        테마파크의 방문동기 유형별 만족도의 행동 차이 연구

        The purpose of this study visit theme park visitor`s motivations to investigate the differences in satisfaction by who had visited Expo Science Park in Daejeon from October 1st to October 15th of 2011 for empirical analysis to clarify the difference in visitors` satisfaction based on their motivation to visit the park. The research was executed by self-answering subjective method and 265 copies, out of 300 copies deployed then 287 collected from which inappropriate ones were removed, were used to run factor analysis for the motivation to visit and satisfaction and the dimensions of motivation and satisfaction were computed by SPSS Win Ver, 17.0 statistical package. In order to run a cluster analysis and to verify the validity of clustering discriminant analysis was performed and to validate the hypothesis multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was performed. To summarize the results of the analysis, it was found that there is the difference in satisfaction factors by the type of motivation to visit. Based on these results, a useful implication was suggested.

        3차원 가속도를 고려한 도로곡선부 유형별 설계기준 제시

        현행 도로설계의 기준이 되는 "도로의 구조 시설 기준에 관한 규칙 해설 및 지침"에서는 설계속도에 따라 도로 선형별 최소 설계기준을 정하고 있으며, 이 기준을 만족시키면 교통안전성 이 확보되는 것으로 규정하고 있다. 이러한 설계기준에 적용되고 있는 개별 설계요소들은 원칙적으로 차량 및 운전자 특성을 감안하여 설치기준이 정립되었으나, 설계요소간의 연관성 또는 일관성에 대한 깊이 있는 연구를 통해 제반 기준이 정립된 것은 아니다. 결과적으로, 현재의 도로설계기준이 개별 설계 요소들의 조합에 의해 결정되는 도로의 안전성, 일관성 문제를 모두 고려하지는 못하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존의 설계기준에 내재된 문제점을 인지하고 해결을 위해 우선적으로 3차원 가속도를 고려한 선형 설계방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 더욱 안전하고 조화로운 도로건설을 유도하고자 한다. According to "A guide Book to Highway Design", most road elements are chosen based on a certain design speed in order to ensure obtaining safe and smooth traffic operating. However, road safety in practical way is corelative to not only all element of roads but also road shape, for example, between straight line and curves line and between curved lines. Also, it is relates to alignments such as horizontal alignment, vertical alignment, and cross section. That is, the practical road design should be examined in both sides of 3 dimension and consecutiveness as the practical road is a 3-dimensional successive object. The paper presents a concept for acceleration to evaluate consistency of road considering actual road shape on 3-dimension. Acceleration of vehicle is influential to road consistency based on running state of vehicle and state of drivers. Especially, the magnitude of acceleration is a quite influential element to drivers. Based on above, the acceleration on each point 3-D road can be calculated and then displacement can be done. Computation of acceleration means total calculation on each axis.

        Cycloinulooligosaccharide fructanotransferase의 결손변이효소에 의한 cyclofructan의 고효율 생산

        본 연구는 Penibacillus polymyxa 균주의 CFTase 유전자를 결손 변이시킨 고효율 효소 CFT108을 이용하여 cyclofructan (CF)의 대량생산 조건을 검토하고 생산된 CF의 순수 분리 정제 공정을 개발하였다. CF의 대량생산 조건은 $2\%$의 inulin 기질과 40 unit/g inulin의 기질에서 3시간 반응시켰을 때 최대 생산량 9.5 g/l의 수율을 달성할 수 있었으며, 이때의 in-ulin의 CF 전환율은 $47.5\%$였다. 생산된 CF를 순수 분리 정제하기 위해서 CFTase 반응액 을 exoinulinase 1 unit/ml로 6시간 처리하여 미 반응 inulin을 단당화시켰으며, 유리된 fructose는 $3\%$ CaO로 $CO_2$가스 하에서 $80^{\circ}C$, 10분간 3회 흡착제거 시킴으로써 순수 정제하였다. 정제된 CF를 HPLC로 확인한 결과 정제도는 $95\%$ 이상이였으며, $CF_6,\;CF_7,\;CF_8$ 비율이 72 : 27 : 1 이였다. This study investigated the optimal conditions of high yield production of cyclofructan (CF) using recombinant deletion mutant enzyme CFT108 which is constructed by N-terminal deletion from cycloinulooligosaccharide fructanotransferase (CFTase) gene of Penibacillus polymyxa. The production yield was dependent on reaction time, substrate concentration and enzyme concentration. The optimum reaction time for industrial purpose was achieved at 3 hr reaction. The optimal concentrations of substrate and enzyme were found to be $2\%$ inulin and 40 unit/ g inulin, respectively. At optimum condition, 9.5 g/l of maximum yield and $47.5\%$ of conversion efficacy were achieved. For purification of CF produced, the reaction mixture was treated with 1 unit/ml exoinulinase and then added $3\%$ CaO three times with blowing $CO_2$ gas, resulted in $95\%$ purity.

        호텔부문 : 컨조인트 분석을 이용한 호텔 연회상품의 선호도에 관한 연구

        This study practiced theoretical research on the products selective theory in order to recognize what the ideal product composition about the optimum product of hotel banquet product was and set up 9 simulated product mixture to be analyzed by conjoint analysis. It was calculated partial value and important level on the individual attributes and property level after execution of conjoint analysis used by selected product and the result was made in a conclusion as an optimum product. And also the research practiced conjoint analysis including the market segmentation using procurement character and demographic variance. This study proved that customer satisfaction can be increased and product competitiveness through the banquet products development would be considered to the customer preference customer preference rather than the products developed by hotel itself. As a result of this study, the development of applicable banquet products should be considered to the customer preference in each product.

        호텔기업의 사회적 책임활동과 기업이미지와 행동의도와의 관계 연구 -대전지역 호텔을 중심으로-

        This study executed an empirical analysis to verify the relation between corporate responsibility activity of the hotel, corporate image and behavioral intention focusing on the hypothesis. The research expects that the result of the research could contribute to the encouragement of social responsibilities for five-star hotels in the local in terms of local voluntary activities, responsibilities of local society, improvement of quality of life of local residents and pleasant environmental arrangement as well as the economic value. To achieve the purpose of the research, a questionnaire survey was carried out from May 1. 2013 to March 30. 2013. Total 300 sheets were distributed among. 278 were collected among which 262 sheets were finally used except for insufficient or incoherent sheets. As a result of factors on social responsibility activity, ethical activity, voluntary activity and economic activity were extracted. And environment, service quality and appearance image were figured out as image. Finally, behavioral intention was examined. The influence verification was carried out between social responsibility activity and image, and between image and behavioral intention. As a result, it showed that corporate responsibility activity of the hotel affected image, and image had significant effects on behavioral intention. It demonstrates the suggested hypothesis is relevant to give proper implication.

        논문 : 논술 고사, 무엇을 어떻게 평가할 것인가 - 사고력 평가의 관점에서 통합 교과형 논술을 중심으로-

        이 글은 고교 철학 교육이 논술 교육에 상당 정도 의존하고 있고 또한 논술 교육은 논술 고사에 크게 영향 받고 있기 때문에 논술 고사의 모델과 시행 방식에 대해 철학 교육이 관심을 가져야 한다는 전제에서 출발한다. 현행 통합 교과형 논술 고사는 대학 수학을 위해 필요한 사고 능력을 단계별로 평가하는 과정 중심 평가의 성격을 가진다. 이 글은 평가 제도로서의 통합 교과형 논술을 변별력, 타당성, 신뢰도의 세 차원에서 검토하였다. 변별력과 관련해서는 한 대학이 제시한 모의 평가 채점에 대한 실증적 자료에 기초할 때, 지원 학생 전체를 서열화하여 우수 학생을 변별하는데에는 큰 어려움이 없는 것으로 판단된다. 타당성과 관련해서는 세 가지 논쟁점을 검토하였다. 먼저 평가 내용면에서는 선다형 시험이 주된 평가 도구인 우리 현실에서는 이를 보완하기 위해 사고력 평가를 위한 논술이 필요하며, 평가의 주요 내용인 창의성 개념도 명확하게 규정되어 있음을 밝혔다. 다음으로 답안의 성격과 관련해서는 장르 이론 관점에서 보면 통합 교과형 논술이 글쓰기의 자연스러운 수행을 무시하고 있지 않음을 밝혔다. 마지막으로 문항의 난이도와 관련해서는 통합 교과형 논술 문항이 대체적으로는 일반적으로 고교 교과 과정을 벗어나지 않고 있음을 밝혔다. 신뢰도와 관련해서는 채점 절차를 합리적으로 조직화하는 데에 대학이 적극적으로 투자해야 하며, 1회 실시로 인한 근본적 한계를 극복하기위해서는 장기적으로 자격고사로 전환해야 함을 주장하였다. This article starts from the premise that because the philosophy education in high school depends on the essay-writing education considerably and this is strongly influenced by essay-wrting exam, the philosophy education has to be interested in the education model and implementation scheme of essay-writing exam. The current cross-disciplinary essay-writing exam has the nature of a step-by-step process oriented towards assessment to evaluate the thinking skills needed for college. The main purpose of this article is to review the cross-disciplinary essay-writing exam defensively in three dimensions; discrimination, validity, reliability. Regarding discrimination, I have argued that there is no great difficulty in discriminating the excellent students, based on empirical data. Regarding validity, I have put three views as follows. (1) Essay-writing exam is needed to compensate for the multiple-choice exam which is the current main assessment tool, and the concept of the creativity, the main contents of the evaluation, is clearly defined. (2) The current cross-disciplinary essay-writing exam does not ignore the natural process in the performance of writing. (3)As for the difficulty of the questions this essay-writing exam is made without departing from the high school curriculum. Regarding reliability, I have argued that universities should make more effort to organize the scoring procedures reasonably, and in order to overcome the fundamental limits due to one-time exam, this exam should be converted into qualification exam in the long term.

        우리나라의 광공해 규제방안에 관한 연구

        The present study is primarily aimed at the method reducing light pollution. Light pollution is one of the negative side-effects of artificial lighting. The function of outdoor lighting is to enhance the visibility or the aesthetics in the nighttime environment. When the light did not come where it is needed, it is spilled, causing economic and environmental losses as well as disturbance and discomfort. This study is organised in two parts. the first part cover outdoor lighting recommendations of CIE, Korea and other countries. The second part deals with a field survey conducted at the business area in Seoul. Finally, some recommendations were proposed for reducing lighting pollution in Korea.

        가토 상악동에 이식된 β-TCP의 골치유에 관한 실험적 연구

        Purpose:Maxillay sinus grafting is an effective treatment procedure to improve bone height in the posterior maxillar area for implant installation. Beta-tricalciumphosphate(β-TCP) was introduced to be grafting substitute material, providing a reasonable bio-degradation time, no need for harvesting procedure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate bone healing & regeneration phase using histomorphometric and immunohistochemical analysis. Material & Methods:Sixteen rabbits were divided into 4 groups. Bi-lateral maxillary sinus membranes were elevated at each rabbits, β-TCP was augmented in left sinus, autogenous bone was augmented in right sinus. The rabbits were sacrificed at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks. We investigated the bone regeneration & growth factor expression. Results: 1. The mean new bone volume formation was 28.99±6.55%, 49.54±5.47%, 69.09±8.90% in autogenous grafted area, and 22.86±5.56%, 24.00±4.09%, 34.11±3.37% in β-TCP area at 4, 8, 12 weeks. Therefore, new bone formation in autogenous bone was significantly higher than β-TCP (p<0.05). 2. The BMP 2/4 expression in autogenous bone grafted area was higher at 4, 8 weeks. 3. There was no difference in expression pattern of BMP-7/PDGF/VEGF during grafted bone regeneration. Conclusion:The authors we conclude that the autogenous bone graft was faster than β-TCP in bone regeneration, and the BMP 2/4 were more important in graft bone regeneration.
