를 원인(cause)으로 대치한 결과 빚어진 것이다. 그가 보기에 동기는 본래 특정한 형태의 이유(reason)로, 지식을 부르는 또 다른 명칭이다. 즉, 동기는 지식과 별개로 하나의 실체로서 존재하는 것이 아니라, 지식이 한 인간의 행동 원리가 되는 상태를 나타내는 것이다. 이런 관점에서 Peters는 도덕교육이 특별한 동기, 즉 도덕적 지식이 삶의 원리가 되는 합리적 열정을 개발하는데 관심을 두어야 한다고 말한다. 도덕적 동기로서의 합리적 열정은 도덕적 진리에 대한 탐구를 통해 형성되며, 이 합리적 열정을 가진 학습자는 도덕적 지식과 자기 자신을 분리하지 않게 된다. Peters의 동기 이론은 바로 이 점에서 지식을 가르치는 도덕교육이 명제 수준에서 도덕규범을 전달하는 데 그쳐서는 안 되고, 그 지향점을 학습자가 도덕적 진리의 궁전에 들어갈 수 있도록 하는데 두어야 한다는 것을 말해주고 있다.

도덕교육에서 부정의 의미: 스피노자의 관점

본 연구의 목적은 소크라테스가 자신의 대화법[엘렝코스]을 통해 부각시킨 도덕 교육에서의 부정(negativity)의 의미를 스피노자의 윤리학에 비추어 분석하는 데에 있다. 소크라테스의 부정이 ‘신을 믿지 않는다’는 그의 죄목과 무관한 것일 수 없다 고 볼 때, 스피노자의 윤리학은 특별한 관심의 대상이 된다. 스피노자는 윤리학적 논의를 통해 신에 대한 고유한 관점을 바탕으로 인간이 편견으로서의 도덕개념을 지닐수밖에 없다는 것과 그 편견으로서의 도덕개념을 제거 또는 부정해야 한다는 것을 동시에 설명한다. 스피노자의 관점에서 볼 때, 부정은 절대적 무(nothing)가 아니라 직관지로 나아가기 위한 통로이다. 직관지는 신과 분리 불가능한 존재인 인간이 지니는 신적인 인식이다. 그 신적인 인식은 인간에게 영원으로서 주어지는 인식이라는 점에서, 인간이 본래 이 세계에 대한 참된 관념을 지닌 존재라는 것을 보여주는 개념이다. 이렇게 볼 때, 부정은 인간이 본래의 자기 자신에게로 복귀하는 통로이며, 부정을 본질로 하는 도덕교육은 인간이 우주를 품고 있는 이른바 우주적 존재로서의 자기 자신을 이해하는 과정으로 규정될 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of negativity in the moral education that Socrates has been accused of ‘corruption of the young’ in the light of the ethics of Spinoza. The reason why Spinoza’s ethics is particularly focused on this study is that it is a good example when trying to understand the meaning of negativity in relation to that Socrates was accused of ‘impiety’. Through ethical discussions, Spinoza understands God from a different point of view than usual, and based on such an understanding, he simultaneously explains that human beings are bound to have a moral concept as a prejudice and that they should be eliminated or negated. For Spinoza, this negativity is not an absolute nothingness, but the intuition[scientia intuitiva]. Intuition is the cognition of God inherent as eternity to human being, who is inseparable from God. In this respect, intuition is a concept that indicates that humans already have a true idea of the world, that is, the cosmos. In this light, negativity is the path through which man returns to his own self, and moral education based on negativity can be defined as the process by which man understands himself as a cosmic being.

교통약자를 위한 모바일 버스 예약 시스템

최근 장애인, 고령자 등 일상생활에서 대중교통 사용에 불편을 느끼는 교통약자를 위한 저상버스의 보급이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 승강 설비 고장, 긴 배차간격, 무정차 통과 등의 문제로 교통약자는 여전히 대중버스 사용에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 모바일 버스예약 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 통해 교통약자에게 편의성과 접근성을 갖춘 대중교통 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. The distribution of low-floor buses for the transportation vulnerable, such as the disabled and the elderly, who feel inconvenient to use public transportation in daily life, is increasing. However, it is still difficult for transportation vulnerable to use the bus due to malfunctions of elevator facilities, long bus intervals, and non-stop passes. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a mobile bus reservation system. This is expected to provide public transportation services with convenience and accessibility to the transportation vulnerable.
