The world trading system has been under many changes in recent years. One notably important development is that much attention away from the multilateralism -oriented World Trade Organization towards FTA(Free Trade Agreement). The Free Trade Agreement signed between korea and chile formally have been come effective for free trade in goods and services as from April 1, 2004. During Free Trade Agreement negotiations between both countries. This study aims at presenting the suggestion for the Korea to make the WTO rules and FTA by analyzing The interpretation of FTA under WTO System. It was founded by the investigation of WTO rules, most of the provisions are similar with other FTA, but a little provisions different from other FTA's. It is an appearance from the contracting party's peculiar circumstances such as state of industrial development or future prospect, conditions around international trade. The whole world has entered the new stage of bilateral and multilateral FTA. The essential of new generation of bilateral and multilateral FTA is creating more trade opportunities, promoting all factors, commodity, service, capital, technology and talent freely flow through canceling the trade barriers between FTA, in order to develop together within the regions. It shows that the cooperations transfer form the whole region into FTA. FTA makes not only the free trade smooth ,but also takes place the trade distortion effect. especially as the agriculture has a speciality each country, should it is ignored in negotiation, many reactions will be occurred in the process of FTA conclusion. Therefore Korea needs to deliver the message that Korea's hub is an essential ingredient for an efficient FTA and WTO system in a bilateral and multilateral win-win framework. Consequently Korea should have criterions about the rules of FTA and WTO system for peculiar circumstances of Korean economy and international trade. The development of information & telecommunication technology and internet based electronic commerce helps to create a new economic environment such an economic environment requires the companies to change themselves, while providing unlimited potential and opportunities to them. Electronic commerce that uses computer network such as EDI and internet is growing rapidly in international trade. The implementation of electronic commerce raises some new legal and institutional problem so it is necessary for us to prepare alternatives. As the development of electronic commerce is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute, the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important. Meanwhile, the most common method relating to the settlement of dispute is litigation. Then relating to the litigating the subject of jurisdiction and the subject of governing law should be resolved above all. If the litigation as a way of dispute settlement is used, the subject of international jurisdiction to adjudicate emerges above all The interest in the subject of international jurisdiction as international transaction are formed more easily through electronic commerce lately The law amending the New private international law of the Republic of korea which had taken two years to prepare, finally took effect as of July 1. 2001 Accordingly, the old earlier conflict of laws act was called "seoboesabeop" in korean. As the development of electronic commerce is difficult without smooth settlement of dispute the pursue of smooth settlement of dispute is very important menu. while the most common method relating to the settlement of dispute is litigation. them relating to the litigation, the subject of jurisdiction and the subject of governing laws should be resolved above all. The seoboesabeop could not cope with issues raised by the internationalization and globalization of the korean society. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international jurisdiction to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory jurisdiction, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on international jurisdiction given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean. At any rate I wish this study will provide interested parties for some help, and international interest and cooperation will be more heightened to solve these subjects. Therefore, International jurisdiction to application concerned about electronic commerce should be prepared and the environment to keep electronic commerce secure and stable be guaranteed. And we should make plans to protect companies and consumers and should make efforts to expand electronic commerce infrastructure.

우리나라가 우즈베키스탄의 운송물류시장에 관심을 갖기 시작한 것은 비교적 최근의 일이다. 국내에서 에너지안보 위기 문제와 동 국가가 보유한 풍부한 자원과 거대한 소비시장으로서의 성장잠재력과 통과무역의 교두보 역할의 중요성이 크게 부각되면서 이에 대한 학계의 관심이 점차 고조되기는 했지만, 운송물류적 측면에서 체계적이고 밀도 깊은 연구는 진행되지 못하였다. 그러나 향후 우즈베키스탄의 물류시장에 성장확대에 대한 중요성이 크게 대두되기 시작하면서 동 지역에 대한 우리나라 기업들의 진출방안에 대한 문제가 활발하게 제기되기 시작 하였다. 따라서, 본고에서는 먼저, 우즈베키스탄의 물류시장의 현황 등을 살펴보고 이어, 우즈베키스탄의 물류시장을 검토·평가함과 더불어 우리나라 기업이 우즈베키스탄 정부와 합작투자 한 물류기업의 사례 등을 분석하여 체계적이고 밀도 깊은 연구를 통해 향후 우리나라 기업이 우즈베키스탄의 물류시장에 효율적으로 진출할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 양국간 물류시장의 활성화를 이루어 경제협력의 조화를 이루는데 본고의 목적을 두고 있다. An international trade contract, like any other contracts, could be revoked involuntarily due to having an unexpected event(s) where one could not control the situation either at the time of incident or indefinitely and subsequently unable to render its obligation specified in the contract. In case of such event, one, who is to sign a contract, stipulates a Force Majeure Clause in the contract to protect oneself from any disputes by clearly defining the domain of liability. The study deals with the issue of Force Majeure Clause objectively by depicting actual cases and makes further understanding on the Clause through a detailed examination on key consideration in drafting and unconfused guideline in the interpretation of Force Majeure Clause.
