        크기 변화에 따른 정지영상 식별자 생성 분석

        As the price of image acquisition component becomes low enough, the compact and easily accessible handheld devices are generally equipped with image acquisition functionality. This trend speeds up various applications in diverse areas such as image related services and software. Therefore users strongly need to identify their images effectively and efficiently so that the duplicated images are perceived as one physical entity. In order to handle this environment, we propose a number of methods that generate image identifiers utilizing fundamental image features. In this paper, we analyze the identifier generation methods in terms of various size patterns, especially for tiny size cases, since the small images does not contain abundant pixels for feature extraction. In this paper, experimental evaluation over identifier generation methods' behavior according to different sizes is demonstrated.

        고리 1호기 해체 시 원자로냉각재계통 방사능 재고량 평가 연구

        The Kori-1 Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) in Korea, WH 2-Loop Pressurized Water Reactor(PWR), was permanently ceased on June 18, 2017. Prior to commencing the main decommissioningactivities, a full system chemical decontamination operation (FSCDO) of primary systems will beperformed to secure the safety of workers and to minimize the quantity of radioactive waste. In this study,the radioactivity inventory deposited in the reactor coolant system (RCS) during the decommissioning ofKori Unit 1 was investigated. The prediction results obtained from CRUDTRAN code and the measuredvalues using survey meters in fields were compared and analysed. As a conclusion, the predicted valuesusing CRUDTRAN code can be accepted with about 30% conservatism and applied for the full systemchemical decontamination operation.

        CRUDTRAN Code 입력문 생성을 위한 GUI 개발

        Abstract - In this study the GUI (Graphical user interface) for generating CRUDTRAN codeinput texts was developed. The GUI is mainly composed of two parts, the CRUDTRAN input parameterspart and the part that describes the power plant information and generates the CRUDTRAN input texts. The GUI is executed by first determining the CRUDTRAN parameters, calling the relevant power plantinformation, and finally outputting the input texts. In order to verify the effectiveness of the GUI, inputparameters were constructed using the actual maintenance history data and design data of Kori Unit 1,and the evaluation results were analyzed in detail by generating input texts for a total of six cases. Theevaluation results and the measurement results using a survey meter in the SG were compared, and itwas found that the predicted results were about 17~30% higher in conservatism than the measurementresults. It was also found that the evaluation by considering the actual operation and maintenanceperiod in each cycle showed more realistic results than the evaluation using the average operation andmaintenance period.

        저역주파수 영역 기반 정지영상 식별자

        Composite and compact devices equipped with the functionality of digital still image acquisition, such as cellular phones and MP3 players are widely available to common users. In addition, the application of digital still images is becoming common among security and digital recording devices. The amount of still images, that are maintained or shared in personal storage or massive storage provided by various web services, are rapidly increasing. These still images are bound with file names or identifiers that are provided arbitrarily by users or that are generated from device specific naming method. However, those identifiers are vulnerable for unexpected changing or eliminating so that it becomes a problem in still image search or management. In this paper, we propose a method for still image identifier generation that is created from the still image internal information. 핸드폰, MP3 플레이어 등 간단한 방법으로 디지털 정지영상을 획득할 수 있는 복합형 소형기기는 이미 대중화되었으며, 보안 및 기록용 기기에도 정지영상의 응용은 보편화되어 가고 있다. 정지영상은 개인 소장용 저장소 또는 다양한 웹서비스가 제공하는 대용량 저장소를 통해 관리 또는 공유가 되고 있으며, 그 용량은 급격하게 늘어가고 있다. 각각의 이미지는 주로 사용자가 파일이름 또는 식별자를 임의로 부여 하거나, 정지영상을 생성하는 기기가 제공하는 특정 명명체계에 따라 자동적으로 부여하는 식별자를 가지게 된다. 이러한 식별자는 데이터베이스에서 특정 정지영상을 식별할 수 있는 보편적 방법으로 사용하고 있다. 하지만, 임의적 방법 또는 자동적 방법으로 부여되는 값들은 변경 또는 소실될 가능성이 있어, 정지영상 검색과 관리에 차질을 가져올 뿐 아니라 동일 정지영상 검색을 위해서는 비용이 높은 방법을 사용하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정지영상 자체 속성에서 변하지 않는 값을 추출하여 이를 정지영상 데이터베이스의 식별자로 활용할 수 있는 방법을 제안 한다.

        정지영상 데이터베이스의 효율적 인식자 생성

        The image identification methodology associates an image with a unique identifiable representation. Whenever the methodology regenerates an identifier for the same image, moreover, the newly created identifier needs to be consistent in terms of representation value. In this paper, we discuss a methodology for image identifier generation utilizing luminance correlation. We furthermore propose a method for performance enhancement of the image identifier generation. We also demonstrate the experimental evaluations for uniqueness and similarity analysis and performance improvement that have shown favorable results.

        JPSearch 기반 증강현실 메타데이터 스키마

        As the applications and services based on the augmented reality are widely spread in various industry and public domain information dissemination areas, it is naturally necessary to provide the common information framework which can describe required detailed information for services. JPSearch which is released for unified access to image repositories can be utilized in this kind of infrastructure due to that the framework for augmented reality needs a constituent component which supports image repositories. In this paper, we propose a metadata schema which is designed for information architectural framework in the environment of augmented reality based on workflow. The proposed information schema can support the workflow of augmented reality related production system and service implementation.

        Applications of Field-Effect Transistor (FET)-Type Biosensors

        A field-effect transistor (FET) is one of the most commonly used semiconductor devices. Recently, increasing interest has been given to FET-based biosensors owing totheir outstanding benefits, which are likely to include a greater signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), fast measurement capabilities, and compact or portable instrumentation. Thus far, a number of FET-based biosensors have been developed to study biomolecular interactions, which are the key drivers of biological responses in in vitro or in vivo systems. In this review, the detection principles and characteristics of FET devices are described. In addition, biological applications of FET-type biosensors and the Debye length limitation are discussed.
