무변압기형 단상 3kW급 태양광 인버터의 스위칭 상태에 따른 손실 및 열 해석에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 무변압기형 단상 3kW급 태양광 인버터 회로의 스위칭 상태에 따라 전력반도체에서 발생되는 손실과 열을 해석하는 방법을 제안한다. 전력 반도체로 사용되는 IGBT 및 Diode의 도통 및 스위칭 손실과 열 해석은 회로 해석 도구의 Device Database Editor를 사용하여 실제소자특성을 갖는 해석용 소자를 모델링하고 회로 해석 도구의 Thermal Module 기능을 활용하여 해석한다. Inductor의 철손 해석은 회로 해석 도구에서 해석된 Inductor의 입력전류데이터를 받아서 전자기장 해석 도구로 모델링된 Inductor의 외부회로에 입력하여 해석한다.

세계 각국은 정보의 흐름이 세계로 퍼지는 정보화에 이어 물질과 사람의 이동이 자유로운 글로벌화와 다문화를 급격히 경험하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 사회 복잡성과 미래 위험성을 증가시키며, 세계 각국의 미래에 대한 이해의 인식수준을 높이고 있다. 대한민국의 장기적인 미래 비전 및 국가 전략은 만족스러운 수준에 미치지 못하고 있으며, 미래예측이나 국가미래전략의 수립과 집행은 행정부 조직과 그 산하기관에 의해서 주도되어 오고 있다. 특히 국가미래전략기구의 관리는 유연성과 다양성 그리고 통합성을 지니며, 미래지향적 조건을 갖추면서도 현실의 제약을 충족시켜야 했다. 때문에 대한민국의 국가미래전략기구는 행정부가 주도하고 있으며, 행정부의 정부조직 원리에 있어서 작은 정부를 선호하는 이념이 지배적이다. 또한 대한민국의 여러 특성상 국가미래전략기구는 위원회제와 부처형의 조직형태를 수용하면서, 각부처의 행정인력과 연구용역을 포용하고, 최고통치권자의 권위에 통합성을 추구하면서 행정부주도형으로 시작해서 사회 각계각층의 의견을 취합하며, 입법부에 국가의 미래 정책을 보고하는 방향으로 나아가야 한다. In this study, we investigated foreign countries for diverse structural forms and functions of future public institutes. There are three kinds of future public institues in foreign countries. That is `governmental futures institute`, `legislative future institute` and `social communicative process for future policy`. The governmental future institute is located in the public administration organization especially under the prime minister or president. The legislative future institutes are usually committes in the national assembly and they review the future policy of the government. The social communicative process for future policy is exceptional case and trasient mechanism for producing a social agreement in future vision and policy. Also, we investigated the future public institute in korea. Even though Korea is not late in formalizing future fuction into government organization, there are several limitations in current organization structures. First of all, current future institute in Korea is not centralized but dispersed into several bureaus that are not interconnected at all. Secondly, future institutes in Korea take various structural forms, such as committees and bureaus. Thirdly, Korean future institutes are typically governmental organization and they are not interconected with legislative institutes. Korean future public institute will reflect diverse future foresight in private areas and will report the future policy to the National Assembly of Korea.
