      • Mg-Bi 合金 狀態圖의 Computer Calculation

        For the compact expression of phase equilibria encountered in the extractive metallurgy of magnesium, the calculation of equilibrium diagram of the Mg-Bi system are made using the four parameter Hucke equation for the liquid phase and power series expression (Margules type) for the solid solution phase. Parameters of the thermodynamic functions are derived from the thermodynamic data and phase diagram data. The recalculated phase diagram is good accord with the experimental data.

        도시 우수관망 노선 최적화를 통한 침수량 저감효과 분석

        현재 도시유역의 우수관망은 최단거리의 관거 노선 설정에 따라 최소비용의 공사비를 산출할 수 있도록 설계하는 것이 일반적이며, 우수관망의 최적 설계에 대한 기존의 연구들도 우수관망 설계에서 비용-편익을 우선시하고 있다. 또한, 최근 발생빈도가 높은 국지성 집중호우는 도시유역 우수관거의 통수능력 초과와 더불어 도시화에 따른 불투수면적의 증가로 도시유역에서의 침수피해 발생 위험도를 가중시키고 있는 실정으로 기존 우수관거 설계에 대한 한계성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유출수문곡선들 간의 중첩효과 제어를 통해 관거 내의 흐름 변화를 우수관망의 구성에 따라서 제어될 수 있는 목적함수로 다룸으로써 최적의 우수관거 설계는 우수관거의 근본적 목적인 내수침수 저감효과 최대화에 중점을 두고 유역내의 침수 발생량을 최소로 하는 최적 우수관망을 결정하였고, 설계빈도 10년을 초과하는 강우사상 적용을 통하여 이에 대한 내수침수 저감효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과 흐름 방향 변화가 가능한 총 33개의 맨홀지점 중 20개에서 현재 관망과는 다른 방향으로 관거가 연결되었고, 초과 강우에 대한 유역 내 지점별 침수 발생량은 현재 우수관망 대비 최소 24%에서 최대 46%까지 저감되는 것으로 나타났다. It is general to design the sewer network in current urban basin to calculate the minimum construction cost depending on sewer route setting of the shortest distance, and precedent researches on optimal design of sewer network is focused on cost-benefit of sewer network. Also, regional torrential rains currently occurred frequently increase the risk of local heavy rainfall in the urban basin with increasing of impermeable areas due to urbanization while exceeding of discharge capacity in the urban basin sewer network, so limitations on existing sewer design have came to the fore. Thus, this study has control the flow changes in pipes as the function objective that can be controlled depending on configurations of sewer through controlling of superposition effects between runoff hydrograph to determine the minimum overflow volume optimal sewer network focusing on that optimal sewer network to maximize the flooding prevention effect, and through application of excessive rainfall events by design frequency 10 years, reduction effects of inundation have been analyzed. Resulting in that, in case of overflow volume minimum sewer network, among 33 nodes, 20 sewers were connected to other direction than current sewers, and overflow volumes for each point about excessive rainfalls show that reduction rate against current sewer network was between 24% and 46%.

        민법 제406조에 대한 문제점과 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to identify the problems with obligee's right of revocation stipulated in Article 406 of the Civil Act, and to suggest reasonable improvements. In other words, obligee's right of revocation is a system when the general property of the obligor, which is the common collateral for the receivables, is abnormally reduced due to the obligor's juristic act and the obligor's ability to repay becomes insufficient, it revokes the fraudulent act through the obligee's claim under the certain conditions, and restores deviant property to obligor's liability property. However, However, as it was pointed out that Article 407 of the Civil Act should be properly interpreted in practice, it was used for research analysis by referring to the legislative cases of Germany, France, and Japan. On the other hand, obligee's right of revocation is derived from 'Actio' in Roman law, and the contents of obligee's right of revocation are only two Articles of 406 and 407 of the Korean Civil Act. Therefore, it is true that theories and precedents are confused in every case in the interpretation and application of laws and regulations. In practice, obligees do not file a lawsuit with the court after providing objective evidence of fraudulent act to the counterparties who have transacted with the obligor, but first, file a lawsuit and then shift the burden of proof to the other party. Therefore, in the exercise of obligee's right of revocation, the position of the beneficiary or acquirer who is the counterpart of the obligor is threatened considerably in various ways. And in the scope of all obligees that received the revocation effect of the fraudulent act, the person who acquired the claim after the fraudulent act, and the beneficiary, etc. It is pointed out as a problem that whether or not to include in obligee differs depending on the theory. Therefore, as a result of minimizing the risk of obligee's right of revocation, and analyzing many cases, interests, and problems that may occur between obligee and obligor, beneficiary and transferee, the Relative Invalid Theory, which is most suitable for our real life according to the changes of the times, was derived as a valid theory.

        Research on international examples on prevention of juvenile delinquency

        The first thing we can consider to prevent juvenile delinquency is to punish those criminals. However, this is not always the proper solution. In consideration to the feature of juvenile period when they lack in proper judgment it is better to provide education than punishment so that they are not branded as criminals in our society. Also, by returning to the society, they can obtain social techniques and obtain the opportunity of making contribution to the society, which is also good for their career development. Combining international examples on juvenile delinquency prevention, there is a need to comprehensively evaluate level of probation and risk exposure of juvenile based on placement matrix of comprehensive strategy program in the US. Also, control solution by juvenile crime development phase should be made. In terms of control treatment based on crime phase, crime history should be considered when applying control. For the subject of preventing juvenile crime, it shouldn’t be legal organizations like before but shall be home, school, local society, and legal organization together.

        A Study on the Expansion of the Application Scope of Article 2(1) of the Civil Law

        The purpose of this study is to examine the problem of extending the scope of application of the principle of good faith stipulated in Civil Law and to suggest a reasonable plan. The principle of good faith, as an abstract ethical and moral norm, is the formative basis of law that embodies the content of individual legal norms. And as a living law that supplements and corrects the deficiencies of the existing legal system, it is a very important principle that plays various roles throughout civil law. However, since the specific details have not been finalized, it is true that the interpretation of the law or the expansion of the scope of application depend on the judgment. In addition, while many Supreme Court precedents that expand the scope of application of the principle of good faith have appeared recently, there is a voice of criticism that it cannot only harm legal stability but also make lawyers more vulnerable. Therefore, in this study, the concept of the principle of good faith, which is the guiding ideology of Civil Law, was comprehensively examined, as well as comparative legal review and problems resulting from the expansion of application by recent precedents. And, In terms of applying the principle of good faith, it was derived and suggested that it is desirable to exclude the application as much as possible when there are individual provisions in civil law and other laws and apply it when a just conclusion has not been drawn.

        부탄테트라카르복시산에 의한 면직물의 DP 가공

        Sodium hypophosphite(SHP) has been reported to be the most excellent catalyst for 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid(BTCA) in durable press finish of cotton fabrics. But it has some disadvantages in respect of price, environment, and dyeing, etc. In this study sodium lactate was used as an alternative catalyst to sodium hypophosphite and found to be comparable catalyst to SHP for BTCA. The reaction mechanism of BTCA and cellulose was reviewed and discussed by referring to the FT-lR spectra. Tearing strength and abrasion resistance of BTCA treated fabrics were improved when a little quantity of softening agent was added to the treating bath.
