중유전율 LTCC 기판용 $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$계 세라믹스의 저온소결 및 유전특성

[ $CaZrO_3$ ]세라믹스에 대하여 $CaTiO_3$세라믹스의 첨가량 변동에 따른 마이크로파 유전특성을 조사하였다. 또한 중유전율 LTCC 기능성 기판으로 활용하기 위하여 저융점의 유리 프리트를 첨가하여 $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ 세라믹스의 저온 소결 거동과 마이크로파 유전특성을 평가하였다. 저온 소결 조제로 사용된 저응점의 유리 프리트를 $10-20 wt\%$ 범위로 첨가함으로서 $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ 세라믹스의 소결온도를 $1450^{\circ}C$에서 $900^{\circ}C$이하로 낮출 수 있었다. 음의 온도계수를 갖는 $CaZrO_3$ 및 유리프리트에 대하여 양의 온도계수를 갖는 $CaTiO_3$ 세라믹스의 분율을 적정히 제어함으로서 제로의 온도계수를 구현할 수 있었다. $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ 세라믹스에 저온 소결용 유리 프리트를 $15 wt\%$ 첨가하여 $875^{\circ}C$에서 소결한 경우. 유전율(k) 23, 품질계수(Q${\times}$f) 2500, 공진 주파수 온도계수$(T_f) -3 ppm/^{\circ}C$의 매우 양호한 마이크로파 유전특성을 나타내었다. The microwave dielectric properties of $CaZrO_3$ ceramics with addition of $CaTiO_3$ were studied. The effect of glass addition on the low-temperature sintering and microwave dielectric properties of $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ ceramics were also evaluated to develop the materials for functional substrates of low-temperature co-fired ceramics. When $10-20 wt\%$ of lithium borosilicate glass was added, the sintering temperature of the $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ ceramics decreased from $1450^{\circ}C$ to below $900^{\circ}C$. As the $T_f$ of glass frits and $CaZrO_3$ are slightly negative and that of $CaTiO_3$ is significantly positive, zero $T_f$ could be realized by mixing an appropriate amount of $CaTiO_3$ with $CaZrO_3$. The $CaZrO_3-CaTiO_3$ ceramics sintered at $875^{\circ}C$ with $15wt\%$ glass frits showed the relative density of $98\%$, permittivity of 23, quality factor of 2500 GHz, and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of $ -3 ppm/^{\circ}C$.

[ $BaTiO_3$ ]계 유전체 모재료에 대하여 $Al_{2}O_{3}$와 CaO 조성이 소량 포함된 lithium-borosilicate계 유리 프릿을 $5\~15wt\%$ 적용함으로써 LTCC용 내장 캐패시터로 적용 가능한 조성을 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저, 화학적으로 안정하고 저온소성효과가 탁월한 유리 프릿 조성물을 설계하고 이를 유전체 모재료에 적용하여 저온소성특성 및 유전특성을 평가하였다. $BaTiO_3$ 세라믹스를 모재료로 하는 경우 유리 프릿을 5wt$\%$ 첨가하였을 때 $925^{\circ}C$에서 $95\%$ 정도의 상대밀도 값을 나타내었으며, 이 경우 유전율 990, 유전손실 $3.1\%$의 유전특성을 나타내었다. $(Ba,Ca)(Ti,Zr)O_3$ 세라믹스를 모재료로 하여 유리프릿을 10 wt$\%$ 첨가한 경우는 $875^{\circ}C$의 소결온도에서 상대밀도가 $95\%$ 이상이며 기공율 $0.5\%$ 이하인 소결특성을 나타내었고, 700 이상의 유전율 및 $2\%$ 내외의 유전손실 값을 가지는 것으로 측정되었다. The compositions for LTCC embedded capacitors based on $BaTiO_3$ ceramics with $5\~15\;wt\%$ of lithium-borosilicate glass frits were studied. After the glass frits, which is chemically stable and has acceptable ability of low-temperature sintering, were added to the host dielectric materials, the sintering behavior and dielectric properties were evaluated. As for $BaTiO_3$, relative density of >$95\%$, permittivity 990, and dielectric loss $3.1\%$ were obtained when sintered at $925^{\circ}C$ with 5 wt$\%$ of glass frits. As for $(Ba,Ca)(Ti,Zr)O_3$ ceramics, relative density of >$95\%$, open porosity <$0.5\%$, permittivity 700, and dielectric loss $2\%$ were obtained when sintered at $875^{\circ}C$ with 10 wt$\%$ of glass frits.

이동통신 보호를 위한 인증 방식 분석

본 자료에서는 디지털 이동통신 환경에서 정보 보호 기술의 핵심으로 고려해야 하는 인증 방식에 대해 현재 유럽의 대표적인 이동통신 시스템인 GSM과 미국의 IS-95를 들어 키준비, 인증 방식, 인증 관련 파라미터, 그리고 글로벌 로밍 서비스 지원 측면에서 분석하였다. 또한 이동통신에서의 인증 위협요인과 인증 방식의 분석을 통해 차세대 디지털 이동통신 시스템 IMT-2000에서 필요한 인증 요구사항을 기술하였다.

본고에서는 최근 각광 받고 있는 ASIC 설계기술에 대해 그 설계과정과 설계방법을 언급하고, ASIC 설계를 위한 기술을 CMOS 게이트 어레이(2um : Double Metal Layer)를 중심으로 타이밍을 고려한 설계기법, 신뢰도를 고려한 설계기법, 테스트를 고려한 설계기법, 최적 설계기법, 페키지 및 베이스 어레이 선택방법 등으로 나누어 제시했다.

임플란트 완성 환자의 구강건강관련 삶의 질과 관련 요인

Objectives : This study was purposed to estimate the level of oral health quality of life and the relationship between health-related factors and oral health quality of life in patients with successful dental implants. Methods : This questionnaire survey was conducted during the period from December 2009 to March 2010 with 126 patients confirmed successful dental implants in Busan. The oral health related quality of life and oral health-related factors were estimated with OHIP-14 and 8 oral health characteristics, respectively. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis using SAS(ver 9.1) program. Results : The score of oral health quality of life in patients with successful dental implants was $12.25{\pm}7.82$. The scores of subscale of the oral health quality of life were $1.24{\pm}1.35$ in social disability, $1.60{\pm}1.37$ in handicap, $1.60{\pm}1.44$ in psychological disability, $1.70{\pm}1.38$ in functional limitation, $1.81{\pm}1.35$ in physical disability, $2.14{\pm}1.46$ in physical pain, $2.17{\pm}1.46$ in psychological discomfort, respectively. The related factors of oral health quality of life in patients with successful dental implants were absence of other type prosthesis and experience of tooth brushing education. Conclusions : The oral health related quality of life in patients with successful dental implants was relatively good condition. Social supports and chances for high quality denture and tooth brushing educations are needed to improve oral health related quality of life in patients with dental implants.

A 54-year-old woman presented with an exophthalmos and a mass on her right eye, which proved to be recurred adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lacrimal gland. Orbital CT and MRI showed that tumor was located in the right orbit, but skin over right eye brow was also involved. There was no visualization of tumor extension into the intracranial compartment. The authors have performed an en bloc orbitectomy. Although en bloc orbitectomy is known to be useful in reducing recurrence, this case showed the tumor recurrence and even distant metastasis that occurred after total tumor removal via en bloc orbitectomy. As adenoid cystic carcinoma of lacrimal gland is known to have high rate of recurrence and metastasis, en bloc orbitectomy should be performed to reduce local advancement and distant metastasis. In case of distant metastasis, radiotherapy could be useful strategy in selected case.

SVM 커널함수의 파라미터 값에 따른 능동소나 표적신호의 식별 성능 분석

수중 천해 환경에서 능동소나의 반향 신호로 기뢰를 탐지 및 식별하는 일은 복잡한 해양 환경의 영향으로 어려운 문제이다. SVM은 패턴인식 문제에서 최적의 해를 제공하는 이진 분류기이다. 본 논문에서는 SVM을 이용하여 능동소나의 반향 데이터로 기뢰와 같은 금속 물체와 바위를 식별하는 실험을 수행하면서, SVM에 사용되는 커널함수의 파라미터 값의 변화에 따른 식별 성능을 분석하고 제시하였다. Detection and classification of undersea mines in shallow waters using active sonar returns is a difficult task due to complexity of underwater environment. Support vector machine(SVM) is a binary classifier that is well known to provide a global optimum solution. In this paper, classification experiments of sonar returns from mine-like objects and non-mine-like objects are carried out using the SVM, and classification performance is analyzed and presented with discussions depending on parameter values of SVM kernel functions.

백서(白鼠)의 B16-F10 Melanoma에 대한 한련초약침(旱蓮草藥鍼)의 항암(抗癌) 및 면역증강효과(免疫增强效果)

Objective & Methods : To study the effects of anti-cancer, anti-metastasis and immune response improvement of herbal-acupuncture with Eclipta prostrata diffusae herba infusion solution(ELP-HAS), we injected ELP-HAS into Chung-wan(CV12) of C57BL/6 mice implanted intravenously with B16-F10 melanoma. We have reached the following conclusion through the effect on the percentage of $CD25^+/CD4^+$, $CD8^+/CD3e^+$, $CD69^+/B220^+$, $NK1.1^+/CD3e^+$cells in mouse PBMCs, the effect on the pulmonary colony formation number, and the effect on MST(Median Survival Time) and ILS(Increase of Life Span) of C57BL/6 mice implanted intravenously with B16-F10 melanoma. Results : The results were obtained as follows : 1. In the experiment groups treated with ELP(Ecliptae Herba) Herbal acupuncture, the spleen cell proliferation in BALB/c mouse was significantly increased compared with control group. 2. In the experiment groups treated with ELP(Ecliptae Herba) Herbal acupuncture, the percentage of $CD25^+/CD4^+$, $CD8^+/CD3e^+$, $CD69^+/B220^+$, $NK1.1^+/CD3e^+$cells in C57BL/6 mouse PBMCs was increased compared with control group. 3. In the experiment groups treated with ELP(Ecliptae Herba) Herbal acupuncture, the pulmonary colony formation number of C57BL/6 mice implanted intravenously with B16-F10 melanoma was decreased significantly compared with control group. 4. In the experiment groups treated with ELP(Ecliptae Herba) Herbal acupuncture, MST(Median Survival Time) and ILS(Increase of Life Span) of C57BL/6 mice implanted intravenously with B16-F10 melanoma were increased significantly compared with control group. Conclusions : ELP Herbal acupuncture injection into Chung-wan(CV12) of C57BL/6 mice is considered to be effective in anti-cancer, anti-metastasis and immune response improvement.

VSAT 위성통신 보호를 위한 키 분배 방식의 적용

본 논문에서는 VSAT 위성 통신의 안전성을 위해 변형 Yacobi 방식과 변형 Diffie-Hellman 키분배 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 변형 DH 방식은 세션키로 키센터에서 발급한 비밀키로 사용하지 않으며 수시로 변경할 수 있다. 또한 변형 Yacobi 방식도 세션키가 키센터에서 발급한 비밀키에 독립적이며 안전성을 이산대수 문제와 큰 소수의 인수분해의 어려움에 바탕을 두고 있다. 제안된 방식은 VSAT 위성통신의 특성상 키 센터를 중심국의 망관리 및 운영부로 두고 가입자를 VSAT 단말로 하여 시뮬레이션 했으며 여기서 모듈러 연산을 위해 몽고메리 알고리즘을, 해시 함수로 MD5를 각각 이용했다. This paper presents a key distribution scheme based on the Yacobi scheme that does not use the secret key provided by key distribution center, but uses instead a random number generated y the user. The scheme is independent of the exposure of the secret key. this paper also presented the key distribution schemes based on the Diffie-Hellman (DH) and ID (identity). The schemes based on the solving of the discrete logarithm and prime resolution into factors are better on the expose of secret key. The proposed scheme based on the DH was applied to VSAT satellite communications and simulated on PC using Montgomery algorithm for modular and MD5 (Message Digest) for hashing function.
